I hadn't been here for awhile,and since the Vegas has improved a lot, I thought I would stop in to check it out. Keeping up with the competition sometimes helps, but not this time. It is much the same as ever.

They still insist on the door charge as you enter, even on slow midweek afternoons. The (few) girls are mostly south-side Chicago fare, and not much to my liking. "Wanna-dance" has changed to "buy me a drink?"

On the other hand, the club looks good. The bar is solid, just in front as you enter. The stage is behind the bar, with another floor level stage in the center of the room, presumably for when there is more action. There are 3 booths for lapdances on one side of the room and 5 on the other. It all looks good and well-maintained, so presumably there is more action on the weekends and evenings to fill it.

But on the whole I can't recommend going until they update the dancers. Again.

visited on a friday evening. got there around 9:30 and it was pretty dead. The stage by the bar was only open at this point. I sat down, ordered a beer and settled in. After about five minutes one of the dancers came over started chatting with me. The sign outside said twenty dancers but there were only about 8 there. She said there would be more arriving soon, but that it was surprisingly slow for a Friday. We talked for awhile while she did some heavy petting. The place looked ok, but sort of rundown. Again, the dancers all did the tip walk. Women that I would never think of getting a lapdance from, but because they were up on stage and because we supposedly look, had to tip them. One of the main things i hate about wisconsin clubs. The girls were half white and half black. They ranged from 5s to one being a 9. The nine had to be 20 and was very popular with the crowd. I decided to get a dance from the girl who I was chatting with, nice face and ok body, since she knew how to work it. Pretty lenient as far as contact. Only got the 25 dollar lapdance, but it was well worth it. Will definitely head back despite the ridicules tip walks. Just will go when its more crowded so im not targeted.

This is the first time that I went to this club, and I went because of reviews that I had read here. I was not disappointed. Most of the girls were really attractive, and very friendly. Local Wisconsin women. The lap dances involved plenty of contact, and her hands "accidentally" went to the right place. There is a stage behind the bar where the women take their turns dancing, and the dancing is usually very entertaining. This place is out in the middle of no where, at an intersection in the middle of a corn field, but it is not too difficult to find.

Always have this 'ideal' of going to hang out here and Vegas Club, but always end up being disappointed here and then stay at the Vegas GClub. Unfortunately, lately, the Vegas Club hasn't been all that exciting either. I'm not sure what it is but I've never warmed up to this place. Never ran into a girl that had any enthusiasm for what she was doing - just going through the motions. Needless to say the gents that I went with soon motioned us out of the bar. Its just too stale. None of us ever even attempted a lapper. Maybe next time. I'll keep checking in to see if the talent and enthusiasm level changes. Not even the bartender's enthusiasm is enough to get by on.

Stopped in here on a Tuesday night for $0.50 drafts (small cups). Not too crowded and the girls were friendly and maybe a little better than expected for a club in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin. The main stage was not active, but the stage behind the bar was in constant use. Overall this place is a good place to have a drink and watch some topless ladies. The dances were okay with one way touching

Went here last week, very crowded girls are loose and fun. Lap dances are pretty good, no hands but they'll touch you face and let you use mouth. 2 dance floors there not too pushy for lap dances or tips. some of the girls will spend some time with you and not hassle for a drink this placce is out in the middle of nowhere down the street from another gentlmens club and that it there are pretty many girls some run around topless i did see the bartender and a dancer going at it ontop of the bar for about 5 min the bartender pretended to go down on the dancer also I'll go back..

I get in to the Show Palace a couple of times a month. Since I am the limodriver, I always end up coming in and mingling with my customers. It starts out that way at least. I too am working for tips, however, once I get inside, and see all the beautiful ladies, I begin spending my tips and my attention quickly is diverted away from my customers. It's ok....most of the time it doesn't matter....they are in their own world!! LOL!!! Either way, it always turns out to be a profitable evening. Thank you ladies!!! See you again soon!!!

