The location is a bit shady. The odds of getting a cab here are slim to none if you stay late. I went this last friday and all I can say is that when a dancer comes up and apologizes by saying its uaually better than this it says it all.

Also this is the first time EVER that I had a dancer try and sell me her daughters girl scout cookies in the club. Whats next band boosters ? DC isn't what it used to be in the club scene.

This club was ok I went with my friends just to have fun and be crazy all the dancers were mostly black and spanish but some white. It was an ok experiance that music and danceing were fine and overall I had a fine time with my friends and watching the dancers. When you get in you have to prove that you're 21 but thats no prob {unless your not 21 ;)} Because they serve alcohol whichis pretty inexpensive. The location of the club is ok but it's not that safe. You'll be fine if you're walking with a group but don't walk by yourself. But overall it's and ok club and you'll probably have a good time.

This is an okay club, me and my girls went to this club a while back and i was a little disappointed because everyone i know made this out to be the best club ever, but when we get inside i just noticed that this is a club with no poles, and my whole point of going to the strip clubs was to see the girls do pole tricks. Was kinda glad they really didnt make us order a drink even though they have that two drink minimum. I was also suprised to see that the same dancers i had seen the night before at the Skylark were here.

It's a seedy location, but fine if you're a brother or uncaring. No cover, and there were about 8 girls there on Thursday afternoon, with 2 or 3 being latina. Girls ran from 3 to 8 on 1-10 scale, on three stages fully nude. Couldn't tell if there was any action going on; the club's fairly small with no VIP, no table dancing, etc. One bonus - chinese restuarant is right next door, and serves decent chow.

Penthouse is very accessible by car, subway or bus. There is no cover to get in once you prove you are 21 years old. You must, because of that, buy a drink. The good thing is the bar provides change in 1 dollar bills for just about any big note you want to break.

The dominant dancers are black and a few latino. This is the place to go to see booty with a crowd that appreciates booty and women who like to show of their hips and booties. Dancers range from thick to slightly slender. None are fat. They usually have 4 gals dancing at any time on 3 stages (2 share one) and they move around to get closer to those who want to tip them. They try to do something special for you when you come in to tip.

Like all DC strip clubs, there are no lap dances. Contact is generally not allowed, but it completely depends. One stripper totally snapped drawing attention when I slapped her butt slightly even after I gave her all the dollars in my hand. 2 others just smiled and kept on shaking for me. I guess as long as you are not forceful or drunk, you can still slink away, but it is quite disappointing to some extent.

The place is a bit sketchy. It is better not to drive there - also for lack of parking. Just use the bus or Metro in my opinion. It is, however, safe. Just walk and go about your business like someone sure in where you are going and doing.

I only go to Penthouse because it is close. DC laws and regulation completely hold back the industry here.

I love this club. The girls are mostly black and latina, and they all dance like they're in a Ludacris video. It's the perfect place to go and be mezmerized by a big, shaking ass. Seriously, these girls have electric shock booties! It's $10 to get in, and the place is couple friendly. I'm female, and I'm used to being ignored at strip clubs. The House isn't like that, the girls are equal opportunity flirts. There's one blonde latina there that gets all of my money because she's such a sweetheart.

The only downside to this club is the surrounding neighborhood. If you go, don't park you car on one of the side streets. It'll get broken into.

Went to The House last night with my buddy to celebrate his recent promotion to associate at the firm where he works. By the way, The Penthouse is now called The House (new management - been that way for about 2 or 3 years or so). Since I've been there (Last October was the last time), Wetness, Unique, Love, and Queen have been added to the rotation. Nice additions if I say so myself, particularly Unique, who did a bit of a show with some older dancers Chocolate and Cream. As I've said before, if you like bubbling brown sugar, The House is your spot. No charge for admission, but you have to buy a drink. Over the years since I've known about the club (since 1997 or 1998), the club has changed somewhat (I 've since then too, so it might be more me than the club), but there seems to be more and more lady patrons, and last night, there were a few ladies that could have been making some change. Over all, it was alright, and if you like hip-hop (rap), reggae, go-go, and house - check it out.

