I went to Deja Vu for the first time this past Saturday after a Predators game. We decided to walk from Broadway, which took about 15 minutes. A cab would've been really cheap. The club doesn't sell alcohol so we walked to a gas station around the corner to buy beer to bring in. The cover ($16) included all the alcohol we could bring in. There were some really good loooking girls in there but they would only get topless/nude on the mainstage which had a bunch of chairs around it so you couldn't get very close. The side stages and lapdances were all with bikinis on, not even topless. I got one 2 for 1 for $25 but again it was clothed. I don't live in Nashville so I'm not sure if this is the standard for all the clubs or only this one. The talent was good but the bikini dances were lame.

I visited here while in Nashville on business. Its just off I40. I'd rate the women as 8. They don't have alcohol, just sodas and the like. Lap dances are $20 and very worth it. Dancers are on the stage most of the time, or walking through the audience looking for lap dances. I had a good time. I saw several girls dance, and had a nice lapdance with Mica. She showed me what I wanted to see.

In follow up to my last comment. Let me say that the Vu is still a shithole, but I'd like to defend of a couple of the dancers like Passion, Summer, Desire, Alicia, Katana and anyone else worth mentioning. These girls are hot stuff and the best to work with, but it dosnet change the fact the Deja Vu party is still way below par. Passion has always been one of the most beautiful girls at the Vu and I dont understand why shes not in Playboy Magazine. Club miss management over the last few years and the fact that all the shows in town are a little green in entertainment value. No matter where you go in Nashville, it's just Nashville. No one rocks the house anymore. No ones cares. The music sucks and it's the same old shit. After 18 years in the nudy bar biz, I get better wood at the super market looking at some chick with her clothes on in the bolongna section than watching a-typical strippers peeling to RAP and Bon Jovi. No matter what town you go in, theres always some fat chick named Angel dancing to Bon Jovi. That's the curse of places like the Deja Vu Nashville. You got yer hotties and you got yer hogs! If you do go in the club, take a stack of singles and a large bottle of Crown Royal with you and they will come!

The great once Nashville Deja Vu with the super Cheers atmosphere is ancient history folks. This club used to be one of the best partys in town through the 1990s until a new regeme took over in 2004 and the club has taken a nose dive ever since. Of course all good things must come to an end. All the awsume constumed dancers ( entertainers ) are retired with kids and are nurses now ( for real ). Everyone else is either in jail or got smart and bailed before they became part of the furniture at the Vu. This has always been a rough image club with a lot of fights on weekends. This club reminds me of old dirty bath water. Theres no parking! Theyve lost their parking lot year by year down to a few cars which the employees take up those. The club is remodled but is no help for this Music Row isore. When the club first opened in around 1989 it looked kinda fresh and cool on the corner. These days it looks like a crackhouse hit the Olive Garden from the outside with those rainbow stupid lights. Just the thing a chick GM would do. You want your lights brighter, not darker. Its looks like a fag Olive Garden from the outside and the building needs more than paint. It needs to be mowed over and flattened like Kid Rocks Nose. The Deja Vu parking lot contains 18 years of beer, vomit, shit, blood, make up and car oil unpaved and untouched. Its become the Walmart of strip clubs. How can you have a multi million dollar club and an 18 year old sound system and lights? Everytime it rained the roof used to leak all over the stage, so how attractive are a pile of wet towels in the front row. The new management is green and dosnet know what they are doing. Who gives a fuck about Retro Night! People want to go somewhere and have a good time. Its the Cheers atmosphere that this club will never duplicate again since they started firing theyre best DJs, waitresses and dancers. Im a DJ and I walked! I put on Iron Maiden Tailgunner and walked out before my shift started and left the club high and dry. If dancers and managemtn treat their DJ that poorly, imagine how they treat their customers. They are all in it for that mighty dollar. That club at 4am on a Saturday Night looks like a Mexican Star Wars Bar. All wigger kids and mexicans not tipping. Whata great party if your The Frito Bandito or a Gringo Crackhead. Nashville has some nice girls, but has no killer clubs. No matter where you go in Nashville, it's always just Nashville. And clubs like this reinforce that reality. This club plays too much RAP and Metallica and has ZERO character! Go down to Christies and blow your dough on Brittany, Carly or Carmen!
