I disagree that this is a top club in Rochester - not that there's much to choose from. Mirage Palace up the road is much more comfortable.

I dropped in close to 9p after a late night at work. Mostly just for a drink with a view, but I was open for more. Not to be - but I wasn't expecting much and so wasn't disappointed.

$4 cover and a $5 draft. I took a seat for the 9p "cabaret". There were 5 girls working that night 4 flat chested but pretty, one with a nice body but a butter face. I didn't get close enough to spoil the illusion. As always I was left alone to listen to the locals chattering about something and mostly ignoring the girls on stage.

Didn't bother with a LD. Listened to a couple of weird German punk songs while the girls danced, finished my drink and called it a night. I'd rather go to Barrel of Dolls for a drink with a view and Mirage Palace for medium action, or drive out to Playmates for more mileage. I haven't tried Foxy's yet, but it's next on my list. Klassy Cat is off my list for quite awhile. Not worth the effort.

Close enough to the airport, this is one of the best clubs you'll find in Rochester. If you're used to some of the better clubs across the US, you'll be a bit taken aback by the outside appearance. Like the other reviews mentioned, it's a mostly local club with decent looking girls. You have to be proactive to chat or dance with one of the girls. I had dances with 3 different girls and, while they were nice they were very contact-free. The employees were friendly enough and the drinks were cheap - this is a good place to spend time drinking beer and watch some girls for under 20 bucks (skip the dances).

The quality of girls at this club is really spectacular. Unfortunately, it truly is just like a neighborhood bar. the girls gravitate to a few regulars and you have to chase them down if you want a private dance--which for the most part are pretty tame. The girls are great looking, but interaction is tough to come by.

The girls on the web site are actual girls and when I visited last week, I saw a number of them. So, on the bright side--no false advertising

A boring visit to this club....after visiting Rick's Tally-Ho nearby, I was quite unimpressed. This seems to be a local hangout, as the bar was full of local guys who all seemed to know eachother. I guess its the downside of a Cheers atmosphere, if nobody knows your name they utterly ignore you.

I tipped each dancer on stage, virtually out of politeness; still nobody ever stopped by to say hi, wave, or even be rude. When dancer would finish on stage, she would meander to a barstool near the locals and look bored. I am one of those guys who would get a private dance at a new place just to see what its like...but none of them could be bothered. Will try other clubs when in the area before coming back here.

The only reason it even gets a 5 is because the beer is cheap and there was a goth dancer with pierced nipples on a nice set of naturals; and its the holidays and I am supposed to be charitable.

Don't get to Rochester as much as I use to, but stopped here on a recent visit. The club itself hasn't changed much since my last visit about a year ago.
I visited in the afternoon and I was a little disappointed in the quality of girls and not many girls dance on each shift. FYI, this place is a be regular's place.
By that I mean most of the girls hang out with regular customers and don't seem to talk to newbies very much. Tipped one girl very well on stage and
She walked right by me without even a hello after her set. I give it a 6, it is still worth a visit, all you can do is hope for the best.


I am a local and I am sad to say this is one of the best that Rochester has to offer. It is on a main drag, surrounded by car dealerships, in a one story building. The parking is pretty good, and the area around it is not seedy at all. If you arrive before 6, you will not need a cover on most nights. I went on Halloween night, hoping that the place would be a little more lively, but it was dead as usual.

I am a breast man, and Klassy Cat is very disappointing. I did not see a single woman above a B Cup. The dancers seem bored and act like they are going through the motions and only one had any kind of nice costume on.

The drinks have gone up in price lately, and gone down in quality. It seems fairly clean, but very seedy. I did not get a dance as none of the girls were engaging, and just sitting watching TV. I would usually say I would not come back here, but it is one of the only options with in reasonable driving distance.

Found this to be a desolate and depressing place on a weekday early evening. Maybe I caught it at a bad time, but the handful of small breasted dancers did nothing for me...they also played slow 70's and 80's rock. I am 41 and have had enough Bob Seger for several lifetimes, thank you. When the (cutest) black girl selected Pearl Jam to dance to, I looked around for Rod Serling, but he had got bored and left, too.

Nice enough place inside, but the girls don't come over to visit and there was not that many that would grab your attention. Even going out of town with the boys for a fun night out, this place did not give the impression that ANY fun could be had.

The night I was there, probably 4 girls, none over a 6. And except for one girl talking to a guy, not one of the other ladies made an appearance accept on the dance stage. Stage was nice.

