I had an hour to burn and some cash in my pocket and decided to try the Ritz. There was no cover but unfortunately, for me, the talent level was extremely poor at about 5:30 on a Friday evening. I watched one dancer and looked around the club for others and it seemed like everyone that I saw was overweight. The club was decent enough so I stayed for a couple of songs and then hit the road looking for fitter dancers.

Checked out this club on a Sunday night. they have a $5 cover charge, which seems to be the norm in Tulsa. A full liqour bar, which is a rarity here. On Sunday's they also serve a free buffet consistiing of fried chicken, potatoe salad and cole slaw.
On this night, there were about a dozen dancers on hand. Table dances were offered for $20 and cocktail purchases were also being pushed.
Two songs per set per dancer let you see the entire rotation in about an hour and a half, good if you like to check everyone out before picking out a dancer for a dance or a coctail.
One stage in the middle of the room with tables surrounding the area. Low key atmosphere and a big screen for ball games.
The dancers were energetic and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Lap dances were low contact, I didn't go for the cocktail and VIP area which is also available.
A nice variety of dancers, and a nice place to spend a couple of hours.

I used to visit the Tulsa clubs quite often but haven't been to one in years. I was in town with a friend one Saturday night in mid March and decided to try the Ritz. Got there late, about 12:30. Not a lot of patrons there at that time, but I don't really like a too loud, too crowded club (i.e. Cloud 9).Hadn't been to the Ritz since it was called Club Paradise. It's still a nice clean place (not a dive), but I was disappointed in the quality of the girls. Maybe it's just my failing memory but the girls used to be 8s and 9s, not 4s to 7s like they were on this visit. There were two girls that I would rate as 8s or 9s (both slender blondes) but I had very different experiences with each. When I went to tip the first girl on stage she totally ignored me. She was too busy talking to friends to notice me. I was almost ready to go back to my table when the people she was conversing with pointed me out to her. And (No surprise!) the little bit of attention I got wasn't worth the wait. The other blonde was a different story though. Her name was Celeste and I'd give her a 9. She was a tall, long-legged platinum blonde with beautiful tan skin and a nice firm butt. My friend had never been to a strip club so I bought him a table dance from Celeste ($20) and she offered to give us both a dance for $30. Not a lot of grinding or humping but a nice, slow sensual dance. I enjoyed it very much and would go back to the Ritz just for Celeste. And in the time we were there we were never pressured to buy a girl a drink and the tip/music jar only came around once.
I plan on visiting the other clubs in Tulsa soon and will try to share my impressions of them as well. Abayo!

I visited The Ritz at shift change on a Tuesday evening. I've yet to have a satisfactory visit at The Ritz but give it a try every now and again in hope it will improve. The girls on the day shift ranged from about 5 to 6 with one 9/10 (Cloudy). The night shift was a little better with the range being around 6 to 8 with one 9 (Geesa). The Ritz is primarily a mix club. You sit with a dancer, buy them a drink and socialize. I've no idea why anyone would want to do that but that's mainly what goes on here. You will be hustled to buy drinks for the dancers and donate to the juke box. I was there for over two hours and not one person got a lap dance in that time. There is a VIP area where some dances may have taken place. I believe to enter the VIP area, you have to purchase one of the more expensive drinks (I would guess in the $75 to $100 range but that's only a guess). I've no idea what goes on in the VIP area. I've never visited and never felt tempted due to the low mileage this club has always had. However, there are a couple of dancers working here who used to dirty mix at Showplace so now I at least wonder about the possibilities. If anyone could pass along more information in this area, please feel free to email me. Anyway, I eventually decided to try a couple of dances from the hottest girl on the night shift, Geesa. As I expected, the dance was your typical Ritz dance with far more tease and air than contact and/or grinding. At least on this occasion the bouncer stand and watch 5 feet away like my last visit. I left unsatisfied and headed to Cloud 9 in search of greener pastures.
