Was here recently on a weekend night. Wasn't really busy but it was a rainy night also. The girls are average to above average but there were a few that needed to be on a diet. I would say that this is an average strip bar but they are trying to market it more for couples so there were a lot of couples around the stage which made it more interesting than seeing a bunch of bored guys at distant tables as usual. In fact some of the girls that were customers would have been a lot better than the strippers working that night. But all in all this is an average bar in small rural town. I think that if you're looking for more excitement than travel 1 1/2 hrs further north to kalamazoo to Deja vu.

Stopped by Escape Reality a couple of times in recent months while in the South Bend/Elkhart area. Quality of dancers continues to be pretty good for a rural, non metro club. Most are early to mid-20s, with an occasional 'veteran'. Usually one or two black girls out of 8 or 10 dancers. While ER has that neighborhood bar feel to it when you first arrive, it's pretty easy to ignore when you are back in the strip club section, the back 2/3 of the place. Reasonably priced drinks. Friendly staff. Very little trouble from the floor guy unless you are really stupid with your hands. If you have a chance, catch the Sunday amateur night. I saw a pretty good one, a combination of dancers from other clubs and a couple of true amateurs, which is usually fun. And--this is great--they play full length songs, so you really get your money's worth at $20 per dance. ER could improve even more by repairing the shaky partitions that wall-off the lap dance area behind the stage and by creating a couple of truly private VIP booths in the opposite corner. I'd suggest $50 for 15 VIP minutes. I predict they'd be full most of the time. If you are in South Bend on business, it's only about a 20 minute drive to ER. Well worth it compared to anything you'll find in SB!

Wow, this was an interesting club. Most of the girls leave a lot to be desired, but there are some that really stand out. This is because of dancing skill or looks in some cases.

Either way, the majority of the dancers here are very nice, and willing to talk and get to know you. If you're looking for a good place to relax and cut loose, this may be a good option. Drinks aren't too expensive, but no touching whatsoever.

Went here around 7:00 Wednesday night. When I walked in, there were 6 dancers that I could see and 3 customers. There was a dancer on stage that gave a decent dance. It looked like a dollar got you a decent dance, but no touching with your hands. I sat and watched for about 5 minutes and was approached by a decent looking girl named Charity. She was maybe a 6 or 7. She sat down and we chatted for a few minutes. I wasn't crazy how she smoked the entire time, but it wasn't too bad. She asked if I wanted a dance, and I was interested. It was $20 for a song which seemed a bit high, but then I've been used to the Hip Hugger where they are $10. I wouldn't have minded the 20 if the dance was decent, but there was no touching allowed. She barely touched my leg occasionally and it was a really bad dance. I got a second with her to see if she would get better with more dances, but unfortunately it was more of the same. I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.
