I had heard the old Club 54 had been bought and udgraded, so I stopped by to check it out. They have done a very nice job on the interior upgrade. All new furniture and a new lighted stage. The lap dance area has been upgraded and offers more privacy. The dancers have been upgraded too. Didn't see any Grandmas. There were couple of dancers in the 8+ range. They were running a special on lap dancing and I got a couple from a real hottie. Excellent lap dance ending with a phone number. I highly recommend the day shift. No cover charges and excellent stage shows.
Club 54 is no longer Club 54 it is now called Diamonds Gentleman's club. They have painted the outside from a dirty flat black to a yellow beige and except for the banner it looks like a restaurant. They have replaced/ painted the smoke damaged fixtures from the fire few years ago. The inside has also been refreshed and is looking better. The Girl quality has improved some and of course with the change in appearance comes a change in prices. Drinks are now on par with other clubs in the area, lets see if they can keep it up and keep the club on par.
Stopped by Club 54 for first time in a couple of years. Lots of cars in parking lot, so I though they may have upgraded themselves into something better than the worst dive in Pasco County. Wrong! Its still a dump. The smoke inside is thick enough to cut with a knife. The women are mostly worn out old strippers far past their prime. The ones I talked to were complaining about their grand children. The private dances are done in a semi private area behind a curtain. The price is $20.00. There is no entry fee. This place gets a 2 primarily because the music is rocking and the beer is cold at about $2.50 a bottle.
I havent been in in a while I used to go to 54 almost every day, used to have blast, but its just pathetic anymore. The DJ's used to be great 3 or 4 years ago, now they are just retarded. The bartenders could make a descent drink. the girls they are just BAD
