Club is open late (til 5 am). When it's open. Took more than one trip here since the place is only open from Wednesday through the weekend and opens at 9 or 10 pm. It helps to pay attention the hours listed on this site (if and when the clubs actually go by them).

I'm going to keep this review simple. This club and The Platinum are essentially the same club, with Platinum being in a more remote (and seemingly safer) environment and Sugar Bares having a full bar. They are about a half hour apart. Didn't like the fact my license disappeared through a little mail slot looking thing, but by the time I got to this club on Wednesday I'd already resolved to call the lawyer if something went awry with the my personal info (since there'd be no telling which club was at fault). This is a rough crowd with rough girls, but a couple of them aren't so bad. Sherry was one of those not so bad, slinking around in one of the corners by the DJ booth. As I was working my way over, another dancer made a beeline for me and sat down. Would not leave, and said she would wait for me to get back when I said I was going to tip Sherry. After my first saying "nice to meet you" yadda yadda and I was making my way over to say hi to someone else. I know we customers catch a lot of flak for being rude with the dancers, but help us out a bit when we're trying to be polite. Eventually got to Sherry, got a couch dance for $20 with just about every working eyeball in place fixed on me (ok on her on me). Since this was beyond uncomfortable, opted for the private room and got the full run down.

The place is basically as advertised. What wasn't mentioned earlier was the crazy amount of paperwork in this place. There's a little table in the room with a form to sign that says various assorted nonsense about what the customer and dancer will and will not do. Yes, that's right, dancer and customer. The customer is supposed to drop TMI and sign, then show his/her ID to the dancer. Are you kidding me? Do they really expect customers to fill these bs forms out with legit information? You want to check your dancers that's one thing (Sugar Bare in Winston-Salem does the form thing, too...for its dancers) but bringing your customers into it is another thing entirely. Dropped $40 for the dance before even sitting down and rolled out without passing go. If high mileage is your thing, think Platinum. If you're feeling really adventurous, try wandering around. The first time (when the club was closed) I nearly ran down Pam from Baltimore while she was walking by the lot. After I stopped to see if she was ok, she gave me some dip on the club then went down the list on a couple of other spots around the neighborhood. Convinced me to come back and I suppose it was worth the trip, but not sure I'd do it again. So far as clubs go, much better options in Greensboro than here.

Last went a couple of weeks before christmas on a thursday. There were at least thirty good looking dancers, which is rare for the bare. usually only have 20 girls total with maybe 10 lookers. BYOB is usually free if you are a semi regular. Still have not got back to where they were this time of year last year either girl-wise or vibe-wise. THey don' make it rain like it used to.table dances are ok though ymmv depending on the dancer. during slow times stage tipping can be very rewarding. Most rewarding on a Tues or wed after 1

The best time to go to Sugar Bares is on friday or saturday night around midnight. More girls show up around that time and it gets really crowded. The BYOB is a total rip off. SB owns the bar which is literally next door and you can have some drinks there. There is usually a food vendor selling fried fish and BBQ outside which is a plus if you missed dinner. The table dances are OK, the private dances are OK, the "aqua room" is a rip off. The stage entertainment is usually good with the help of the DJ who may or may not annoy you to tip the dancers. The club plays rap music only and the clientele reflects that. Overall it's worth going every once in a while. And it is true that you need to be careful and watch your back when you leave.

First, get out of the large parking lot as quickly as quickly as you can. SB's has security out during busy times but this is where major crime has happened, usually very late at night. The club is open to 4 in the morning and many of the dancers don't appear until midnight. The place can be packed on the weekend. The SB side is non-alcoholic but there is an associated club in the same building where you can drink.

The dancers run the gamut of size and looks. Most, if not all, are African American. There are two VIP rooms. One, where dances are 30 dollars, is for high contact lap dances. The other is for 50, where you can strip down to boxers if you wish. With many, if not most dancers, real extras can be had here by spending about $150, I've been told. Female management does peek in, so things may have to be hidden. Some dancers are harder on the hustle than others, but if you act respectfully and have good sense it's a place you can be comfortable.


Drove by Sugabares on a Saturday night about 11:15 P.M. on a Saturday night and there were several cars in the parking lot. I knew this was a late night club, but because of the cars I thought maybe things were starting a little ealier? As I approached the door there were about 5 guys talking at the front door, one of them I recognized as the bouncer. He said "Man, the dudes are dancin' till 12:00" dissapointed, I turned around to come back some other time.