This club definitely has some great looking girls. However, it seems that they do not like to circulate and are more content with sticking with the regulars. Was in for a little over an hour last week and although I tipped the girls on stage, they all came off stage went to two tables. Not a bad place to visit for great scenery, but below par for attention

Oh good lord! This place has no action or very limited action, exclusive to regulars. First of all, the music is too loud! I can handle loud music but not loud and distorted music that hurts my ear drums. They definitely have to lower the volume down to a more comfortable level. Cover is $3 for weekday evening which is not bad. Like I mentioned this is the place for regulars. Most of the girls are hanging out with the regulars. None will actually approach the non-regular patrons for a dance. Not at least the two hours while I was there. There were 8-10 girls working... No, let me rephrase... 8-10 girls hanging out with regulars on a Thurs evening. Like most places they rotate their stage duties where each danced for 3 songs and earn no more than $5 from my observation. Once they are done, they changed clothes and went back to hanging out with the regulars. That seemed like a pretty odd strip club culture to me. Perhaps this does not qualify as a strip club, but just a regular bar so happens to have topless dancers. Supposed you enjoy a club with loud and distorted music, no pressure from the girls asking you for dances, this is your place. In comparison to the action-packed Industrial Strip (Hammond IN) I visited weeks ago, I have to give this place a two thumbs down...

This is a very friendly place. I felt more comfortable here than at Rick's. I was there early evening on a Saturday, 4 dancers working, all good looking. The stage gives ample room for the girls to dance not just stand there and move. The girls were very jovial and appeared to love were they worked, and having fun with the customers. A place to stop in when I am in the area again. Of the 4 girls two were of color, and between them a well mix of body types. They played there own music off of a stereo, setting up the songs they wanted to listen to before they danced. I don't remember them playing alot of rapp like some clubs, another plus.

I have been visiting the club for a few years now during my staying in the area. The club atmosphere is very nice and the girls are usually very beautiful. stage dances are good and all the girls have very nice attitude while dancing and somtimes even give you a kiss after tipping them. beside the stage dancing however, this is not the usual strip club with coaches and lap dancing. the girls do not approach you unless you are a regular and you have to approach the girl or one of the waitress in order to have a private dance in the back room which is mostly air with minimum contact if any at all. this is probably the best club in the area with the best looking girls.

Your other reviews were accurate, but keep in mind the time of day and day of week when you're there.
What do you expect at 5 o'clock on a Tuesday?
In general, it's above average for the area. On a good night you'll have a good time. Don't expect Las Vegas here. Compared to the other clubs in the area, it's about right. Foxy's is a sleaze pit, Mirage has lost it's touch and Tally is just way over rated.
Depending on the dancer, you'll get a decent rub in the VIP, for $20 it's worth a shot.
There are a lot of regulars and the girls tend to hang with them, but if you let her know she'll come over and talk to you. Also very good hard-working bartendersl

I have to agree with Rangerfan11. We decided to stop off at Klassy Cat after our brief visit at Tally's. The club was dark and dirty. As you walk, there is a bar to the right that runs the whole length of the back wall. To the left, there is a game area that has pool table and dart board. Most of the crowd was gathered by the bar and upper area of the club. We decided to go the the lower part of the club to get a closer look at the stage that was probably one of the largest stages that I have ever encountered. I was very disappointed in the quality of strippers that were presented to us that night and don't understand how anyone could vote this the best of ROC. The "Klassy" in Klassy Cat must come from their state of the art DJ system which was a Jukebox where the strippers had to put their own money in to dance. The one good thing about that place is they serve excellent food, just ask Rangerfan 11.

Ok this place boast the title of the #1 gentlemens club in Roch. First thing I want to know is how many people actually voted because I cant imagine many people that have access to a voting instrument actually voting for this dive. I entered this club after a brief stop over at Tally Ho's. I walked in and paid a very cheap 3.00 cover. This should have been my first tip off. The place is huge on the inside, it actually reminded me of a roller rink for the mid 1980's. To the right when you walk in is a long bar, packed with people. The stage is in the back and runs the length of the building, I would say about 70 feet at least. it is covered in old kitchen lanolyem. The place was dark and very unappealing. The dancers didnt mingle with the lower section of the building (strip club part) They mostly stayed at the bar. That night I noticed about 5 dancers and one looked like a teacher I had in high school (Hello Mr. Cramer). The woman that was on stage at the time of my arrival was a stocky latino. She had to be on something because of her odd behavior. A lot of giggling and stupid comments that didnt make any sense. I didnt stick around long enough to get a lap dance, maybe if any of the dancers looked like the ones on their website I would have. The website girls look nothing like what is actually dancing in the club. I would stay away from here. Syracuse clubs seem to have it all over Roch.

The thing that I really noticed about this club was they very large fraction of customers who were women. Easily a third of them, and they were right up tipping the dancers, who seemed to get into it with the female customers more than the men. I even saw a dancer take the shirt (but not bra) off of one of the customers.

The dancers were pretty much all attractive, some very much so. They had two dancers on stage at all times, but I think that this was just because it was Friday night and the place was packed. They didn't charge a cover and didn't push drinks too hard, although pretty much everyone was drinking.

They have a section in the back where they do lap dances. They're advertised as "topless," but the dancer really more flashed than did what I'd think of as a topless dance, for $20.

All-in-all, this place had a good party kind of atmosphere, and combined with the good looking dancers, was pretty cool (at least for Rochester).

