I renew my strong advocacy of this club and would urge any of those folks on their way to Seville's, Scheik's or Rick's to stop by for a comparison visit. I'd urge anyone on their way to one of the alcohol-free nudie places to stop in for a beer to warm up before progressing to their final destination. This place has character and authenticity and reasonably priced beer and no stinkin' cover charge. The women dancing here are real women, as opposed to concoctions that do not exist outside "Gentlemen's Clubs." Having been over numerous evenings, people here are friendly and welcoming. Having now tried a LD or two, they are stimulating enough but nothing to drive you over the edge, and sometimes closely watched by management. Maybe this place is more about the beer than the view, but it deserves patronage by the readers of this site.

The folks panning this joint must not get out of Minneapolis much. This is a good old neighborhood go-go bar where you can watch some swaying ta-ta's while drinking a (very) reasonably priced beer. Any bar where most of the lighting comes from neon beer signs can't be all that bad. And this one is damn good. It should be placed on a list of historic places to be preserved, because most joints like it have long ago been converted into vastly overpriced "Gentlemen's Clubs". What happened to the working man's ability to knock back a few beers while watching something more interesting that football? Sure, the talent ranges from 5's to 10's (yes, there was a 10) but all of it natural and looking like actual women as opposed to women who have tried (and failed) to turn themselves into Barbie dolls. The LDs? I don't know, I didn't try. Doubt there are "extras" but, if you are charming and somewhat well healed and hang out enough, I'd bet there is take out, but the same could be said of any good neighborhood bar, so it doesn't mean anything (other than you might get to see the present unwrapped before it goes under the tree).

Ok I have to bring in some reality here. The fact that before my review this club is rated a 7 is a travesty. Theres nothing wrong with places like the SkyWay...cheap beer, no cover. But the girls are usually 4-6's with a very occasional 7-8. The couch dances are lame....and I mean lame, with absolutely no privacey. If your on a tight budget or perhaps just looking for a place to have a beer and see some naked girls, then I guess this place will do. But a 7 it surely ain't. A comparable club in the area is BJ's. If your looking for something a bit more risky, but with a little more privacy try Augies down the road. Really though Choice, Dream Girls, and Deja Vu are the places to check out for the best times and girls.

The girls are down to earth, and real easy to talk to... and they are mostly quite sexy as well. There were lots of girls to choose from, in all shapes, sizes and personalities. No way you can go wrong here, as long as you don't require all the high-end amenities found at some of the top clubs. Highly recommended if your looking for a club thats laid back and low pressure.
