I got talked into going to this bar again by some my Bloomington friends. It was beter (but not that much better) than before so I increased my rating. If this keeps up I could become a regular but at their pace of improvement that's about a year or more away.

First for the things that aare better. 1) the atmosphere: newer tables, actual table clothes,a more attentive wait staff and a new stage. 2)the dancers; younger, cleaner and in general better looking than before (in the 3-7 range and I can be picky).

Now for the bad (or at least things that need to be improved). 1) the lighting; if midnight in a rain dtorm is 0 then this place is a 2. The only good looks igot was tipping at perverts row and even this was a strain. 2) the music; most of it was as old asthe dancers and not good oldies at that.


This club looks pretty cool, lots of wood beams and interesting details. It's a regular bar on one side, a strip club on the other. The girls seem nice but nothing out of the ordinary. When I was there last, there were different dance specials depending on the day of the week. The atmosphere is that of a typical local bar. You can relax here.

This club is the worst club that I have ever been to. The girls are (4) at best. Bloomington inforces a no smoking in all buildings. There is a teen dance club in the same building. The girls there were even better. This is just a place you don't want to go.

I give this place a 2 only because they have very reasonable prices on drinks. It turned out to be a great place to throw a few back before going a few blocks north to Night Moves. (See My Review Soon)

We may have hit this on a bad night but... We were in ths club last Tuesday night 5/24/05. We walked in and the only person who obviously worked there was a very large girl sitting at the bar. She had a pretty face but damn she had more rolls hanging out than the Pillsbury Dough Boy. After taking a seat at the bar we realized that the other woman sitting there also worked there. However she was just wearing street clothes.

Aparently the were having a poker tournament in the back room and I assumed that the lack of girls and partons were a result of that.

So, we ordered a drink and settled in watching American Idol at the bar TV. That was the only entertainment going on...

Soon we were approached by the dike in street clothes who asked us to buy her a drink. I declined.

I ordered another drink and decided to go looking for the others dancers thinking that maybe they were hanging on the guys playing poker. There was only one girl in the back room and she was a local playing in the tournament.

At this point we left and went up the street to Night Moves where the night made a complete 180. Review to follow soon.

I would not waste my time w/ this place if you are in the area but if you like dance clubs I'm told that Legends is pretty good. Legends is a dance club in the same building as Class Acts. They use the same entrance and one cover gets you in to both. I suppose if you go to Legends and have paid your cover it might be worth a peek to see how this place in a the weekend.