Haven't been to this club in a while and not much has changed. There's a $3 cover at night but the talent is worth it. Dirinks here are much cheaper than the club down the street (Tally Ho) and the dancers are just as friendly. Hot bartenders are just a plus!! Ask for Cathy or Bambi - you won't be disappointed.

I stopped in here because I was spending the night about a mile down the road and I just happened to see this place. I went in on a Tue night around 5:30. No cover, but I think they charge something later on. Only 4 girls dancing at this time. I think 2 were stoned. One was very nice and talked to me when she danced for me. Even told me I didn't have to tip her once since we were just talking, but I insisted she take the dollar since she was topless. Worth a buck, right? But nothing special compared to other places I've been. This was my first visit to a NY state club so I don't know what it's like compared to other places around. No one asked me about a private dance and none of them interested me enough either. Saw one guy get one the whole time I was there. To be fair, it might get better later in the evening.

The Dancers here are the best in rochester. The place is small and the stage is not much to look at. But the Talent here makes up for it. You wont find the quality babes here anyplace else in the city, maybe even all the way to buffalo for that matter.the dollar tip dances are fun... just walk up to the stage and the girl will come to you. give you your own little up close and personal . a kiss on the cheek. The "private" dances are performed in the back of the place behind a little curtian. Not much personal privacy. The Dancer sits you on a stool. You can either pay one price for Top on .. or a little more for topless. There is NO TOUCHING here, unlike the clubs in canada, these girls are hands off!! Drinks are resonably priced and theyhave specials depending on the days that you go. Jennifer and Chase are the girls to stick around for.

I was at the Kat on Thursday night and it was somewhat of a disappointment. There seemed to be only three dancers working after midnight and they didn't seem too enthusiastic. Of the three, one was really hot and knew how to dance while the other two were about average. I might be jaded because my last strip club experience was in Manhattan where the girls are true pros. With that mindset, I was surprised that I had to practically wave a 20 in the air just to get one of the girls to come by our table. In New York City you are fighting the girls off of you! Other than being Rochester, I think the problem was that there were only 3 dancers so the girls were constantly going up on stage instead of prowling the floor to give guys VIP treatment. My buddy was wasted so that didn't help either, but he did manage to score a cute waitress' number.

The Cat has totally gone down hill over the past 6 months... the girls are 3-5 at the very best (and that's being kind). Out of the 4 dancers 3 had flabby tummys and thighs... and their faces were bad. Check out their website... klassy-cat.com, the only girl that was hot is Jennifer... and she doesn't work their anymore. Klassy Cat was the best in Rochester for many years... but honestly it will be a long time before I go again. It was also freezing cold in there... not making enough money for heat. I used to go here quite a bit, but stopped going here for a long time. Well, I went back a couple times for the first time in a long time and things have sure changed. I only recorgnized 1 dancer there. Thas a good thing. The girls ranged from 5 to 9, with most being about a 7.

The food is usually ok. Nothing special, but that's not what you are at the club for anyway. The good thing is that you are not usually hassled for drinks all the time.

The DJ at night advertised a topless private dance, but that is not quite what you get. Maybe with some of the girls you get a complete song topless. However, most of the girls I went back had very good one way contact where I could put my hands on her hips. Genereally, I enjoyed the dances I got.

As was mentioned here, the girls don't often circulate and tend to stick with their regulars. That's a bit of a disappointment, especially when the place is not very crowded, and there are some nive looking girls.

I would recommend this place if you are in the area.

This club has changed a lot since I was in there last! Lap dances are the best I've had in Rochester, but they still can't compare to the Canadian strip clubs. If in Rochester, this is your best bet for now. Willll advise if the other clubs start to compare to this one.

This club has the best looking girls in Rochester. But, they often stick to their regulars and do not make the rounds. There are some unbelieveable girls here though. Try a VIP with Wendy or Chase, you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is decent and the drinks are reasonably priced. The low rating is because the girls just don't circulate enough.

wow this club went down hill fast -- they only have 4 or 5 dancers on a shift (shifts are like 12 - 4 , 4 - 9 , 9 -2 ) or something close to that. Well I went in the afternoon and you would think they would have one hottie in the group -- Damn i was so wrong -- I would give them a 5 -- only becuase one girl was an 8 from the butt down -- anyways they seem to raise the drink prices a bit -- it was still reasonable at 3.50 for a budweiser. I think this place is just hit and miss. Obviously I had a big miss.

Visited this club in November, and this is by far the worst club I have been to. I was there on a week night, and there were only 3 or 4 dancers working. The girls that were working (if you call it that) spent their time at the bar with their regular customers. Even after I tipped for their performance on stage, I barely recieved any recognition that I was in the bar. I don't expect a lot for the singles tips, but at least a thank you. I felt like I was going to have to pursue them to get a dance. I ended up moving back to the bar and watching a football game.
Very dissapointing.
