A buddy and myself hit Cloud Nine at about 8:30 on a Friday night after stopping in at a couple of very lame clubs in the area. Cover was $ 5.00 and we had to sign in for some reason but they did not check ID's so I don't know what that was all about. Before we could find a seat we were quickly approached by 3 beautiful ladies who escorted us to a table. An older waitress asked if we wanted to buy the ladies a drink which we kindly declined after an explaination of the drink sham. A $ 40.00 drink gets you so much time with the girl plus 1 lap dance, $ 60.00 etc. We were there until about midnight and were never alone at our table so this is absolutely a scam. I only saw one poor sole buy a lady a drink all night. 2 of the 3 who sat with us stayed with us for about an hour or hour and a half. My buddy and I each sampled each girl in the lap dance area and both of these girls were very sexy and very athletic dancers. As others have noted, dances are performed against the walls in uncomfortable wood chairs. Contact is pretty much one way and both my friend and I had our roaming hands removed from girls by a bouncer more than once during the night. This and the fact that the club is really small are the only real drawbacks to Cloud Nine other than the waitress making attempts to sell drinks for the girls. The waitress was nice and flirty and took no well but it was still annoying. My buddy and I bought a few buckets of beer which were reasonably priced at $ 10.00 for a bucket of 5 domestic beers. One of the 2 girls that hung with us for the first hour was a solid 9 and was a great conversationalist (she knew exactly what to say to make a man horny). She told us all about her own sex life including the fact that she squirts when masterbating but has only squirted once with a guy (and was embarassed) and that she wants to experience double penetration but does not like big cocks so she may hire a female escort with a small strap-on to do the backside penetration while her boyfriend penetrates her from the front side. There were about 20 girls dancing and only 1 or 2 that I would not have asked for a lap if time and money would have allowed. I look forward to my next visit to Cloud Nine.

Visited this club back in February and had an excellent time. The dollar dances were a lot of fun and worth the wait as you get to sample a lot of the girls in a short period of time for just a few bucks. That enables you to find the girls that will give you the best dances.
I received dances from several girls that were well worth the money. Cloudy was very attentive and personal throughout.
The wait staff were low pressure and the atmosphere was great. I didn't like the small size of the place and wish there was more privacy but all in all it was a great trip and I look forward to going back soon.

It doesn't seem that long ago that a $20 private dance (often called a chair dance) in most of the strip clubs in Tulsa was nothing but air. Very slowly, true lap dances started creeping into the Tulsa scene. Cloud 9 was the first club I noticed to make the transition (Oddly enough, it's sister club, The Ritz, still seems to have little contact). The venue itself isn't great. It's small and ventilation isn't too good; sometimes the music is way too loud in the back. There is no private or semi private area for dances. They're done in a chair along the wall somewhere. Contact can vary greatly depending on the dancer. They position a bouncer in the back to monitor the dances during the night shift so if you want two-way contact, you're best bet is the day shift. Of course, the caliber of girls is lower in the day shift but some of those ladies are more hands on if that's what you are looking for. They still do the drink hustle at Cloud 9, but it's not as prevalent as The Ritz. However, it can be terribly frustrating when you want dances from a particular dancer and she is tied up for hours with a customer who wants to chit chat and buy drinks. I'll never understand why anyone would pay $100 to sit and talk but to each their own. As I already mentioned, this was the only club to get a decent lap dance in Tulsa on a consistent basis for some time. However, I believe a lot of the other clubs have caught up in some cases so Cloud 9's stock may be dropping.

I wanted to get away from the Xmas shopping crowds so I dropped in the Friday before Xmas. They had about 20 dancers working and the place was very lively. It is a smaller venue than most, but this worked to their advantage as it added to the 'excitement' factor. The dancers were working on 2 song sets on the main stage.
There was a buffet available until around 4 and this helps negate the minimal $5 cover charge.
Table dances were available for $20 and were performed entusiastically by the ladies that I saw.
I will definitely go back as the quality of dancers was very good for Tulsa. All of them were decent looking and they had a nice variety as to body types. IE, not everyone was enhanced, nor were they all rail thin. A good selection. Definitely on the doable list.
