Went to Sunset Strip on a Wednesday night. This place is a bit boring. Only one stage was open. A hottie named Jubilee was the hottest one there. She is in her early twenties and changed outfits three times while I was there. There was also a nice blonde who was talking about how she doesn't have any friends. Most of the people there were on the video poker machines or at the bar. Not too many people were at the stage at all. It's a good club to go chill at, but maybe not the perfect club to go wild at. I'd go back.
Friday night at 9:00 PM the Sunset Strip had about two-dozen customers and a half dozen dancers ranging from a 3 up to a 6. There was one stage going and I saw no private table dances. I wasn’t charged a cover and paid about $5 dollars for a Dewars rocks.
I only stop in SS once or twice a year because a couple of other nearby clubs are far superior. Oregon’s air dances aren’t much to get excited about, one nice thing though is they offer a full bar with full nudity. But unfortunately, not at the Sunset Strip, this place is basically just a topless club.
The first couple of times I stopped in I thought they must have some kind of unusual liquor license or something. But then I saw one dancer who did get fully naked. It turns out the management here leaves it up to each girl if she wants to show the kitty and most of them don’t. A topless bar in Oregon stands to do a dismal business in an area with over 50 fully nude bars.
I’ll do another review in a year or so and see if things have improved at the Sunset Strip topless club.
Went to sunset Saturday night. Was asked if I needed a drink when I sat down. The doorman was nice. Got in with no trouble. The lighting is just right. There was a bachelor party going on when I got there. Lots of fun. The dancers are hot and the stage dances were very good. I only got one lapdance. It was mostly just air. I left and went down to Jiggles and had lots of good grinding. Sunset is good for watching but for dances I'm going back to jiggles.
Haven't been here in a while, thought I'd see how things were mid-week- the DJ wasn't overly obnoxious, and the bathrooms weren't covered in a quarter inch of barf and urine, unlike some of the other strip bars in town. Service was still good, seating was still excellent as well.
I remember this place having much friendlier contractors in the past, but with the usual turnover, guess things are bound to change- no one seemed like they were that interested in performing on stage. I barely got a thank you for most of my tips, with the contractors running back into the dressing room the second their stage numbers were done. In terms of looks, of the roughly half a dozen dancers working, a couple of them with boob jobs, the rest saggy and pancake flat. I couldn't tell you what their faces looked like. It's so dark in here, it's almost impossible to see anything, even the dancers on stage. For all I know I tipped two trannies, a mynah bird, and Moe, Larry, and Curly.
This is still a nice place, but really lacking where the rubber meets the road as of late.
Stopped in on a Friday at about 7pm. There were only about 8-9 customers and 4 dancers. It was very dark inside, especially around the stage. Most of the dancers were 6-7, but Sydney was a solid 9. At least her body was but the light wasn't good enough to get a good look at her face. They were dancing 2 song sets and the songs seemed quite short. There are private dances but I didn't partake. Haven't found them worthwhile except at Jiggles in Tualatin.
Ok for a quick stop but not a place I'll be frequenting.
Stopped in here on a Saturday night at about 10 pm. This club has been operated under several other names, but has never seemed to be that busy. Not sure what the big draw is currently, but it was very crowded on Saturday night (no cover). The current layout is pretty open and has good sightlines, although the club is a bit small. Only a few dancers were visible, who fell in the 5-6 range. There were two stages working, with the crowd and the music reflecting a hip-hop focus. A lot of energy here if you're into the hip-hop thing, but I'll wait a while before checking back in.
This club is very close to my house, I've visited it a few times. They have many special events each months (poker, beach party, ...) Most of the girls are looking good but I have never seen one sitting with a customer. They do their set and go back to the changing room. They might hang out by the bar after but that's about it. If you want a dance, you have to ask while they are on stage, otherwise you might not see them for a while. Drinks and food are good and the DJ are not too annoying. I'll keep going back for drinks but when I feel like being teased by a girl, I'll go somewhere else.
The best thing about this place is that it is off exit 69. Stopped by here during the week. Two girls dancing total, each going for 3 song sets. It wouldn't be so bad except the girls really weren't into it, and there is nothing to do for 1-2 songs in between sets as the stage is dead and the TVs are too small (and showing some soap anyways). The girls were good looking, and this might be a good club on Friday/Saturday when more are working, but as it is its a skip from me.
