I was in Cedar Rapids two weeks ago and stopped in the LYII again. My last visit was a little disappointing but this one brought my faith back to the club. It is still pretty much just a big warehouse with dancers showing their stuff but I had a great time. I always enjoy when the ladies from the audience get into it and there were a couple the night I was there that were better looking than some of the dancers.
I had a few private dances and they were average for the place. YMMV. I just had a good time looking at all of the beautiful ladies - what more could you ask for?
I was disappointed during my last visit to LYII. Maybe it is because of the season but the place seemed really dead and the dancers were not into making the customers happy like they usually are. It can vary a lot by dancers as in all clubs but it seemed like there was not a lot of fun to be had.
I hope that I was just there on an off night. Next time I'm in town I'll give it another try and hopefully things will once again be looking up.
I've been here a few times and it really can be hit or miss. I've been on a weekday when it was a great time and then on a weekend when it wasn't very good. You'll be surprised at how busy it is on a Wednesday as they have their Mardi Gras promotion. Lots of girl customers there who are trying to collect beads from the guys. So not only do you see naked strippers, you can see some amateur action as well. Lap dances are pretty good, but like to take advantage of the 2 for 1 special on Tuesdays.
I was at the LYII a couple of nights ago and it was a good time as usual. I always enjoy when the ladies in the crowd get into it. There were about 12 ladies that were enjoying showing off their goods to the dancers and the crowd.
I had a private dance with a little short blond with big strap on boobs. I'm normally not into the fake boobs but she didn't mind having them touched. I was reminded why I don't normally go for that type though - I like a little give when you touch them. When she asked me about a second dance and I declined, she asked me if she did something wrong. I just wasn't into it.
I still always have a great time here I just need to be more selective on my private dances.
