I have not been there in a while. This club changed from under 21 to over 21 a few months ago. the lower floor is a strip-club and the upper floor is a "dance club / nightclub." They also eliminated the cover charge. I went in around 11 PM and there were 7 dancers. Half hour later three more shoed up. beautiful Bailey was dancing on the stage. The one of the two that is 8 and above. the other one who is a 9 made no eye contact and walked around in a sweatshirt all night long! There was 7 there, skinny, cute face with bad teeth who is an explant from Crazy horse.

Anyway, I got several $20 dances from Bailey and this is the first true lap-dance I got in AK, if you know what I mean. If you go there look for a girl with a red cowboy hat. BTW, the bartender was nice and the drinks are good. Bottom line, the place has potential and I will go back.

Recently remodeled, This club did not impress me. Small stage, uncomfortable seating and a poorly designed dance area. non alcoholic club though they have a seperate bar upstairs. Did not like getting patted down on entry by large unfriendly bouncers... (they do this to all patrons), after paying a fairly high for Anchorage cover charge.
Girls fair at best. The dance area consisted of narrow uncomfortable benches built onto the wall. Some areas were fairly private.

this is an odd club. As other posters mentioned there's a poker thing going on during the early days of the week. When I finally found the club (it's set off from the road and not real easy to locate) I went inside to find that there were only 2 girls dancing that night (a Monday). One girl was blond and had a nice body but had a lot of wear on the treads. the other girl, Lacey, was a real pretty eskimo chick on the bigger side. She came over and chatted with me for a while. She gave me a run in the VIP room. For $60 she did 4 songs w/me with decent mileage, considering that we were in Alaska. I enjoyed it thoroughly.



Crazy Horse has always been amongst my favorite clubs. It is very dated and not overly well kept up... However the atmosphere is very laid back and it is an easy place to go spend a few hours enjoying the company of any of a number of nice ladies and a few alcoholic beverages. The club has a semi private VIP area where there is considerable touching allowed, for a set price ($60.00 per song) normal dances are in the main club area and no touching allowed ($20.00).
While some of the girls tend to be low quality and higher pressure, many are quite nice looking and very friendly. Willing to spend time talking and getting to know each other. It is pleasant to come to the club once or twice a year and have a friend who knows your name and what you have told them in the past without being reminded. My personal favorites at the club are Rosa, Tori, Paradise, and Silk.

Was in Anchorage for the first time, and decided to check out what this town had to offer for clubs, in comparison to my normal L.A / O.C. haunts. Found only one club listed in the Yellow pages (Gt. Alaskan Bush Co), but then thought of checking out tuscl.com. Although my initial plan was to check out both Crazy Horse and GAB Co., especially since neither apparently has a cover charge, ended up spending all my time at the Crazy Horse. Mindful of the previous reviewer's unhappiness with the Texas Hold-em nights, I noted that the marquee stated that that was only on Sunday thru Wednesday evenings. I got there shortly after they opened at 4 PM on Friday afternoon. Completly dead. I was the only person in the club, except for a waiter, and some elderly lady that appeared to be (and apparently was) the owner. Good size bar (full alcohol) and a good size square stage. Lots of ladder back chairs (with soft seat), mainly arranged by fours at tiny rectangular wood tables on 2 sides of the stage, plus many more such sets in the room, including a portion that was one step up. There was also an area that displayed a neon "VIP Lounge" sign. Decided to hang around to see what was going to happen. (Waiter was prompt in coming over to where I had sat down on the far side of the stage to see what I wanted to drink, but then just busied himself behind the bar or chatting with the owner after bringing me my beer). It was close to 4:45 when the first girl showed up. She looked promising in her street clothes, and it wasn't long before she came out in her costume and sat down to talk. No DJ yet, background music was playing; still the only customer. After a little chit chat, she immediatly launched into the "how about a dance?" routine. Agreed to a test lap dance for $20, for which we went to a different table that offered a little shielding from view. Top came off before dance even started, and the D size natural boobs looked very inviting. Soon learned that I was not allowed to touch her anywhere, but that she could brush up against me. She then suggested the VIP, which would be $60 per song, and would be "much more comfortable". She did state that the songs were full length, and not cut, so decided to see what would develop. The VIP section offers no additional privacy; it simply has a number of couches in an area. Was quite disappointed in that the "no touching" rule was still being applied, perhaps a little more loosely, but her body contact was quite generous. Still, I decided to cut my losses. This, by the way, was Scarlett, who hails from Panama, via Miami. The DJ had appeared in the mean time, and started playing some songs. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the music sound level was at a normal (reasonable) level, and that I could actually understand him when he announced dancers. Scarlett said that she would start dancing when she felt like it. I think there were two additional customers at that point. She did do a 2 song dance shortly after, which was actually quite good. She had told me earlier that there was no dancer / customer interaction allowed at edge of stage (there is no rail), other than customer being allowed to put $ bills into her gartewr. As expected, she held to these rules. Lighting is good, and stage height just right for good viewing when seated. The third side of stage either had no table "sets", or they were farther apart, allowing customers to step up to the stage for tipping.
A second dancer showed up at maybe 5:15. I joked around a bit with her before she continued to the dressing room. She was back pretty soon, and sat and talked with me. I told her that I was disappointed with the dance from Scarlett, and she (of course) told me that she was more liberal. Tina is from Taiwan and has danced at this club for 14 years!! She said that she's 32, and supposedly dances there 7 days a week, except when she takes time off to visit her mother in Thailand, or sister in Vegas. Her body looked well preserved (she even displayed one of her boobs to prove it). Agreed to a $20 test dance. Was pleasantly surprised at the difference, and was told that she would even be more liberal if I tipped well. That I did, and she did not disappoint.
By the time I left a little after 8, there were 2 or 3 additional dancers, all of which were at least a 6 (due to silicone boobs), and generally a 7 or 8, in my rating system. I had told Tina that I was happy with the set up, and could see no reason to go to the VIP area with her, and she was satisfied with that. So stayed there until it was time for me to go back to my hotel to check out to go for my red eye flight home. It was interesting for me to learn that the dancer keeps all her earnings, but must pay the club $125 per night. That certainly eliminates the distraction of the bouncer coming around for counts at every dance. I also learned that the dancing continues on the nights they have poker, but that the dancer's income is not that good on those nights.
I would definitly go back if I was ever again in the area, which is pretty unlikely.

