Has been a while since the last time i was there. Still okay, layout had not changed much, drinks are relatively inexpensive compared to the houston clubs. There was 2 girls i would say were 8's. The bar is rather well stocked I am a gin and tonic guy, and they have a decent selection of gins Bombay sapphire being my prefered. I had a couple dances from an attractive tall blond, dont recall her name. Very personable and no drink hustle. so overall a good place to grab a drink and have a little fun, otherwise take the drive down to houston.
Went there Friday evening. The entrance fee is 10$ now. Around 10 dancers, topless lap dance and topless stage dance. White dancers are quite pretty while the blacks dance much better.
If you go from college station or Bryan, then it is on the left side of highwa 6, you should get off at the next exist of Rock Prarie.
Well, it is the only club in town. The beer is reasonably priced also. I guess the only thing is my standards for clubs have seriously been raised after Baby Dolls. I would really like to see the club updated, better tables, vip rooms. Basically a new club would make this a better situation. They have changed mgmt many times, but this last trip the girls seemed more interested in the bartender than customers. So, I guess that my standards have risen and this clubs have dropped lower. Houston is not that far away.
Alright so the other night went by this club with some friends just to kill some time. the cover was cheap for a strip club and drinks were no more expensive then regular bars in town. As far as the talent is concerned there was one really hot girl, one hot girl, and the rest weren't worth mentioning. It wasnt busy so it was easy to just talk and socialize with our group, the staff, and talent. If you are looking for a place to hang out with friends and enjoy a dance here and there then this is a good place. If you are looking for a club were the focus of the night is the talent on stage take the drive to Houston.
So, I gave them a 2 for 2 reasons. 1. They had two good looking girls there. 2. The beer was cheap. $3 a beer. The service was awful. 3 and 4 songs for even the ugly chicks that were getting no tips. I had to get up from my table and get the beers every time.
This club was awful 3-4 years ago. It did a complete 180 in the right direction, and has now taken another 180 in the wrong direction. If you like cheap beer, this is the place to go.
This club isnt bad, but its the only one around, a popular hangout for professors, and students who have money. Some of the girls here are VERY hot, Harley, Katia are my two favorites. Lap dances here are fun, and worth the money, but no VIP room, and not even a hint of extras. If you are in town for a game or something, its a great place to stop by and blow some cash, but its pretty good for a small town strip club.
This place is a decent place to kill some time here in College Station. It's nice, clean, safe so that's not a concern. Their music selection is pretty lousy with too much head banging and gang banging music for my taste. I've been there several times and there are usually about 6-10 girls working on the weekends. And that's the best part about this place - the girls. At least those who are college students working their way through school. Some of those little coeds are incredible. Mica and Sugar definitely make it worth the trip out to "The Sock".
I gave this club a three because it was fairly clean and the beer was cold. It must be great to be the only club in town because that's the only way to explain this place's survival. I got there about 6:30 (they open at 5:00) and there was no one on the stage in fact there wasn't even any music on. I had a beer and looked around and there were about 7 customers (besides me), 2 dancers (well I guess you'd call them dancers though they never actually stood up much less dance, from what I could see though it seemed like a small loss since neither was better than a 5)), a bartender, and a bouncer. I figured I'd have another beer and see if it picked up, possibly the worst $4.00 I ever spent. Three fat, fairly unattractive black girls (again who I assume were dancers though they never danced) came in had a seat and never got up. Well after an hour I had had enough of this and made a note to just skip strip bars on trips to College Station.