Got here at about 12:30am on a Thursday night/Friday morning. Not many fellas, but there were plenty of fine women in the place. I enjoyed a couple of stage dances and a couple of couch dances. Despite what some others think about the VIP dances in the back, I think the time spent back there is well worth it. The girl I went back there with was a pretty chocolate girl from Charlotte with a great ass and natural breasts. Needless to say, she didn't quit doing her job until she put a big smile on my face.

All I have to say is damn. This past thursday the club had at least twenty thoroughbreds. at least ten were from out of town and had top shelf bodies(if you like your chicks thick). Few men in the place so it may be hard to get all of them back. Standouts - Fantasy, Diamond, Portia and Jersey. Got a few laps and tipped on the back stage and had lots of fun. WOuld not waste time on the VIP. THis seven rating is given with the caveat that this place is very hit or miss though it is easy to find a few 10's who will be there consistently

Went this past week and had a decent time. No new dancers in the last few months but a few of the regulars are worth the trip. Usually gets crowded around 2 am though most dancers will be there by 12 on friday's for those who must get up early. Just for clarity you do not have to tip to get your drink. I used to think so and realized it is not mandatory and if it were would drive up byob price too much. The vip is a rip. 50 per song no thanks. The couch dances are worth the 20 tab.

Overall a very nice club...relatively clean, good security, good music, good crowd...and oh yes fine honies! BYOB is way too expensive...you have to pay to bring in your drink and then tip to buy your drink at the bar. Ridiculous! Music and club culture is strictly rap and hip hop. Stage entertainment is top notch but the VIP is a rip off IMO.

I would agree the Hype Man is hyper annoying. I just ignore him and tip as I wish. Your review gets it just right. dont go before 11 or 12 and only thur fri in my book and the cover increases to $20 after 2 am. I went this past thurs. It was kind of slow which was good. they worked harder to make a dollar. No Christies types with the implants and and big hair but nice juicy, thick girls. about 4 9's and the rest 7 or under. Then at 2:30 about 12 chicks roll in from NY. all 7,8, and 9's. all in all a good night, though they are still inconsistent

Another all nude strip club in Greensboro. However the clientele, music, and culture is strictly rap and hip hop. $15 cover charge for new members and $10 cover afterwards. I have visited this club before but it has changed in that it is now all nude and BYOB. Also in the same building they opened a new bar but you have to walk outside and walk through another door around the building to go in and buy a alcoholic drink. The strip upgraded their carpets, chairs, and stage. I went on a Saturday night around 11pm and girls were trickling in at this time. I would not recommend going to this club before 11pm or on any other day besides friday and saturday based upon past experience for the reason that it is extremely slow. Also new is a "Hype Man" that walks around the club with a microphone to try and jazz up business. I found him quite annoying as he would go around the club and ask for $1 to contribute to the ladies dancing on stage if no one was tipping. If you said "NO" he will try and make you feel uncomfortable. There were about 12 girls working, 1 was white. None were as attractive as the girls you see at Christies but you do get to see p*ssy and azz. I did get 1 VIP dance and it was just as disappointing as last time. I would not recommend going as it was a big waste of money. Overall the club is OK and I would go back again but not often. Be sure to mapquest the directions as the club is extremely hard to find off a serice road on I-40 near Harley Davidson.

While the cute girls are back they have new rules that make it harder to have fun. No more high grindage alap dances the dancers must stay at least a foot away. The can do lapdances on the couches which are $15.00. Best bet is to catch a girl on the side stage and let her dance for you. Charlotte girls are back after a month absence.

It charts an eight now that many of the dimes from charlotte are back. After a year or two absence there are 3-6 CLT girls there from Thursday to Saturday. Still has hotties gotti and harlem who are thick as hell.

They do have some dance contest on Wednesday now though not really worth the entry. If you want a drink byob your own beer or go next door for mixed drinks. Skip the vip table dances are high mileage and at $10.00 they are a better value than the $25 and $50 vip's.

I can only give it a seven because they are so hit or miss. Have a few new girls(4-5) but they don't know much yet. Mostly stick to themselves rather than asking patrons for a dance. The new ones do look good which is a problem for some of the regualrs. For a good dance try harlem or gotti. Usually the dj is on point(at least Thrus and Fri). last week even had a little hip hop show mixed in with the strippers. Recently opened a bar next store if you do not want to byob

I went here on a monday expecting to be able to watch the game on the big screen and eay some free wings and fries like their website says. To my dismay there were no wings and fries and no game on the big screen, so I had to settle for some T & A. The girl that stood out from the crowd tonight was about 5'3 with a nice round ass tight stomach and nice rack. I got a few table dances from her and they were so great(a lot of friction) I took her to the VIP. Now my experience with the vip room at suga B's has been that there is more foreplay than dancing going on, but with this girl it seems that she wasn't ready to commit to those type of activities this early in the relationship (lol) but the dances were still good for what they were, a lot of rubbing and grinfing and show and tell so I was pleased. Just not as pleased as I would've been with my regular.