Stopped in for lunch again. Great food specials mid week. I like going during the day because there are less people and it really is a lot less smokey inside. If they could get some better smoke eaters in there I would visit more in the evening. The food is always good and for the most part, a drink is a drink when you are having a beer. The only other down side about going there during mid day is they only have maybe 1 dancer working and she isn't real active unless you are ready to throw money at her. I've been in there and had the dancer(s) just sitting because everyone is at the bar or the video poker machines and nobody is sitting or paying attention to the stage. They do have some hot dancers though. I would say on average I would rate them a 6-8 range with the possible 9 for looks but as usual, it is an Oregon club so don't waste the money on a private dance unless all you want to buy is AIR. The last time I thought I may get lucky with a dancer that was pretty frisky and free at the main stage, when she was back in a private dance it was all air and I definitely felt I had a better show at the rack and a lot cheaper! I'm not sure of why the attitude change for the private shows but I assume they must be watched for violations and such by management.
Happy clubbing to all.

I’ve only been to the Roc’s Dollhouse/The Sunset strip a couple of times. They seem to be having a tough time developing a clientele. It was Saturday night around 9:30 to 10:00 pm and the place was not crowded. I’d say there was around 8 or 10 dancers in the 4 to 6 range and approximately 25 customers. It’s not a big place. I think they have 2 stages but only one was going. There was no cover and the drinks were $5 for a call shot which is reasonable.
I stayed about an hour and had 2 drinks. After the first few dancers I noticed none of the dancers were taking off their bottoms. It was like a California topless club. One girl didn’t even take her top off. The tipping seemed average given the amount of customers. The girls weren’t getting rich but they were making money. I thought maybe they have some kind of weird liquor license. After seeing most of the girls dance I decided to hit the road very much unimpressed.
On the way out I asked the doorman/id checker if for some reason the girls were not allowed to get fully nude like the other Oregon strip clubs. He said they could but maybe the girls weren’t getting tipped enough. I felt like saying: The girls aren’t making enough because there are not enough customers. There are not enough customers because your dancers put on a lousy show. It’s kind of a catch 22. I didn’t say anything though, because I knew I would never go back.
Don’t waste your time going here. The other 3 Beaverton clubs are all far superior to The Sunset Strip.
Went there with a couple of buds... not too many dancers (maybe 7 total) on Friday night. One of the 2 featured dancers gave me a lap, and it was one of the best ones in OR (not as much of a air dance as every where else in OR). So, if it was just her, I'd give a higher score. But there was one guy sitting in another guy's lap.... at a women dancer strip club... weird. And the other dancers didn't give as nice lap dances. So, overall, avg a 6. They also use too much dry ice smoke for some songs... you wind up not being able to see the dancers, and it gets in your throat.
Stopped in about 6 on a Friday afternoon. Got a soda for a couple of bucks and sat by the stage. They did two song sets and are nude for the second. The dancer was 7+ and I thought this might not be a bad place. The interior of the club is quite nice, especially compared to most of the other clubs in Portland. There are two stages, but just one was being used when I was there. There is at least one area off to the side of the main room for private dances and a seperate room also dedicated to private dances. I was solicited by one girl for a dance ($20) but my experience is that they're not worth it since they're all air and not much different than just sitting at the stage. (An exception to this is Jiggles in Tualatin.)
The next dancer was about a 5 and then the next was a 1 or 2. Pretty nice body from a distance, in the dark and and good dresser but once you got a good look at her she was scary. The club seems good, but if the quality of dancers stays this bad I would stay away.
Heard some radio ads for Sunset Strip, so I dropped by about 2:00 in the afternoon. This may not be the best time to see a club at its best, but that is generally when I have free time.
This place suffers from a location that makes it close to the highway, but still off the beaten path. Because there are already a couple good strip clubs in Beaverton, they are going to have to work hard to convince people to give this place a try.
