I didn't find many of the girls too good looking, but I was very very pleased with one. She was a little gothic for my taste but very hot none the less. I would recommend it for Hex if nothing else. The dancing was not bad. I have trouble sometimes being a young woman in a gentlemen's club but this club did not seem to have any problems with it. And the dancers did not seem to mind as long as a was a paying costumer.

Went there on a Saturday night. It wasn't just the really looks challenged dancers that surprised me, but also the really poor job these gals are doing of marketing themselves. I'm not saying this to pen something cute, but it really did look like the crack whores had moved inside. Almost all of the dancers looked emaciated, and two who smiled had serious dental issues. I took a dance from one gal who said she was dancing because her car was stolen. In some places, the gals will work for more dances and offer more, but this gal didn;'t offer more, or try. Being there was anything but an erotic experience.

Stopped by on a weekday afternoon to see what it was like. Friendly but quiet. Nice girls and overall a good experience. Had nice dances with a couple of different girls. Suzette was the better of the two but the other was better than most places in the country. Did not return for an evening experience but would stop by when near again.

Dances were $20 and I was one of the few tipping at stage.

Of course, there are so many great places in this town it can be difficult to choose. Continue to think Houston and SA are wonderful places to visit. Austin and Dallas are not too bad either.

They have changed the name of this club from Gigi's Cabaret. It's a little better than what it used to be now with new mngt. The music is decent and the girls are 6-7's not bad but not Treasures neither. Needs more girls but hopefully that will change soon. One girl there was pretty hot though and gave a very energetic lapdance. Will go back

It's a small club and the girls are about average with a few that are below and a few that are really hot. The girls come by to check on you and will work you up to sell you a table dance. Once you get your dance, it's the luck of the draw, some girls are friendlier than others.

You can normally tell which girls will give you the best time because they do the best audition out front.

The club is really dark and that's just fine for the action that goes on in the club.

Small club with primarily asian/african-american dancers. Dancers would rate a 3, maybe 4 but if lucky, you will find a very friendly one who gives up close and personal dances. Visited on weeknights so not sure about weekends. Not a regular but when there, typically 5 dancers between 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Where to start? How about the guy with the white hair that looks like a Sopranos extra?

Avoid. When I walked in the door girl seemed nice enough. The bouncers seemed reasonable. I get into club itself and that's where things went downhill fast. There were plenty of seats but no place to sit. Said plainly, they had a several four person tables taken up by one person, not many tables spread around, and really no other seats except those around the bar. Not a good layout and a lot of wasted space. Very quiet club even with a dancer on the runway type stage. In a lot of other clubs one could get creative and pull a chair up to the stage to tip or something else, but there was one problem with that here. I decide to hang back for a minute and walk over toward an enclosed area one step up from the main floor. It might've been where the lap dances took place, but no one was getting dances while I was there to know for sure. There were already a few guys sitting up there so I thought it would be fine to stand up there for a minute. Then it started.

The white haired guy (who I hadn't really noticed to that point) walks over and starts motioning towards where I'm standing and saying something about "hold on fellas". Must've thought I was with the other guys, but couldn't tell you what he was complaining about. Then one of the waitresses walks over (latina gal) and he starts whining about she should be working and not talking. Then storms over to the other waitress who looked like she was delivering a drink and barked at her, too. Basically he was treating his staff like shit and making a spectacle of himself. In everyone's business. What an asshole. I asked one of the waitresses if that was the manager and she nodded yes and made a face. Now that I had noticed him, it was impossible to block him out as he stalked all over the place being a pest.

No wonder the place seemed so subdued. Didn't want to spend another minute there. Tipped the girl on stage, walked out and won't be back.

late last Wed night I visited Solid Platinum. Just happened to see it while at the intersection--it doesn't stand out too much, but seems really nice. Security is out front keeping an eye on the cars--definitely like that.

Inside, I showed my hotel key and was passed on through with no cover--nice start. Was visited by 1 girl who was very quiet and shy, and moved on quickly. Then was visited by a redhead who was full of chit-chat, but then had to retrieve her cellphone from one of the other dancers. Was really nice feeling her ass--soft and nicely shaped. I might have had a nicer time with one of the other girls perhaps, but overall might check this place out again.