Went last Wednesday and it was empty. at least before 12. An old standby(implants, blond hair) was there so I was able to get at least one good table dance. Had few of the best dancers and no new ones.

I came in here last week on a friday around 11pm and was kinda bored, the usual chicks were there beggin for a dance (especially this light skinned one with a mole on her lip she bothers me everytime I come in here) anyway things didn't pick up until about 1am when this girl came in about 5'0 dark skinned tight body I got about 4 table dances from her and man they were worth every bt. I got off to a rough start trying to find this place, especially since I'm from out of town. Once I finally found it, at about 11pm, they had DUDES dancing in the place for the women. Female strippers didn't start until 1am, so I went to the Player's Club before returning to Sugar Bares. I'm glad I came back. Security is tight and they frisk you before you get in, which I don't mind since the crowd includes a fair number of young knuckleheads. The club consists on a huge room with tables and chairs, a stage in the middle and a couple of bars in different locations. I got one of the last seats, so I never made it up to see the girls dancing nude on stage. A fine sista named "Lil Mama" stopped by. Her ass was so nice I had to get a table dance. Then she told me about the VIP area. One area gives you dances for $25 and the other for $50. I opted for the 50 dance. We went to an area with pretty private, but booths where you can lie down on a couch. Lil Mama told me I could strip down to my shorts, so I did. She stripped down and entertained me. But, surprisingly, she wasn't willing to make me happy, so I had to try someone else. After a while, another fine young lady stopped by and gave me a table dance. She said we should go VIP so we went to the $25 area. This girl put so much pussy and ass in my face that I had to take her to the 50 room so we could finish the job in more seclusion. She was more than willing to put her lips to me and leave me smiling. This is the place to go.

Appears to be turmol in titty land. New rules and fewer dancers make this one empty place. no drinks so nothing to bide he time before they get started. Thursdays are still your best bet. If you see cola, gotti or harlem get a dance or throw a tip on da stage

Just as i was slamming this place they surprise me. I went last Friday and had a ball. Several out of town/new ladies. At least 5-7 new ones. Had nice grinding laps from a couple and all were looking tight. Laps are $10 per and worth it. vip's are 25 to 135. $25 dances are worth it, the others are not. Club was full but not overcrowded. They still need to work on the DJ. I rate it a six only because they are so uneven. Best part they are open till 5 am. Go to a dance club or bar then before you head home see some titties and ass.

Went to Sugar Bares the other night. It's in the old Lost Dimension's site off Randleman Rd. Pretty good selection of girls and it was a nice crowd for early Friday night during the Memorial Holiday. Many of the dancers go the Bike Week in Myrtle Beach, SC, but there was enough there to enjoy. It's a juice bar, so I ordered a Coke. It was kinda high, but I guess they have to make up the difference w/ no alcohol. Majority Black patrons and pretty mellow. Hip Hop playing in the background while the girl on stage was really getting raw, butt-naked raw. I tipped a few dollars then went back to my seat. Pretty good view of the stage and club in general, which is huge! Real nice selection of ladies, though I was told by one of the bouncers that many of the best-looking ones and many of the patrons went to SC this Holiday weekend. All in all, a nice club. I wouldn't mind coming back when the really fine ones are there.

I have been twice in the last month. Still heading downward. The "pageant' was crowded and long-winded then I went last Wednesday and it was empty. Still some dimes(cola, harlem, gotti) but boring overall

This place is normally jumpin on a fri-sat night. the environment is designed for a lot of "extras" everytime I've gone in here a lap dance has never been a regular lap dance. most girls here will do their fair share of groping and grabbing and encourage you to do the same. Every time I go to "suga B's" I get offered to go to the "aqua room" by whoever is danceing for me at the time and this time I finally decided to take the girl up on her offer. and boy was I pleasantly surpised. I left very relaxed if you know what I mean the price was a little steep $135 but the girl was foine so I had to do it (butterfly tat on her ass) he fellas this is the place to be. Most of the girls have plenty of "hats" for you but be safe and bring your own!!
