Even though it says to "be the first to review Rumours" above, I recall previously having done so a year or so ago.
My visit this time was very disappointing, so the ratings, and comments, are based on my earlier experiences.
The place is basically a "biker" bar, with an attached area that has a stage, as well as a couple of pool tables. I've been there several times over the past 3 years, and have never witnessed a disturbance.
I can provide input on several of the "unknown" items above.
Private ld rooms; VIP Room; shower shows: porn stars; DJ; cigar bar; non-smoking are all "no". (Smoke is pretty thick some times).
Pool tables; juke box; lap dances (topless) are all "yes".
Lap dances are done in a corner of the pool table area, partially hidden by a couple of plastic palm trees,on a couple of chairs. Your activity can be seen directly by some of the players on the rear table, although most seem to show no interest. There also does not appear to be a bouncer, at least not one that concerns himself with the ld area goings on. So, YMWV.
I've experienced some friendly interaction at the stage rail (a rectangular stage, with a shelf and chairs all around), and a vatiety of experiences in the ld area. One big advantage of this place is that the music is selected, and paid for, by the dancer from a juke box, so the songs are normal length, not shortened.
I didn't do the ld area this visit, since one of the dancers clearly had had too much to drink, and wasn't all that desirable in the first place, and the other one was more interested in chatting with a "regular" at the bar. There were just 2 dancers, and this was around 11 on a Tuesday night.

Parking on the residential street, fairly nice inside considering the exterior. Girls were black/latina, some ok, some not so hot, all looking for private dances. No one sits at the stage hardly, so all the action is in the back. Private area is very private, they take good care of you. Older Bartender was hottest looking woman in the bar, serves good drinks, she doesn't do privates apparently. Mixed crowd, blacks, whites, latinos. BIG bouncer, so there's no trouble, and someone watches the cars, but this place is in a much better area than Pleasant Moments or some of the other Bridgeport clubs, so no troubles visiting. Parking can be a problem, but I've parked on the next street over and walked with no hassles.

It is still my favorite. There are no 10s here, but very obliging and nice time can be had. Girls are very friendly, atmosphere is unrushed, conversations low key, drinks are not pricey, but other services are good. I have always been visiting at least once a week over tha last two years

Have been visiting the Bridgeport clubs from time to time. Bishop's has the least atmosphere of them all in regards to bar area and the back room. During the day it is usually slow and the ladies are not the most attractive. If you come in later in the evening, after 7:00 or 8:00, it is a bit more up tempo and the girls are more plentiful and more attractive. Privacy in the back is lacking, so it takes away from that personal enjoyment.

Went to Bishop's Corner Thursday afternoon. Very quiet. 4 black dancers available. Was offered a Not-so-private LD by Tiffany. It was ok, but as the the lapdance room is now semi-private, I was limited in what I could try :( and it seems "extras" are no longer on the menu. I miss the good old days.

Was here on a Wednesday afternoon. I wasn't expecting much based on prior visits. There were 10 girls there, many of which used to work at Pleasant Moments. I was told that PM was going to be open within the week. It probably means that Shakers will have less girls coming here.

I was pleasantly surprised by not only the quanity of girls, but there was some quality as well. Kathy, a Columbian, is a knockout. I would say she would rate between an 8-9 on anyone's rating chart.

It is kind of strange on how you get to the private dance area. You have to go through a few doors and then upstairs. It is $10.00 just to get in. You pay that $10.00 everytime you go up there, so you might want to be selective with your dancers.

$20.00 a song or whatever suits your fancy.

Came here on a Thursday evening. The sign on the outside now reads “Shakers” and there is a sign that says “restaurant”, so I wasn’t sure it was still a strip club. When I went in, the sign on the inside still read “Keystone”. No cover charge that night. There were 3 girls on duty. One black, one white, one Hispanic. All reasonably attractive; the white girl was very reasonable. Maybe 6 or 7 customers. The place is divided into 2 sections. One section had a long rectangular bar. The other section had a stage with 2 poles, a pool table, and a lap dance couch. The couch was tucked away in a corner section with its back facing the room, so it sort of made a separate area. This place has some potential.

I tool a quick peek in the next (Friday) evening. Fewer girls and customers, which was surprising.

Teddie's is still a great value. I hadn't been there in about 6 months but was in the area and decided to stop by. There were probably about 15 girls working, ranging in quality from 4-7's. The usual dancing on stage but it is the private dances that are the real attraction. I don't mind the new system of paying up front. Also, on the day I went, the place was really alive and the music was good. Overall, still one of the best in the country.