When I walked in, out of the daylight, I walked into a chair because the place was so dark. There were three guys at the bar talking with the barmaid and a girl on stage swaying to the music, waiting for a customer. The stage lighting is the lowest I have ever seen. If not for the black light making her bikini glow, I wouldn't even have known there was a girl there. I bought a rum and coke for $4, and after my eyes adjusted to the darkness, moved over to sit at the stage. Now that she had a paying customer, the dancer started taking her bikini off. She had a nice body, not such a pretty face, from what I could see in the dim light. Two songs later she was replaced by another girl, not as nice a body as the first girl and when she got naked even in the dim light I could see a bad shaving rash around the kitty. Not sexy.
I considered trying the food here, but the atmosphere was just not comfortable for me, so I left. Maybe this place is better in the evenings, but I don't have enough free time in the evening to check it out.
Went to the club on a Friday night a couple of weeks back. The club was about half full and had about 5 dancers working when I got there. Shift change took place about an hour and a half later so I got to see an additional 5 or 6 girls.
I ate dinner there and the food was great. Drinks are priced about the same as most clubs unless you get what they have on special (which is usually something decent). The girls ranged from 4 to 9. Truthfully only 1 was really a 4. the others were all 6 or above. They had one stage open at first but opened a second stage when it started to get busier (10pm or so). On that night they did a "fire siren" special where all the girls do a mini table dance for a buck each time the siren rings they move to a new person. That makes each tease about 15 seconds maybe but allowed you to get some variety. They offer couch dances for 20bucks but they are the typical air dances of Oregon. I think I got more out of sitting at the rack than the couch dance.
It is pretty dark in there and a little on the smokey side. If they could filter the air a little more I'd visit more often.
Anyhow, it was all in all a good time and I would and will go back to visit. Everyone is pretty cool there didn't have any problems with the staff or other patrons.
My boyfriend and I arrived around midnight on a Saturday night. For Oregon, this was a nice looking club. I would say I was impressed with the talent. We got a dance from a cutie pie named lexus or something like that. It was fun and I noticed that there were quite a few couples besides us there. There were no ugly girls and I would rate them at about a 6/7. A great time.
The Sunset Strip is actually not a bad club but it has the regrettable luck to be in the SW Portland/Beaverton area and therefore must compete with Stars Cabaret and the Dolphin II. These two clubs are among the best in the state and even Wildcats, the fourth club in the area, is pretty decent for a neighborhood strip bar. Couple these facts with a hard to find location (zero drive by) and you can appreciate what they are up against.
In the TUSCL details it shows a $4 cover charge for the Sunset Strip. I have never been charged a cover at this club, even on Friday night. They may be letting me in free because I am a very cool guy or it’s possible they are not enforcing this until they get some more business.
There are two stages here, but I have never seen more than one going. Usually there will be about half a dozen girls (usually in the 4-6 range) working in the evening. The entertainment roster turns over frequently. I stop in for a drink maybe once every two months and have not seen a dancer twice.
Because the club is never crowded it can be worth an occasional stop. You never know when you might find a diamond in the rough who hasn’t yet found her way to the busier clubs. The drink prices are reasonable and you get a fair pour.
Absolutely my favorite club in Oregon. Although it's small and almost never has more than a dozen women working at any one time, I'm always amazed at the percentage of gorgeous women working here.
The service is fast and friendly, the DJ doesn't suck, and the dances are the best in pdx. (And this place is even clean- it's almost too good to be true.)
If I could pick one small nit, it's hard to get to off the freeway. Skip the alternatives in Beaverton and enjoy the fun here while it lasts.
This club has decent looking girls (about a 7 on average) and the beer is cold. Has a nice area off to the side for private dances. Visited a couple of times, and the place seems generally dead in the late afternoon. Assume it gets busier in the evenings. Bartender is nice.
Fairly new club (new name). 1-2 stages open. Kind of a small place. Usually not too many dancers working at one time - so you see everyone in a short time. The lap dances are good here. No one bothering you in lap dance area. Dancers are friendly. Pretty good for Oregon. Bartender is best looking woman in the club.
This club has replaced Roc's Dollhouse. There is construction going on in front of this club which is very disruptive right now. It is difficult to find, take the Cedar Hills Blvd exit off HiWay 26 or 217, go back over the freeway and it is on the right. It appears to have been an old Denny's or some such place. It is behind other structures on the right. Roc's never made it here, don't know that anyone else can, but always worth a try?