Stopped in for the first time this past Saturday afternoon, and it was what you would expect on Saturday afternoon; not may patrons and 4 girls. The place looked good, apparently it is under new management and they have done some remodeling. The drinks were moderately priced, $3.75 for a bottled beer. The girls were attractive and good dancers. The lap dances are a little pricey, $25 a song, but it was worth every cent compared to other clubs in the area. I'll be going back.

I havent been here in about 9 mounths. It has gone down hill even since then and i thought it has bottomed out then. Went early afternoon on a tuesday 2 weeks ago, 5 dancers best was about a 6 talked to her asked if the bouncer still watched and she said yes. Cameras in the lapdance area and no touching at all so i passed. Asked her about the pvt area and she said out right it was a rip off. Ill still drop in from time to time as it was the best club in the area for a long while. Hope the management will go back to how it was nothing way out but some fun touching and teasing. I wont say dont go but be ready for a boreing time.

Avoid this place as much as possible, not worth the 6 dollar cover... walked in & walked out... saw one asian stripper, looked like a sumo wrestler... the main stage is not that large, and every corner someone was sitting there, the whole place is open concept no privacy, girls there where not hot, 4's-6's tops... not many working on a friday night either... avoid... topless from a distance as well.

This place seems to be in a rut lately. New camera system new rules for dancers and fines if the break them. All this adds up to not as much fun as the past. To make matters worse they raised the cost of private dances to $25.00. I don't mind the 5 bucks but why pay more for less fun. Don't blame the girls they are trying but it's hard to enjoy yourself when you are constantly looking over your shoulder.

The exterior leaves a lot to be desired--lousy lighting, and a LOT of potholes in the parking lot (of the car-eating size). That said, the staff is terrific --I've had dances from the door-girl in the past, the mixologist sometimes puts on a better show than the dancers--especially when taking tips. The girls have been enough to put me off in the past, and then sometimes they can be great. Very uneven. The VIP is nothing to write home about--way too bright, no privacy, and they DO watch the security camera. This is one club where your mileage may vary.

I visited the Show Palace on a recent weeknight. Unfortunately my new ATF was not working, but I was approached by a dancer that seemed interesting for a private dance.

During several private dances, contact was somewhat different than I have experienced before. Grindage was pretty good, and generally of pretty good duration, but pressure in the right places wasn't quite what I was hoping for.

Two way contact was better than any I have had before, except for my ATF. I was able to touch her legs, abdomen, shoulders, arms, back and rear. Breasts and the kitty were off limits.

While I wasn't completely satisfied, it was an enjoyable experience and one of those situations where the dancer and I didn't quite hit it off. I am still hoping to again intersect my new ATF again.

I did inquire -- the "new" VIP rooms are $75 for a half hour ($25 house, minimum $50 dancer) and $150 for an hour ($50 house, minimum $100 dancer).

Score for the inside is 8. Deduct one point for terrible exterior lighting (was actually hard to figure out where the entrance was, because the lights were either burned out or turned off.) Cover was $6. Topless place with full bar, beer at $3.75 a bottle. Lots of cute friendly girls, nice upscale décor, generally a fun atmosphere on a recent Saturday night. Lots of staffpeople, all polite. No bathroom attendant (absence of barthroom attendant is always appreciated.) Big variety of girls mostly in the 7-8 range. Big/small boobs, black/white (mostly white), energetic/sedate. A couple were just too fat. But there were so many babes, a couple of fatties didn't matter much. On the positive side, one girl dazzled us with her graceful performance on the pole. The female DJ did a good job of announcing the dancers and skipping all the BS we sometimes have to endure. Two stages -- small one behind the bar, and big one in the middle of the rrom. Each girl would first do the small stage, then one end of the big stage, then the other end, then would "work the room" for tips and lap dances. Often the lap dance would be lined up before leaving the stage, so she would just disappear with a customer as soon as done dancing. Lap dances were $25, in individual semiprivate booths around the outside of the room. I did not get a lap dance so I can't comment on how erotic they were, but the way the booths were situated, it appeared that a guy could get some fairly high mileage without anybody knowing, except his dancer.

