Checked this out on a Friday afternoon. Really really slow at about 2 pm. about 5 dancers cycling through for 2 song sets, 1st clothed, 2nd topless. Dancers were 4-6s, nothing terribly exciting. I sat for 1 hour, had a couple of drinks, not one dancer approached. They did their stage sets and went back to the bar. Some of them were chatting with regulars. I had heard decent things about the VIP but opportunity never arose. A few laps I saw were total air. Really nice interior but vibe was very lacking. May have to try it at night.

Really a class act for the most part without any high pressure sells. Only 1 dancer on 1 stage at a time, but a healthy number of good looking dancers for the amount of guys in the place (which wasn't many at this time.) Reasonably priced drinks and a cheap good food--at least at lunch. Most women were Eastern European and very chill. No immediate hustling for dances. Dances are hands off, although every once in a while a woman will grab your hands and let them wander a bit.

Rick's has a good day shift and they have about the best value I have found in NY for nice private rooms. On this particular visit I didn't have long to stay, and told that to the dancer who first started dancing for me. She was from South America and giving really nice dances.

She asked me about a thirty minute room and indicated that it would be fun. Since her floor dances were showing good signs, I decided to go ahead and take her up on the room. The experience was great. She worked like she was trying to create a regular customer, and she may have.

This review is for a night back a month or so ago. I was near Rick's, so I went in there instead of making the trek to one of my other favorite spots. There is really something I like about Rick's, but there is also something that I don't like. I just can't quite put my finger on either.

On this night I got a string of dances from a girl I met there a while back. I haven't been to Rick's often enough for that to happen a lot, as I usually end up getting dances and private rooms with new girls each time. She was one who had really given great dances in the past. This time was great too. She is one of the best dancers I have ever had, but I think she over-counted me this time. I was getting ready to inquire about the room when she told me a count that, although I can't say for sure, sounded really high to me. So I paid her and moved on.

After a couple of failed auditions, I found my partner for the upstairs room. She was cute and fun and sweet and smart. A nice time was had by all, at least as far as I could tell.
