Oh my god I have been going to this club for 13 years. I bring my friends there when I don't want to pay a cover charge and still find nice quality girls. In all the 13 years I never really had a problem until last night. The waitress had held my credit card at the counter just in case I wanted multiple drinks. I only had ordered one drink. I made a mistake and forgot my credit card. When I came back to the bar I paid for my one drink and got my credit card back only to get home and find a 150$ charge on my credit card. I called the location and they told me that they only had the charge for one drink.I am like ok could you check deeper in the system. They said that money might have been held on my credit card that would come back in 24 hours. I am STill waiting. Besides that the club is great !!!!

I had kinda given up on Bugsy's -- the hustle was not worth the lack of action -- but I went back on an exploratory mission. I was curious how, if at all, the new law in Ohio had affected Bugsy's. See, at Bugsy's, the girls aren't gorgeous -- some of 'em are barely watchable -- and even fewer of 'em are capable of a decent conversation. But, and here's the thing, to make up for that, they're pretty grabby, usually.

So I figured if Bugsy's was shut down, that would be a bad sign for pretty much all the clubs around, in terms of mileage or extras.

Well. The girls hadn't really changed much. A couple of them were actually damn fine looking. But, to the point, they were probably MORE grabby and strokey and generally stick-shift-centered than they used to be. And, well, I did have me some fun; not all of it entirely within the strict letter of the law.

First impressions were not good. The night I stopped in, it was slow and before I could order a beer, a dancer came up to me and asked if I'd buy her a drink too. Not a "hi, my name is...", just "can you get me a drink too?" The 2 other dancers sitting at the bar were a bit on the heavy side for my tastes. One beer and I was out of there. Hope i just didn't hit it on a bad night (Thursday evening).

Used to be that the only reason to come in here was the mileage, both at the bar and during a dance.

Now? No real reason to come in here, seems to me.

Yes, the occasional girl will put her hand on your leg while trying to finagle a drink from you; and the occasional lap dance will include some stick shifting to go with the grinding. But where it used to be kinda fun and enjoyable, now it's very much a hustle for drinks and dances -- and the dances themselves are mechanical and, frankly, boring.

Now, that might be okay -- might be! -- if the girls were at all good looking. Trust me. They're not. Not at all; not any of 'em. Last time I was there (about a week ago), there were 2 nastily overweight dancers; one skinny (and almost attractive, until you got a whiff of her B.O.), and one with a decent body but -- literally -- black teeth.

This was never my favorite place, but I used to come in here now and again. I think I'm done with it, now.