I stopped again on a recent week night and had a YMMV experience.

When I arrived, one of the dancers asked if it would be OK if she came back to see me later and, of course, I said that would be nice.

After that, she disappeared for a while (I think she had some private dances).

In the interim, one of the other dancers asked if I wanted a private dance and we had a couple of the $20 semi-private dances. One way contact was OK, but not great. Two way contact was not encouraged.

When I came back out, my original dancer found me. She told me she was on stage next, but hoped I would still be around when she came off the stage. Her dances on stage were OK, but nothing exceptional. One of the strange things about this club is that the stage they use when only one stage is working is behind the bar, hard to get to, and has no real tip rail. In this situation, I don't mind the "Wisconsin Tip Walk," because the dancers make few tips without a place for patrons during their on-stage time.

After her set, my dancer made a beeline for me and asked if I still had time for some dances. I said sure and we headed for the semi-private booths.

Midway through her first dance, she said "please touch me," and put my hands on her hips. Then, she turned away from me, started grinding and moved my hands to her breasts. I was surprised -- with the cameras and the only partially closed curtain, I expected to be escorted out the door.

During the second dance, while facing me, she made sure her nipple was at my lips and started stick shifting. Later, with her rear to me, I had a short opportunity to pet the kitty.

By the end of the foruth dance I was fully satisfied. This is the first dancer that makes me seriously consider the VIP room. If she is working, I may sample the next time I am in town.

Here is a report from a regular. The girls will come & go but if you stay long enough the girls will show you alot of attention. After a long time away Mocha rocked my world and Jasmine kept on rockin. Thanks an I'll cu soon.

On my last visit to The Show Palace, I had a YMMV experience that was below the quality of my prior experiences at the club. While the dancer I had for a series of private dances was attentive and had fairly good contact during the dances, we didn't quite hit it off and I didn't enjoy the dances nearly as much as I have previously. If I were prepared to spend additional time and some additional dollars, I expect I could have found another dancer who would have met my expectations -- but this time, as I stayed to my budget and my timetable, it was not to be.

I does look like the club has done some remodeling since my last visit, finishing a VIP room (I did not inquire) and adding some additional private dance booths. The booths really are semi private -- while there is a translucent curtain, I did not see any of the curtains being fully closed during my week night visit. Also, it was a slow night, although later in the evening, and the dancer to patron ratio was about even -- with eight or nine customers when I arrived.

I did notice that the other dancers paid dramatically more attention to me after I had some private dances with one of the dancers. I'm not sure if they smelled some money or if I was just seeing the benefit of other a drop in the number of patrons as closing approached. (Or both...)

Overall, a good evening, but not up to prior standards.


Many Changes in dancers @ the Show Palace. But the good times still roll here. Lap dances are back to where they used to be B-4 the new camera system. Let the good times roll.

Stopped by in the afternoon. First time in since they remodeled. The difference in dancer attitudes was apparent, barely haf a beer down and I am being hustled by thre chicks. Excuse me, but I like to get to know a lady and do the asking.

Finally, a girl named Fire (who is a true pro) came along and did not push. She was full of BS, but nice enough and she was patient and pushed the right buttons. I rarely get dances, but she was hot. Took me back and the 20 dollar charge was a surprised. But I dropped a C spot on her because she was very good.

Overall... liked the old style better but liked the physical remodel.

the cameras suck, the booths are so open just the threat of a bouncer walking by should be enough. Also, one of the thugs had the balls to tell me to keep my hands away...you cant rub there asses??? What a bogus rule. I thought the other side was where the kitty lived.

