Junction is awesome. It's a rock bar, so don't come in looking for rap and hiphop mixes. Set up like a traditional Go-Go, with a small stage, 2 poles, and 2 dancers at a time. This is in Newport News, so full bottoms and top is required by the ABC laws, and reinforced by the management. Junction is right beside Buddha's, who usually has a variety of live music going on, so you can hang out watch the girls awhile, and then go listen to music, then jump back over to Junction if you want too. There is no cover charge for Junction, and a DJ works (at least on the nights I've been there), so no annoying "can you donate to the jukebox" waitress calls.

All in all, a decent rock go-go bar, for the hampton roads area.
Be forewarned, I've only been on weekends, so weekdays might really suck.

Saturday night at Junction was hopping. Lots of nice dancers, usually two on stage at the same time. They had a lively female dj playing music and trying to get the guys to tip the dancers. Most of the guys were locals that just stood back and drank and acted like asses. I felt a little uncomfortable being the only one sitting at the stage most of the time, but the dancers sure appreciated me. The waitresses and female bartender were attractive and friendly. If you like stage dancing, this is the place to go in northern newport news.