I took a couple of co-workers that were in town to the Gold Cup on a Thursday night. This club is in a predominantly retail area, but it is set away from most of the shopping areas. With the sign out front it’s easy to find. It’s right along the frontage road to US290. There was valet parking, but I asked if there was any self-parking, and they directed me to the back of the building. The parking area had decent lighting. The cover was $10. Inside it was rather small and there were not a lot of tables. But it was about right for the crowd that was there that night. There was one main stage, a smaller stage, and something about the size of a table-top that the girls danced on, but I wouldn’t exactly call that a stage. There was a back room for private dances, and an upstairs balcony with what looked like private rooms.

The talent was about average overall. There were a few dancers that put on a good show, and most were friendly and made it worth tipping during their performance. I got a couple of private dances from two of the girls at $20 a song. I thought the private dances were definitely worth the money. I rubbed my hands over their bodies and played with their tits while they were grinding on me and rubbing their tits in my face. And my two buddies seemed to enjoy their time in the back room. One couldn’t stop talking about the two girls that put on a VERY nice show for him. I never did find out what the rooms up on the balcony were all about, but one of my buddies said he was told the show could get better with a little more cash. We were there about 4 hours and had a pretty good time without spending too much cash.

While we did have fun, I think I would rather try out some of the other Houston clubs before I decide whether to go back. Most of the girls were attractive, but not gorgeous. They were friendly, and would come by your table to talk without being pushy. The girls serving the drinks were friendly, prompt, and attractive. About the only knock I have with the whole evening was that I tried to get a drink at the bar, but couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge that I was there. They were trying to get the servers fixed up, but they didn’t even look at me or say anything. Maybe they were trying to get me to order from one of the servers, but to me it just seemed kind of rude. Overall it was a nice evening, but I think there are some better places to try in the future.


Great club very satisfied, Some special events on occasion. Been a few months since I have last seen the place. Drinks are high, but that is usually the case wit this kind of place. private dances are good.

Stopped by on a Thursday night last week. About 20 dancers ranging from 5-7. There is one large stage in the center with 3 smaller side stages. I got a couple of laps in the back room. The lap room is open and not as dark as it could be, but the girl I was with still did a good 2 way contact lap. i noticed the other paytrons in the lap room all seemed to be getting decent contact. Since I sould see everything going on so could everyone else, so I don't think you can go too far if that is what you are looking for. All in all it is a nice change. It is not Treasures or St. James but, not a bad place to have a beer and get a decent dance.

I was in Houston for the weekend (Mother's Day) and Treasures was very slow. I dropped by Gold Cup on my way out of town. It was my first visit and did not know what to expect. The positive is they have many lap dance rooms, so if you choose the right girl you could have some fun. I did not choose the right girl, however, and spent 2 hours getting teased and buying drinks for her with no payoff. I probably won't be back considering the talent at Treasures and St. James.

Gold Cup is a good alternative to Treasures. The atmosphere is a lot more relax and casual. Many times, you will see couples going to this club together. The quality of girls is slightly lower than Treasures, but most dancers are hot. The waitresses are also very hot. Many times, when you tip the girls at the side stage the standard $1 tip, you will get a face full of tits or ass. On weekends, like many titty bars in Houston, it does get crowded. On Friday nights, before 9 pm or so, they serve a buffet with a good assortment of food including king crab legs, deep fried scallops, oysters and shrimps. A great value if you consider the buffet. One word of advice is to always pay your drinks with cash and never ask for tab. On at least 2 occasions, I've seen guys argue with the waitresses over the tab.

What a dump. The place smelled like vomit and I was there about 30 minutes before the one dancer that was there got off of her cell phone started to dance. When she did I got up and left. The bright spot was I didn't pay a cover.



Went on a Saturday night. Dancers were only 5's or 6's. Worse yet, the dancers didn't know how to market themselves. I was surprised to see a Dancer in her late forties (talk about sag). I only stayed an hour and was only approached by the grandmother. The other dancers hung out with each other. Had I been approached by someone other than grandma, I might've stayed longer.

I used to go to the gold cup a lot and it was first class all the way. Tons of beautiful girls with dozens being a 8 or higher, with multi9ple stages and multiple rooms for private dances. Went in for the first time in a while recently and it was nothing like it used to be. The dancers were fewer in number and lesser in looks, a few 8s and 9s here and there but mostly 4s to 6s. The nice high back chairs in the private rooms that could be used to give a little privacy for the more enthusiastic dances and parties were long gone and replaced with short uncomfortable little chairs. Not the worst in town but no where near the best anymore which is a shame.