This was the hottest club I've been to. And trust me I've been to clubs. They have the hottest girls and in December they'll have a feature porn star!! I'll have to keep you all updated. But in the mean time check out the hottie, my favorite is Eliza. I think she's only there on Saturday but oh mi God, she's worth you time.

Recently remodled the place looks great. Same old lineup of my favorites but the new camera system in the lap dance booths is a pain in the ass. So be careful big brother is watching.

Arrived at 5:00 on a Friday night. I was disappointed to find 2 has-been blonde dancers and 7 skanky black chicks. The place was dark like an old Cicero club. Girls danced topless on a high stage behind the bartenders, about 10 feet away. After their sets they did that pain-in-the ass Wisconsin thing where they come around to each patron and ask for a tip. The couch dances were visible through a beaded screen and appeared to be about 80% air.

On the plus side, the girl that takes your $5 cover was an 18-year-old cutie that I would love to see naked, but even she wanted a $1 tip for the privelege of taking my money. One other plus, pints of beer were only $3.50.

I cut my losses and got out of there fast.

went wendesday the 3rd about 12:30 pm i was disapointed last time a few mounths ago but things seem to be back on track. there is enough defferant typs of girls that every one should ficn one type they like

This club is my favoriite club in WI. Friendly bartenders, cheap beer, 241 happy hour and dancers that fit every ones taste. YMMV on lap dances but if you find the right dancer just sit back and enjoy. Dancers have come and gone over the past few years but lately some of my old favorites are back. After having read some of the recent reviews, I was prepared to be disappointed in a recent early Tuesday evening visit. But, as the last last reviewer observed, things seem to be pretty relaxed on weekday evenings.

The girls were generally in the 6-8 category, but most seemed to be enjoying the dancing.

After watching from the bar for a few dancers, one approached me and asked, while squeezing my thigh, if I'd like a private dance.

I opted for the semi-private area ($20/dance) and not the VIP area, and was not disppointed. While I'd didn't press for a lot of mutual contact, grindage was good and improved with each dance. Bouncer oversight seemed minimal (but not entirely absent). And the grindage was appropriate, not overly heavy and not all air.

She seemed to generally enjoy what she was doing. While not quite as cute and quite as much fun as my last experience, I did not leave disappointed.

As I observed roughly six month ago, while YMMV, the mileage, grindage, and attention to the client can be significantly higher than anywhere else in the area. Unlike many places in Wisconsin, I enjoy not having to pay for dances in advance, and because of this usually purchase more dances. The Show Palace continues to be my favorite club in the area.

This is a great club. Went on a Tuesday this time, and I think that is the key to a really great time. Last time, went on a Saturday, and there seemed to be bouncers watching every move, difficult to let the hands roam much. But on Tuesday, not near as many bouncers, and things seemed much more relaxed. Good grind, and mutual contact. No extras, but great contact, friendly girls, friendly bartender, great spot! Highly recommend stopping here for some beers and good time.

I gave the Show Palace a try for a change. Thought my time was going to be a little better. The dancer quality was in the 6-8 range, but feedback from the dancers is hit or miss. The drinks are decently priced for me and it is a little dark inside. They had bachelor party in action and they treat the groom to a good time. I didn't see one this time. I've heard they've tamed down the lap dances recently. I had a good one from Monroe, but I thought I'd get a little more. But it was pretty busy for the Friday night I was there. I'll still be driving to the Dells or even to Beansnappers still. And I've been meaning to check out the Janesville/Beloit clubs as well.