Arrived just after dark. Parking lot was a bit of a zoo, with girls running around yelling, smokers congregating by the entrance, and a few folks who couldn't deal with parking... or was it just the close proximity of BMW's with POS's that made some of the folks nervous?
Frisked on the way in, the bar made change for my $5 cover. A $4 coke here does not go far, but it's a target rich environment, and you don't need to linger over your drink to find a willing companion.
In the back room it's all the same, no matter the race, creed, color or standard of beauty applied, you will leave happy, so indulge yourself and go for that "unattainable" girl you see there. Well... she's more legendary there, but if you do run across one, she's there on the same program as the snaggletoothed bag stuffed with cottage cheese that you first saw when you came in.
This is definitely the way things ought to be in life.

I tried two other clubs in Bridgeport that appeared closed (Saturday Night?) so ended up at old reliable. Bar was pretty crowded with about 20 or so patrons. The ladies were mostly in the 5-7 range. Mostly of the ladies were south of the border and yes the English language wasn't the number 1 language for either the ladies or a good number of the patrons.

Still relatively high energy, although I was expecting more for a Saturday night

Lots of cottage cheese on those thighs. English is a second language here, it's like a little bit of the islands come north. And they've fed these girls... .well... women... well. Yes most are a bit long in the tooth. Yes, most have more junk in their trunk than any Mythbuster. But you can sit there for an hour, sipping a drink (they didn't enforce the 2 drink minimum this evening). No dollar parade. $5 entry, $5 drink, $10 to get into the ... well... we'll call it a lap dance area.

I chose Lydia. Not the best looking dancer on this evening, but well... if there was to be mileage had, that was the place to look. And for that purpose, I chose well.

Will definitely have to return and sample some of the darker chocolate delights.

Teddies is a Connecticut treasure. You will occassionaly find a girl there who could be working at a real upscale club and then you have a number of 5,6 and low 7's. The lap dances are private and ymmv but can be a PSE with the right willing girl. $60 in tips will buy you pretty much anything you want and often the price can be knocked down to 40. Sit at the far side of the bar away from the door to check the girls out before choosing your lap dance girl. Leave the stage area and sit at the bar when the really ugly one dances, every shift has one beast.

The stage dances are a waste -- nothing to see but a girl bouncing in a bikiki. The key to having a lap dance at Teddies, in my experience, is that your mileage may vary. There are some great looking girls (mainly augmented) and some ordinary ones. To get into the lap dance room, however, costs $25.00 up front -- $5.00 cover, two drinks, and $10.00 for the room. Some girls are very accommodating -- others are a complete waste of time. It pays to negotiate in advance, although sometimes the negotiation won't be honored. If you're lucky, it is a fine experience.

I haven't been here in a while and not on a Sunday in a few years. At 2:00 in the afternoon there was a good deal of action. Probably 10 girls and the quality was pretty good. A few 8's and a few 7's. The girls were not overly aggressive, as in the old days, but they still come around. Worth another visit on the weekend. Mostly Hispanic ladies, with a few black girls.

There is now a two drink minimum in order you to get to the back area of the the club. Fee on Sunday was $5.00

This club clearly has potential. But when I got there at 10pm on a Saturday night, there were only three dancers and about ten customers. The bartender told me there was some kind of party and all the dancers were there, the bouncer told me that the heat was out and all the dancers stayed at home. I couldn't even tip the dancers that were there, as the club was out of singles. Oh well. I would visit again, but be sure to have a backup plan.

This is not a bad club for what it is. Don't expect 9's or 10's or even the quality you'd see a Scruples or Beamers. The advantage at Teddies is the lap dance mileage. Most dancers are black, but there are a few white and Latinos. Parking is in a lot behind the building (free). Admittance is $5 and comes with a thorough pat down. I assume they're looking for weapons. Admittance to the LD area is another $10. It was recently increased from $5 (or maybe I was just conned?) As you enter, there's a bar to the left, large dance stage to the right and pool tables farther to the right, up a few steps. There are a bunch of televisions tuned to sports.

