Stopped in on a Wed. afternoon for the first time. No cover during the day and bottle beer was $3.50. Sure is not much happening here during the day. Only two dancers and if you rated them together you would be hard pressed to make a 5. Needless to say, I didn't stay long. Don't know if it is any better at night but the place looks like an old warehouse. Not sure I'd want to go at night!

I stopped in to the Pony on a recent trip to the Cape after checking out Hush Puppy Saloon down the road. The Hush Puppy had only 2 or 3 reviews at the time and, while they gave a high rating, they sounded a little too good. I only drove by. Only a few cars and not an impressive entrance. I've found that many clubs look more active than they are from the outside. A lot full of cars is usually a sign that the club is busy and probably worth the time, but I'm frequently surprised at how few people are in the clubs even though the parking lots seem full. Anyway, the point is that when I saw only 4 or 5 cars outside the Hushpuppy it didn't bode well and I bailed. I'd passed the Pony on my way there and it seemed busier so I went back. The club is rectangular with pool tables and video machines at one end and the stage at the other. The stage is in a sunken corner area with a couple of rows of tables around the tip rail. The primary speakers are located along the bottom of the stage under the tip rail. This makes it very loud at the tip rail and has the added effect of making it feel like your shorts are getting blown off when the bass pumps. It is unpleasant to spend much time at the rail. I was in on a Wednesday evening and things were slow. I saw about 5 girls in the 4 - 5 range, looking mostly bored. The club is relatively dark and smokey, so it's hard to see the girls (perhaps a benefit in some cases). At one point the stage lights went off and the dancer was barely visible. Based on this visit I wouldn't recommend this club.

This club should probably be listed under Cape Giradeau, MO. There is nothing in McClure. The club is located just over the river from Cape Giradeau. About 10 min. from the mall/hotel area. The club is clean. They check you with a metal detector at the door so it is probably safe. Private dances are upstairs, but they are in plain view of the bouncer. There is a mini stage and pole for each private dance area. Dances are nude and there was decent grindage but contact was only one way. I don't think this is the place for extra mileage, but a good place for a beer and decent looking naked women.

Large place. Upstairs bar where the private dances are done. Downstairs has one room with pool tables restrooms and concession stand and an open window where you can still enjoy the entertainment. The other side has the bar and stage and hundreds of chairs and tables. The dances upstairs are full nude and they are actual lap dances not air dances. Of course, my friends and I are frequent, loyal customers. The talent in that place is unbelievable. Their are girls at this club that can do some very amazing things on the pole that stands about 25ft high. Although, they have several new girls I am amazed to see how the girls who were already there embraced and teach them. The girls are soooo pretty each girl has a different look. So many people go to this club because of the safety. They rarely have trouble and their bouncers are always there if you need them. They offer free shuttle service.
Overall, I love the open space and the girls and their talent. You have to check this place out.