I went last weekend with my buddies. I'm a 31 year old white guy, and lets just say that I have a pension for women of color. I have an ATF club, but decided to give this spot a chance. Once I entered, I sat for at least 15 mins before I was even acknowledged! I kept checking my armpits to see if maybe their was a reason no one spoke to me. Eventually I knocked back a couple of beers and went to the tiprail for more action. This club is HUGE on stage dances, and the girls basically don't hesistate to show "pink". But it was disconcerning that even after I tipped the girl onstage, she didn't come around to my table to show any sort of gratitude( no lapdance in DC, new law I believe). The atmosphere was a younger crowd, but I figure that was because I came on a Friday night. The security was cool, I;m used to the frisking, besides it makes you feel safer. Also, the girls seemed to like the dressing room better than being out on the floor, I thought they were here to make money. The women are beautiful, the dances on stage were somewhat creative, overall I think that I may come back by myself next time. I'm pretty sure that we stuck out, but I guess it was sort of hard for the girls to read us. Go and enjoy yourself, but try coming in the dayshift a couple of times just to get acquainted with the girls.

Stopped by during Happy Hour on Monday. There is one very large stage in the center of the club. Three or more dancers may dance on the center stage at any time. There are also 2 smaller stages, one on each side of the center stage. The atmosphere is comfortable, you have to purchase a drink at the bar upon entering the club, but there is not a lot of pressure to purchase additional drinks. The dancers are attractive and vary in size, build, etc., whatever your preference is as far as build, you will find it here.

It's been a while. Did not get around to reviewing this spot from when me and a buddy of mine hit it up. Almost did not go in because 5-0 was camped outside the place like 8 or 10 deep, as if something was about to jump off, but after a couple of passes in the car, they dissappeared - thankfully. Once inside it was all good. Definitely the place to check out the brown sugah. A few of my favorites (Star, Sonic, and a thick latin lady - I think Cream is her name) were not there, but it was still pretty good. One young lady was dressed up like Pocahontis and looked quite good. Another one was a thick chocolate honey who help make spending the dough a little easier as well.

A buddy of mine and I went to The House this past Friday. If you prefer the fully nude flava (women of color) with the Badoonka Doonk, Hip-Hop and Go-Go, this is the place for you. Since I was there earlier in the year, Dynamite, a dancer who is all that and then some, has joined the rotation. No real laps per se (it is not my thing anyway) as D.C. is kinda tight on contact. Admission is just the price of a drink ($4.00 min) and the D.J. gets started at 9:00 PM. Peace and enjoy yourself.

Me and a couple of buddies visited on a Friday night. Most of the girls are regulars, but they are still the finest dancers in DC for my money. There was a Nigerian dancer I hadn't seen before. She worked her ASS off, shakin' it like Beyonce. And she's flexible. I love it when a girl can spread those legs wide and show me that kitten. As usual, there were 3 girls on the main stage and 1 dancer on each of the 2 sattelite stages. They always give you a good show. After looking at those asses for awhile, I had to make a drive to Baltimore in order to get a lapdance. It's a shame that DC has a policy of look but don't touch.

Went to The House for Happy hour, 4-6pm, on Friday. You can't beat $3 for a "Heiny," or any other beer you want. The club wasn't that full, but that changes during the night time hours. The crowd is primarily black and Hispanic, but everyone is welcome. The club is on a main street in DC, but keep your eyes open at night, and try to park on the main street rather than a side street. This is a great place if you want to see sexy black women shaking ass and pussy in your face. The club is nude, and you can get up close and personal with the dancers. There's one large, main stage and two sattelite stages. They always have at least one dancer on each stage. When it gets busier, they may put three girls on the main stage. Most of the girls are black, but over the years, and last night, they had one Hispanic girl who was hot. In fact, almost every girl is hot, and they range from "dark chocolate" to "redbone" in complexion. Pretty faces, phat asses and many of the girls have hour-glass figures. One girl called Sonic was particularly fine. Beautiful face with huge natural tits and a wonderul ass. The great crime in DC is that there is no lap dancing. If there was, you would always leave this place with a smile on your face.
