Wow, what a fantastic club! Friendly and welcoming management, attractive girls, cheap drinks, and a continuous stage show which ranks as one of the most entertaining and erotic I've seen. An added bonus is the lack of 'tipping money', which means that once I paid the door charge there was no obligation to spend any more money inside the club. Lapdances were available in private booths for a fixed amount of $40.00. I'll be going back next time I'm in Auckland.
I don't know what it is about the clubs I've visited in New Zealand, but so far they have been shabby, dank, low-life affairs and this one was no exception. It is as if you are in some kind of seedy B-grade movie. This is Auckland's oldest strip club (or rather, "strip tease joint"), and it looks and feels like it too. Twenty dollars gets you in, five for drinks, and thirty for a lap dance in a semi separate room. There is one catwalk-style stage. The night I was there there were 3 women working, and I can't say I thought any of them were very attractive or really knew how to dance. I half expected to see a cigarette hanging out of their mouths. Needless to say I wasn't inspired to buy a lapdance. Someone needs to tell the kiwis how to do a decent club--and it shouldn't be the aussies!
Las Vegas Striptease Niteclub is my favourite club in New Zealand. It is the countries longest established strip club having been in business for over 30 years. It is very well run, and management are most hospitable. The music is intelligently chosen, and the dancers stylish and daring. A wide range of dancers cater to all tastes. Combined with a classy decor, excellent lighting and layout, and very reasonably priced drinks, Las Vegas will provide you with a memorable night of striptease entertainment.
