Trixies Gold Room & Knockout Sports Saloon are two seperate clubs occupying the same building. You have to go outside to go back and forth between the clubs though. The Gold Room has no alcohol and full nudity. Knockout has a full bar and topless dancers, but only after 8:00. They also have a limited food menu. Also note that Knockout has no cover charge unlike the Gold Room. If you pay to get into the Gold Room they will give you a wrist band that will let you go back and forth without having to pay again.

As suggested by the name the general theme of the club is a sports bar. They have TVs on every wall tuned to sport channnels. There are also two pool tables located against one wall of the bar. Like most neighborhood sports bars the place is a little run down and the clientele is for the most part blue collar.

They normally have 4 or 5 dancers after 8:00 on the weekends. Week days are a little hit or miss on when the dancers start and how many there are. Most of the dancers that I have seen there are white and natural, however there are exceptions to this rule. The average dancer rating would be between 5 - 7, much lower than next door. They use three small satellite stages in the center of the club connected by a narrow walkway. They usually have one or two dancers up at all times when the club is busy. They do their first dance clothed on the stage closer to the entrance and then rotate to the other stages and dance topless. Tips are usually rewarded with a classic boobie smashing. They do not do lap dances, but the girls will work the room for drinks and table dances. One last thing that I have noted is that this club seems to be very couple friendly. In fact I have seen tables full of women in there.

Overall this is not anywhere near the best strip club in town. However a full bar, topless women, no cover, and sports on wide screen TVs can be a good combination.

If you like thick black women, this is your place. If you like thick black ho's, this is really your place. The cab driver told me Hour Glass was one of the raunchier clubs in Lousiville - and he was right. But the neighborhood is not that sketchy and felt pretty safe. Got there about quarter to 10 pm and was told they don't open until 10. Let me in out of the rain anyway. Dancers didn't start going on stage until about 11.

After paying a $6 cover charge I was patted down (why do bouncers do that and not dancers?) Club is very small. Pool table right when you enter and a small bar behind that. Other side of the wall with the bar are two small fairly private lap dance areas that might hold 2 people each and the main club area. Stage is very small with about 6 square tables and chairs in front and half a dozen bar stools on the side. According to the girls, club has not set rotation and no set lap dance prices. Girls get up when they feel like it and dance a couple of dances mostly topless but showing lots of pink. Girls also set their own lap dance prices. I was quoted anywhere from $10 to $30 per dance and prices were quite negotiable. Dancer drinks are multiples of $14; most girls don't push them hard but will reward you amply if you buy one. ("Buy me a drink and I'll let you play with my pu**y.") About 8 girls were working on a Friday night, but only half that many customers most of the night. I was almost alone until midnight.

Club gets an 8 rating not because girls are the most beautiful or setting is clean and upscale, but because mileage is off the hook. Pretty much anything goes at the stage, in the seating area, or in the lap dance room. There's also a VIP room, but no one mentioned that or said what went on there. Lap dances are two-way full contact with lots of mutual manual and oral contact with intimate parts, going all the way to dining at the Y in one case. Extras (including outcall service) are readily available; I was offered bbbj for 50 and rear entry fs for 50 more, not something I chose to partake in with a stranger.

Had a really good time. Decent contact on the laps and deals can be made for later. Ask the girls if they do private "shows" away from the club. you won't be dissapointed.

Small, dark, smokey a great little club. I think it's only open Thrusday, Friday and Saturday nights. Even then, it looks closed from the outside, but don't pass it by. This club is happenin'! Inside you'll find some of the nicest African-American ladies around. Laps at your table are no set price. I usually gave the lady a five if she gave me a good dance.