I've been going here once a week for the past few years. Recently the bounchers have been stepping up their surveillance of lap dances. That being said some of the veteran dancers know their way around the new rules and a good time can be had by all. This is still the best place in the area you have to go to East Dubuque to find the same good times.

stoped in saturday May 14 was there last november and has things changed. the girls are still willing to chat with you for a bit before asking for a pvt dance this is the only reason i only went from an 8 to a 7 . The bouncer acts more like a voyer as he stands and watches like the guys and girls like a hawk. I dont know if they are under new management or what but where as before you were encouraged to play with their body except the kitty. how you cant even touch them even close to their breasts. i did have a dance from one of the girls she did as much as she could but explained that she was being watched very closely as all the girls were. I did have 3 dances (and by the way the dances went from $10 to $20 big jump or at least all the girls were asking the same amount ) and when done the girl said to give here each $20 alone and stuff it in her G string that way i could touch her kitty each time not play with it but touch it. All in all it is still good but the bouncer and other guys working there are watching the customers way to close. I also have to say the bare tender is an awsum loking lady as having a great personalty.Go there to chat with the girls and bar tender and you will enjoy your self as i did . But if you the only reason you go is to touch and be touched you will be disaponted. As with any club if you chose your girl well you will enjoy your self just not as much as a couple mounths. As i said if the female staff was not as freindly as they are the reating would be more like a 4 or 5. Tip the bare tender and the girls when they come off stage and you should have a good time.

A big difference since the last time I was there, only over a month ago. Still very friendly, attractive girls, good spot to wind down with some beers. But think something happened with the lap dances -- much more tame now. Only tried one, a brunette, and could touch a little, but nothing like before where it was pretty much anything goes except the "kitty". Also no grinding. I hope it's only a temporary situation. Still, enjoyable place to wind down, and enjoyable company with the dancers, just not as much contact as before.

I was in on Saturday night, the place was pretty busy, Lots of good looking girls. They were complaining about the new rules regarding the amount of grinding and touching that is to be allowed. They said that they can't even sit on a guy's lap anymore. I had a couple of dances and from what I saw, it seemed like business as usual. I would still say that it is a good place to go to have a great time.

I had some extra time last night, so took a drive here, about 60 miles for me. I expected the club to be dead last night, Tuesday night, boy was I wrong! There were about 15 girls, and about same amount of customers. Very friendly, comfortable place. The girls were friendly, and I got excellent lap dances from Kelli and from Alicia. Opposite types ... Kelli very thin, but very, very sexy ... built like a model with small boobs but great legs and figure. Alicia was all curves, natural, very soft and sexy. Both were full contact, but didn't try and wasn't offered anything "extra" -- could touch anywhere except "the kitty". Kelli and Alicia were totally different types, both very attractive, and both worth every penny, and I'll be back for sure. There were some other girls there too I would like to meet!!

I visited The Show Palace on a recent Wednesday evening. It was slow and, like one of the earlier reviewers mentioned, only the stage behind the bar was open.

As you enter, there is a merchandise/cover charge desk next to what I think is the VIP room. The room didn't appear to be available -- a photographer was taking pictures of the dancers in the room. I talked to a dancer at the bar who was getting ready for her shoot. She thought the photos were going to be used in a web site for the club.

Down a short hallway, you enter the club right at the bar. The bar stage is behind the bar, to your left, the bar is straight ahead and the balance of the club is to your right. A long center stage was not in use. It also looked like there was a second room with large plasma displays showing a satellite fed NBA game beyond the main stage.

Each side of the main room had a series of booths with couches, with minimal privacy provided by transparent bead string "curtains."

The stage behind the bar has no real place to sit and tip the dancers -- if you want to tip them while they dance you need to walk around the bar and approach one or the other short end of the stage, where there is space for one person to stand and attempt to tip the dancer. While I did not try this, it looked like a dollar or two would get your face smothered in the dancer's breasts for a moment.

After dancing, most (but not all) dancers worked the room for dollar tips. At the time I was there, there were probably around 20 patrons, almost all sitting at the bar. There were almost as many dancers. Some sat and talked with patrons at the bar, but I think many of them were pre-occupied with the photo shoot since they didn't seem to be milling around.

There seemed to be a steady stream to the semi-private booths. About 15 minutes after I came in, a dancer sat next to me and wondered if I wanted to buy her a drink. I declined. She bought herself one and then left.

