I find it interesting that there are no reviews listed for this club, which has been a fixture in this area for years & years. Time to change that! I haven't been lately, but a few years ago this was the 'go to' place for birthdays, batchelorette parties, etc. It's not the usual strip club, as the majority of the money is from male dancers, and the way all that is handled is so different from the usual run of female strip clubs. There is a big emphasis on elaborate presentation with the guys, and some of that is pretty obnoxious in terms of obvious oversell. Still, the mostly female clientele put up with being 'managed' in this way. I have always thought the fellas stripping were pretty cute, and seem genuinely heterosexual much of the time. I did get kissed by one of them once, and was pretty horrified by the tongue - not too safe medically from my viewpoint - but I won't be caught again by that. The costs are higher than the female strip clubs to enter, but I really doubt that there are 'extras' available here unless a stripper wants to get together with a customer. Life just isn't fair re the sex thing, or else I'd be able to get one of these cuties to rub me the right way like the girls at other clubs do for men. If anyone knows of a male strip club that is a true counterpart for women I'd sure like to know about it.

I need to qualify this review with a few things. I do not prefer the ritzy, high-dollar clubs that you'd find such as Cheetah's in Vegas, or that place Stern talks about (can't recall the name). Also, I have not frequented the Hangar Club at night. I have been several times during the afternoon, and have always been pleased with the experience. The neighborhood is not the best, but is perfectly safe in daytime, not sure what evening hours are like there. The staff there has always been VERY hospitable to me, and they have decent food as well. The dancers are not fantastic, but they are very friendly, and you'll get plenty of attention from them, especially if they aren't busy. Sadly, you can't get a lap dance in this place at all, so it's just topless go-go, but it's not bad if you want a nice laid-back time. I really think it's excellent for a lunchtime break, and I make a point of stopping there whenever I have the time.