Teddies continues to be on the upswing, but there is still hit and miss days. I happened to get there back to back days about a week ago. Wednesday was pretty much a total bust, but Thursday, early evening around 8:00 had something for everyone. I hooked up with an old favorite and headed back to the private dance area. The area has been revamped. There are about 6 booths back there now. The fun still exists at Teddies

There have been a few changes since my last review. The open lap dance area is no longer used as such. It now seems to be a lounge area for the bouncers. The locked LD area is still in use, and still $5 to get in, but there has been some remodeling. There used to be 2 couches back there; now there are 6 private booths with large comfortable chairs. Each booth has a little curtain to ensure privacy.

Cover is still $5, which seems to be constant regardless of day or time. Talent has improved a little. Many of the girls on my last several visits were quite attractive. Length of the songs seemed reasonable.

Teddies continues on despite an added degree of attention. It is election time in the Park City, and with that inevitably comes raids on the higher profile strip joints.

Teddies has been, and continues to be, high profile due to it's location and well known reputation. Park in the back, but be aware that the neighbors are not happy about the bar and pay particular attention to you when you park there. Walk through two doors, pay a cover, and get patted down for weapons.

In front of you is the stage, to the left is one of two mens rooms, and down a pair of stairs to the left is the bar. To the right is a pair of pool tables and a some lap dance areas.

There are generally at least a couple of cute dancers out of the bunch, but last time I visited my lappy-dance was interupted by the bouncer - for what reason I don't know. That makes the Teddies experience less than fun and full of paranoia.

I'm avoiding for the time being.

Highest Miles for the $$$. My business partner and I went to this place after having visited (and ran out screaming) from Pleasent Moments (which is a total dive.. dont go there!)

Anyway, entering this place there were 8 girls, 4 were homely, 2 were kinda cute, and 2 were really cute. I was in a quandry between the two cute ones, but after hearing a full menu of options including full disclosure of pricing I realized I could have both for very little $$.

Back in NY / NJ I am used to paying out $200 between a variery of $20 dances, which may or may not leave me satisfied. At Teddies, $200 bought me much much much more... with 2 girls at the same time!

Anyway, the place is a bit run down, the crowd is a bit getto, but nothing scary and the milage is well worth it!

A recent trip on a Saturday confirmed that the old Teddie's is making a comeback. There was a wide selection of women, all living up the b-port reputation. The club is substantially the same as before in that the women perform for 2 songs on stage. The back area has been turned into a room with a decent amount of privacy. You pay for the VIP room in advance and there is a buzzer security system to get into the VIP room, which can make for some interesting logistics if the doorman is not paying attention. The women are your typical mix, with some being scooped up more often than others. In any event, it is good to know that you can have fun at Teddie's once again.

A recent january visit confirmed every good to great review I've ever read of teddies. A dancer I'd never seen before, little red, was truly one of the sexiest girls I've ever seen dance. Plus as is the custom in bridgeport specail favors were available as well to gentlemen of wealth and taste. A really special lapper for mere money.

Stopped in on the way back from Baltimore (see my "block" reviews). It was good to be back to here, especially after visiting other places with very high prices.

During my afternoon visit there were maybe 5 girls here. Way below average in the looks department. My time was limited, so I zoomed in on the best of what was available. Bought here a drink (no girl mark-up), and negotiated a couple quality private dances.

I was satisfied with the dances and the $60 it cost (plus $5 cover, and $5 room fee).

This is a small topless club in Bridgeport. The club opens at 12 noon and closes at 2 am.There are between 3 and 5 dancers on shift for your enjoyment. There is a 5 dollar cover and drinks start at 4 dollars.Private dances are 20 dollars and a good time can be had for a nice tip.Overall a decent place to hang out.

This review is a combination of two recent visits. The first visit was an 8 and this past one was a 4. In both cases, the visits were during the day. The difference was the quality of the ladies in the place. In both cases, the number of customers were less than 10 and perhaps at sometime during the stay less than 5. That usually is not a problem.

The ladies are not typically not pushy and will tease you with chit chat before the tag line. Stay 1 was quite nice as I had lapdances from 2 of the girls. The lapdance area is quite nice as compared to what you could expect at Pleasant Moments or Bishops so that brought the rating higher.

The problem with the last visit was that while not only fairly dead, the selection was not the greatest. Probably still hit or miss as they try to get back to the Teddie's of old

Stopped by on a recent Wednesday night. Place looked closed from the outside but was still Teddies inside. Around 5 or 6 girls that were 4's to 6's. But Teddies still plays by B-Ports special rules. $5.00 cover to get in, $4.50 beers and a $5.00 cover to the champagne room. $40 special B-port lap dance the best kind of lapper. Left another satisfied customer