The place is so low key that, as another reviewer noticed earlier, I was beginning to feel neglected.

About 20 minutes later, I was about ready to leave when another dancer sat in the same seat. She playfully asked if I was someone who came to watch the girls and play with myself under the bar. Then, she reached under the bar, massaged me and told me that she could do a much better job playing with me. I said I would be interested after a trip to the rest room and she agreed it would be much better if I didn't have to pee. This conversation set the tone for a playful banter that continued through the rest of our encounter.

We went to one of the semi-private booths and she made sure I was sitting properly for her dance. A couple minutes into the dance, she repositioned a part of me to assure maximum contact. And it was a high contact dance with significant grindage -- and not the painful kind. (I've had lap dances before where I was sore afterwards...)

Periodically she would stand up and dance in front of me, making sure to bring her nipples near my lips and to bring the kitty right up to my nose. She would also make sure to flash the kitty and would periodically pet the kitty.

Her grindage technique was something I have not experienced before, where she used her muscular control to nearly grab me through my clothes.

She wanted me to warn her if something was about to happen and she seem to appreciate that a glove was in use.

I was enjoying the dances so much I wanted to delay the inevitable and she began to be concerned during the third song that she wasn't doing something right. I assured her that she was doing great and, not too much later, was very satisfied.

While YMMV, the mileage and grindage are significantly higher than anywhere else in the area. I enjoyed not having to pay for dances in advance. In this one trip, The Show Palace has become my favorite club in the area.

The Show Palace is a comfortable and relaxing place to visit. Do not expect outstanding women but there are always several that can catch your eye. I was there on a Wednesday evening and had a very enjoyable time. It was not crowded not much energy in the place but talking with Kelley and Summer made for a very enjoyable night. Neither were knockouts but some nights I enjoy talking and chatting away an evening and they both were open to that. For the price of a couple of energy drinks for them I was able to spend about 2 hours with these personable young ladies. Do not expect a lot of silicon but that is not what one would anticipate at a small club in rural Wisconsin anyways. I find the Show Palace a much more pleasant experience than Vegas up the road, the SHow Palace is mnuch more laid back and the girls not as pushy. If you choose to have a private dance for $20 (sometimes negotiable), you get a nice show. Overall a pleasant place with a variety of girls and where I have always had a good experience.

I reviewed this place earlier this month, but it was amoung those accidently deleated. It was a different experience for me, visiting the mid-west for the first time in 13 years. I've lived in So. Cal for over 30 years so I had to check out a mid-west SC to see the difference. And there is a lot of difference. First of all, people smoke in here! In California, you can't smoke anywhere - I'm waiting for them to outlaw smoking in your own car! Second, there is a lot more, um, interaction. In San Diego if the girl is exposing anything interesting, she must keep 6 feet away from the customer. That really sucks! I much prefer the sticking the dollar between the boobs at this place. One thing that is the same - there are some great looking girls, and a few not so great looking ones. I thinks that's universal.

One thing that maybe the locals can help me out with. I only got approached by 2 girls for laps, and I wasn't interested in either of them. Do the girls only go for locals? I was dressed ok, didn't smell and had money to spend. Or did they think I was a cop? We did 5 songs in the booths and then she told me about the VIP room where there is more contact and I said sure. I paid the girl at the front register $20 and the dancer $100 for half an hour. Only the stage behind the bar was in use when I was there. Several other stages are probably used when more patrons are present.
At these stage customers sit right at the stage. Ethnicity is mixed. Most dancers got nude on 2nd dance. They did two dances and then circulated to collect tips.
Tips can add up but you get to see a lot of dancers.

Dances are $20 in the lap dance area and some negotiation on additional dances is possible. A VIP room is available but was not pushed. Junior was freed from his cave for some hand action.

Had a great time with Mercedes on Thursday; and she will keep me coming back. Make it in every week or two. This is now the best club in Wisconsin.
