At one time this was a fun club but with the wonderful Va laws making this a bikini club it has really gone downhill. The whole area around Bucks has gone down. The girls don't appear to want to be here (there are a couple of exceptions). Not much of a crowd like it was in the old days (many years ago). Food is ok but not what it was when Buck was still around and you could get the best T-bone steak around.

Buck's is fairly small club right across from the entrance to Ft. Eustis. The normal crowd there is usually a mixture of military and locals. You don't see a lot of professional types here but the atmosphere here is pretty friendly and inclusive. Bucks now advertises itselt as an exotic eatery. I guess this is code for bikini clad go go dancers and bar food. Both of which are pretty good for what they are. The local laws prevent any good stage dancing and forget about lap dances. Depending on what is happening at the local bases it can be very crowded one night and then almost deserted the next. You do not have a lot of options in this part of Virginia and this place overall isn't too bad.

I visited Friday night. There was only 1 asian dancer there all night. There was no alcohol. I was told that the club had just changed ownership and they were awaiting a liquor license. The dancer was attractive and the staff was friendly but right now is not a good time for them. It will probably be better in a couple weeks.

This club is not bad for Newport News. But what can you say since you are in Virginia, the bikini bars instead of strip clubs. The women are friendly and the food is great.

Buck's is very small-- it does have 2 stages, but 2nd, smaller(table-sized) stage is only used on weekends. It is a full bikini bar, with no private dances. Most of the girls are Asian, not much variety. Many of the dancers are not very friendly, unless they are talking to someone they know. Weeknights usually only have 4 girls or less. The bar serves beer and wine, but no mixed drinks, they have okay bar food(wings,fries, burgers,etc.). The Asian food they serve occasionally is really good, though. The crowd is generally young military, as the club is right across from Ft. Eustis, but during the week it is almost deserted. They play a good mix of music on the weekends, and it is usually a lot busier, but still not very exciting.

Good atmosphere. Agree that the location could be better due to the surrounding establisments. Good looking dancers... I remember visiting here prior to the Va Bikini club laws... those were the days. Buck is no longer around but the current owners have made improvements the the place. The girls are hot for the most part and friendly.

Good looking dancers..... if only it wasn't for the wonderful VA laws that make this just another bikini club. Drinks and food are reasonably priced. Location lacks something to be desired due to a rough surrounding area.
