Visited Femme Nu on a Wednesday night about a month ago. Arrived at 7pm and initially it was disappointing. Some nice girls but no superstars. Around 8pm it all changed ... that's when the hotties arrived!! Several really hot babes! One girl in particular is just stunning ... I've seen her in FN before but don't recall her name ... Sorry! We stayed for a couple hours or so then had to leave ... will certainly return next time I am in Honolulu

To sum up the review before getting to the details....this is a good club for Honolulu, it's just not what I was hoping for after living in Texas.

The club in Kapiolani Blvd, between Ala Moana and Waikiki, just Ewa (west for you mainlanders) of the convention center. It is a kinda grubby looking place from the outside, but is deceptingly larger on the inside. On the Sunday when I went, you could only enter from the back door.

When you walk in, there is a bar to your right, with the DJ booth to your left. There are several long "stages" in the middle of the room, with booths along the walls. There is a smaller "couch" dance area back and to the right, as well as a "private dance" area upstairs (kinda weird, it's through the kitchen and then upstairs). Overall, the club is ok, but has a bit of a run down feel.

The set up is that the dancers sit around, and decide when they feel like dancing. They'll sit on stage until someone comes up to them, and then start dancing (slowly shedding clothes until they're naked) as long as the customer feeds them dollars. There can be 2-3 girls up to 8-10 girls dancing at a time.

The girls I saw were overall fairly attractive (paticularly when compared to a few of the other smaller clubs I've stopped in on the island).

The reason I gave the club a lower rating, paticularly in terms of value, is the fact that dances are very "hands-off". I got a dance in the "couch" area, and the rules are "hands to yourself, the girl does all (if any) of the touching. I believe the dances were $20 a piece. The "private" area dances were more like $300-400 for 1/2 an hour, and did not involve any more contact.

Overall, a decent club for Honolulu (likely one of the better ones, up there with 939 and Rock-Za) taking into the account of the "look but don't touch" attitude here. I guess I was spoiled with the more hands on approach back in Texas. Ah well, it's just one of the sacrifices to living here in Paradise.

Still the best place in hawaii. On the positive, hot local chicks, good music. On the negative, ROB haoles, crowded, and not as much contact as you used to get back in the day. Still worth visiting though. I prefer to stick with the FOBs from korea, vietnam, japan or the philipinnes - they seem to allow the most contact. Stay away from the private dances - they're a ripoff. and definitely stay away from the champagne room - waaay too expensive

Just got back from visiting the friends and family in honolulu. While there, decided to check out Club Femme Nu. It has changed sicne the last time i have been there. There is a new area in the back for lap dances. When I got there, paid for my cover which included a beer. (full nude with alcohol. Hawaii rocks..). Didn't tip but just sat back to enjoy the scenery. After a few more beers, got a buzz that persuaded me to get a lap dance. Saw this cute asian girl walk by, ( i think her name was sonny), so I asked her for a dance. We went to the back which was a separate room with its own door. Nice secluded are with privacy from the main dance floor. The dance was of good mileage. She let my hands wander (second song, I got more confident). After 3 songs, I had called it. She was cute and it was fun. Femmes is just a cool place to drink and see fully nude hot chicks. Thats what I miss about Hawaii.
