good clubs...onw of the few black clubs in PA...The club is located on the second floor...rather small, it has a small stage and chairs line the walls.. the astmohpere is dark and great for just relaxing and enjoying the sights..the dances are $5 and they are well worht it..I went on a thursday and there was about 11-30 girls so I will be back...

This was my first visit to this club. I've heard it in conversation while visiting other clubs around the city but perhaps because it is in west phila, and at a not particularly pretty looking building or locale. Atmosphere is very easy going, you enter in the bar, the club is upstairs, $10 entry fee.

The club area is long(deep) but phila-rowhouse style narrow(width), there is a tv up front so that if you want to keep an eye on the game you can, standing room only tho.

The dance stage is a 5'x5' platform with a pole that the girls dance on, the lapdance area is at the rear portion and is about half the available square footage of the entire club. Walls are dark, chairs ring the perimiter and are the armless industrial (stainless steel w/ vinyl seat and back), adequate for the scene and occasion in my opinion.

Girls are mostly black, noticed one caucasian and a couple of latina looking (might have been 'redbones'...I'm guessing). Sizes range from petite to thick, a good variety of what really is out there in the real world. I thought most were very cute, only came across a couple of jaded girls.

Had a great time, lap dances are $5 a song, the dollar parade is still in effect if you choose to watch the girl on the stage dancing but truth be told pole dancing is not the biggest draw at the 'ghetto' (meant very endearingly) strip club. The lap dances are great, performance veries by dancer but all I decided to try out did a good enthusiastic job.

I think you get fare value for your dollar here. I confess that this is one of the few clubs I have been to where I dont feel like I got ripped off or cant believe that I just wasted a fistfull of loot and spend the remainer of the drive home trying to convince myself that it was worth it. I'll definitely go again, I had a great time.

Drinks are bought at the bar downstars, beers are $4(be sure to tip the barkeep a $1). This is a predominantly Afro-American area and club; I found the atmosphere easygoing, comfortable and exciting. The only issue I saw was one jaded dancer that for whatever reason seemed to be interested in picking arguments with other new, prettier, skinnier dancers around. I guess she felt like they were getting in the way of her making more money. Besides that there were no issues whatsoever.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I much prefer these clubs to the 'Plastic palaces' I've frequented in the past. This is the kind of place where the girls act like they want to 'lay their hands on you' and give you a tactile physical experience rather than that of the 'Gentlemens clubs' that seem to create an atmosphere where you the patron come to 'admire, adore and lust' after the talent and their minimal (or no) contact 'airdances' for a higher premium.

Fantasy is good and all and has it's place but it has simply lost it's appeal for me. The 'ghetto' strip clubs almost have a party feel to it, much is relaxed and comfortable. You are encouraged to feel and squeeze and they know what a lapdance is supposed to be about.

Visited this spot while in town on a Friday nite. bar is downstairs. Upstairs is joint. Due to a remodel half the room is open. It was Packed with both dancers and men. Well worth the $ one stage and many girls working hard. Even packed the game was on. The ladies were on average 8.5 and pleasant even through the temperature was too hot. Great lap dances with some contact. At the time Private room looked like a changing room with curtains. But many spots for discrete lap dances standing up against the wall or in a chair. Will go back soon and hope the room is not as packed.

I've had the opportunity to go down to Anthony's on both a weeknight and a weekend and have found that my satisfaction with the club is pretty much the same on any given night. Anthony's is a pretty small club (the most dancers I've ever seen on the schedule for a night is 7, which typically happens on a weekend). As soon as you walk in, the bar is located directly in front of you and the main stage (the only stage) is directly to the left. Other than that, there's a small area behind the stage with about 4 or 5 small tables and that's pretty much all there is to the club.

Drink prices are about average (4-5 bucks for a beer), and one think I like about the place is you don't have to worry about being hounded by the dancers asking if you'd like a lap dance or the bartender asking you if you're ready for another. I think the best way to describe it is that it's a really nice place if you want to go somewhere just to have a drink or two with a friend in a laid back type of environment. Lap dances are available for 10 bucks, and are the typical "air" dances offered at most Pittsburgh clubs. No private or VIP rooms in this place because it's so small. If you catch it on a night where there are some quality dancers, a good time can definitely be had in this place. I recommend it if you're looking for a more laid back type of strip club atmosphere. Oh and by the way, the waitresses are really hot too. By the looks of things, I'd have to say the 3 that I've seen in there are all former dancers.