Went to Gold Cup a couple of weeks ago. Showed up on a Saturday about midnight. Place was nearly empty. About 10 customers and 6 girls working. The best looking girl working left within about 10 minutes of us showing up. So, in short, the place started bad and got worse in a hurry. Stayed for one drink and left for Treasures. Maybe it was a bad night, but it wasn't worth the cover. During the short time we were there, we did have one guy get a dance. In his opinion, it was average at best. Drinks are expensive. Girls were just okay. Next time in town, I'd head to Treasures.

Continuing my trip East I visited the GC on a Wednesday evening, early. Most of the ladies seemed to be stuck to regular customers, or else the Champagne rooms were stuffed. I wouldn't know about those; I've never been invited in. I got dances from two different, reasonably attractive, ladies -- one of whom I bought a drink and chatted up quite a bit. Both sets were plainer than plain vanilla. Returned during happy hour on Thursday, and after a couple of false starts found a toothsome young Latina who wanted to enjoy herself, but was afraid I was a cop. At my age and weight? Big, big joke. I was finally able to persuade her otherwise and she had a very good time. No extras were offered nor observed.

This is a nice upscale club with fine dancers, mostly 5-8 range, something for all tastes. Was there recently and had some excellent dances from several ladies in a private room away from prying eyes. They still offer a good lunch buffet. This is a really good, laid-back club to spend an afternoon at. I believe this is the 2nd best club in H-town, only Treasures is better.

Gold Cup in the past has been hit or miss for me, but lately, the talent has greatly improved. I've been very impressed with my last 3 visits in the past month. There are always a few very hot dancers, but overall most of the girls are attractive. Gold Cup has some really young talent and most of the girls seem down to earth. The waitresses are also hot. The atmosphere of Gold Cup is a bit more relax, compared to Treasures. The patrons are more blue collar and they allow you in even when you are wearing a T-shirt. The best part about Gold Cup is that you get very high mileage dances and a $1 tip to the dancer will almost guarantee a face full of tits. Gold Cup is in my opinion, one of the highest mileage clubs in Houston.

This club has its ups and downs but overall is a good club. Usually the dancers are friendly and not too pushy. Many are willing to go the distance (some waitresses too)! Booze is expensive but comparable to any club like this. Day time and night time over different variety. Day time is usually slower and the dancers tend to be more agressive. Night time can get busy, but there is more variety. I've always found the waitress Petra to be helpful.

My first visit to Gold Cup was on a Wednesday, mid-afternoon. It wasn't very crowded and there seemed to be an ample number of dancers, but a lot of them just sat around. There were a number of customers just sitting as well. A couple, or three, Latinas with waaaay too much silicone were irritatingly active in solicitating dances and other things for which they wanted fees ten to twenty times the cost south of the border. I recommend taking Nancy's advice. "Just say no." I didn't see any really gorgeous girls, but I had a couple of nice sets from two reasonably attractive, if a bit chubby Anglas. (I made that word up.) I had quite a good time so I went back Thursday afternoon and was ignored pretty much as at Treasures the previous evening. Must be because I'm old and fat. Charm and money will only take you so far, I guess.

The Gold Cup is definitely the place to go if you want to have a good time, not spend a lot of money, and see beautiful women. Treasures is the #1 in houston, but this is the #2 and rightfully so. It's not as crowded and you get pretty much the same service. The layout is nice and easy to navigate. I recommend going here to anyone. I got a dance from a girl named Fire and she ended up giving me a two-for-one several times. Good contact too!

Gold Cup is my club of choice when in Houston, even though Treasures may be "the" place to go. Not as crowded and you don't feel like you're in a strip club production line. The women are just as lovely and the mileage can be just as good, depending on your lady of choice.

Been there twice to the 290W NW FWY location. 1st time fun...nice club...fine looking ladies...no problem

2nd...hang on to your wallet. If you like throwing money away..go there...
VIP hustle baby...Be very careful what is going on in the VIP because the only action was to separate money from customer. The waitress was counting the dances and informing me by mental telepathy.
I won't go into details, but I will never go back in there and will never take my business customers there.

Went out on a Saturday night. The place was super packed. I got me a seat towards the back(don't ask how) and order me a drink. Was a little expensive but the service was quick. Every lady in the building was smoking hot. I'm talking 9's and 10's. Got a couple of dances from this sweet ass black girl name Lyric. She knows how to treat a man, extra mileage all the way. I loved this place and even though it's not paticullary close to where I live I'll still go back again.
