I visited this club 3 times this week. It has always been one of my favorite stops in Vegas but it appears that the club is dying a slow death. On each of the 3 nights there were only a handful of patrons and about 10-15 dancers.

The club has a tradition of having a dancer hook on to you as soon as you sit down. The want to sit and talk for a while before trying to sell you dances. For the most part there is not too much pressure but there is a constant bombardment of dance offers.

The dance quality is ok with very little contact. There is a minimal effort to get you into the VIP area.

Overall it is a nice place to escape the noise of the Hard Rock Hotel but it is not the Club Paradise of a few years ago.


I was in the club on Friday night. Walked over from my hotel just before dark. There was a $20 cover charge, and the host greeted me, asked me where I wanted to sit, and led me to a table. There was no dancer on the main stage, but there was one topless beauty on the bar stage. It's a fairly wide-open layout, different from the New York and DC clubs I've been in lately. It was pretty quiet, but by 9 or so, more and more dancers started circulating, and there was always someone on stage.

As to the dancers, they were all pretty and mostly with great bodies. Not like in some clubs where there are a couple of cuties and a few others at the opposite end of the spectrum. On the scale, I'd say they were all from 7 to 10. There were about three or four 10s. One really tall, shapely, and beautiful brunette who looked like she belonged on a runway. The stage dances are tame. It's a large stage, and while I was there (up until 1 a.m.) there were never very many guys either sitting at the stage or tipping the girls on stage.

The bartenders (pretty girls in tight, short shorts, with lots of cheek showing) were not friendly, and really not even very attentive. My drink went dry several times, and they weren't right there to get another like you might expect. Once, a dancer sat down to talk and wanted a drink (which I agreed to buy), but we couldn't get the waitress' attention until we more or less yelled at her on her way by. And it still wasn't that busy.

Now to the laps. Las Vegas seems to have cooled off a lot since I was there regularly three or four years ago. This is the second club I was in where the touching is much more fleeting and undercover than it used to be. But spend some time talking to the girls, and you can get pretty darn good lap mileage, albeit without a lot of intimate touching with your hands or hers.

I like to converse with the girls, at least until I find out whether their IQ is higher than their bust size. That's not always the case. But your tastes may vary. I first spoke (and got a couple of $20 topless laps) from Lynn, a dental hygienist by day who comes up for conventions a couple of times per year. She was sweet, sexy, suggestive in a classy way, and gave a decent lap.

I tend to stick with the girls who will invest a little time in me before asking for a dance. One of the 10s came buy, but was so cold in her approach that I passed.

Next I had a dance with Lynn's friend/roommmate/lover? Not sure about that. She was not quite so cute, but very cuddly, and I suspect would be pretty fun in VIP. I stopped with her after she went on to a second dance without asking. I hate that. My mind wanders when a beautiful naked woman is inflicting soft warm pressure on my groin area, and I don't like to be surprised when she stops and says, you owe me for two or three dances.

There was one really hot young asian girl with blonde hair. I gave her a healthy tip on stage, and she came over for one lap. It was OK, but not fantastic.

Next I had a dance with a very friendly and athletic woman who looked like a gymnast. Her voice was deeper than mine. She claimed that she had lost her voice from being at the races the night before. She was also pissed at another dancer (new to the club) who asked someone if she was a tranny. Well, I'm pretty sure she wasn't. She gave a great dance, and was friendly and attentive. She's a professional fitness competitor, and is starting her intensive training for the summer season now. She says I'll be able to see her on ESPN in July. We'll see. I'd like to try her again when her voice comes back and we could spend a little more time.

Next was Lexi, a filipina hottie with large enhanced breasts. She, too, was really friendly, hung out for a while (on my lap) before asking for a dance. Her goal is to make enough money stripping in Las Vegas to go home to Manila and open a really high-end classy strip club. She has very definite ideas about treating the customer right (within classy-club-limits) and making them feel comfortable and desirous of returning. She (like me) claims that she hates to see girls just walk up and coldly ask for a dance. My kinda girl, if it's true.

My last friend-for-an-hour was Athena, a tall dark-haired Greek/Russian hottie. Not as stunning as some, but large enhanced breasts and a nice shape to complement them. After one lap dance out on the floor, she talked me into the 3 for $100 in the "VIP" area. It's semi-VIP. To get to the real VIP, it sounds like you have to spend $500-$700 for an hour. That's a lotta money. Might as well drive a few miles outside LV and get the real deal for that kinda money.

Back to Athena. While she's a little aggressive on the sales pitches, she does give a great lap dance. After our stint in the semi-VIP area, we went back out to her favorite spot in the main floor area and had a few more laps that were pretty high mileage. She knows how to maneuver our respective body parts into optimum positions, if you know what I mean. A younger man might reach goals that I didn't quite get to, but it sure felt good going where I went.

That's about it. I'll return again. Be sure to bring some bucks, because it's not cheap. But you can have some nice chats, backrubbing, lap-sitting, and view some might nice female specimens, if that's your thing. (It's mine).

The girls here are hot but some of the ones on the 18-21 year old side are inexperienced and walk around with no expression on their faces, expecting to get tips. They have not learned yet that they need to at least pretend to like you in order to get money, very unappealing to me. By the way, any guy I see tipping one of these mindless robots is a fucking pussy. It is a buyers market in vegas so I can and will have whichever one I choose. The girls who will make money off of me have to not only be beautiful and look great naked, but also have a personality and a brain

Club Paradise on a Sunday night- there were about a dozen women working the floor, and every last one of them was gorgeous- for the most part, they could all hold a decent conversation, danced well, and didn't try to upsell me into the VIP areas.

I started out with a few dances from an "out of town dancer" (that seems to apply to about 80% of the women working in Las Vegas these days), had a pleasant experience, and suggested a trip to the VIP room. I didn't feel like applying for a new mortgage, so I went with 5 dances for $100, along with tips and a bar bill, it came to around $150. (There are also options for 30 minutes and 60 minutes)

After putting up with tattooed, pierced, heroin skanks in nasty bars around home and endless hustles and RoB's in other places in SFO and LAS, visiting here was a real treat- I haven't been here in ages, but I'll definitely try CP again when I'm in town.