My longtime fav when visiting Anch. Times are hard in this city. This club used to have decent dancers 5-7's with best value laps. But that doesn't seem to be enough these days. The club has embraced the Texas Hold Em tournament craze and holds tournaments during the week. This causes some conflict with the customers who want some private dance action. So I met an outstanding lady named Christine who gave me some serious action, but unfortunately the other nites we tried to connect the poker tournaments were running. My rating reflects the confilct.

PJ's is a neighborhood bar in a fairly run down section of Anchorage. Drink prices were decent and no cover charges. They have a small shift of "dancers" on a nightly basis. As a strip club goes PJ's makes a fair Dart Club... One stage, no stage side seating. A handful of dancers, often including a 50+ year old waitress (not kidding...). The rest range from 2-6 on my scale, and I tend to be fairly kind when rating dancer looks. Roughly half the club contains a pool table and dart game area, a quarter for the bar and the rest for the stage and a few chairs and tables in the dance area. On the two occassions I dropped by I saw one lap dance at a table with zero privacy, no other place for private dancing that I saw. The club was fairly loud with the dancers running their own music (no DJ) It is a very very used club. Old fixtures and a run down appearance. The club had a fair number of working class customers mostly there for the bar and Dart games. Very few ever walked over to the dance area. PJ's is really an old dirty local bar, dancing is at best an afterthought.

I give this place a 7 taking into consideration the fact that there is very little contact. Overall it's a nice club. The look and feel is of a western saloon. The stage is a nice set up: round with chairs going almost all the way around, except for the back where the girls come on and off.

The talent here was pretty good. A lot of pretty girls, a few african american and asian, tall, short, big and small. I went on a Monday night after a long day of travel and enjoyed myself. The club was pretty busy and the girls weren't too pushy. I went back on a Thursday night before I hit the airport. It was less crowded and the girls were hustling a little more. Had a nice couple of dances with a blonde who was a little on the heavy side but sexy all the same.

The best part of this club is that it's right on the same road as the airport so it's a good place to stop to kill an hour or two before a flight.


Hot dancers, very little contact dances, reasonable drink prices. The club is nice, it was crowded on thursday night with plenty of dancers. They can't smoke inside so you get a nice show when you drive up and walk past the shivering girls getting their nicotine fix. There were many military guys there having fun before being shipped off to the sandbox - I ended up buying many of them drinks & we had a number of dances. There were a few 10 girls and lots of 7-8's but their dances were very little contact and NO touching. there is no place in the club to get private dances...

Great looking dancers. Not much contact, but also no cover charge! It's just a fun atmosphere and a fun place to visit, even in winter. It's even better in the summer when lots of tourists are in town.

This is a great place to bring a wife or girlfriend for a great time.

Well this club has improved greatly this summer. For anyone who ever gets to visit Alaska on a fishing trip or vacation this place is a must. No cover, average priced drinks with a decent staff and lots of girls. This summer the talent was better than I have seen it in the past, lots of new younger girls mixed in with the old time favs. The interior is still pretty much the same with one center stage with chairs around it and high back couch setting around the perimeter of the bar.

The girls are friendly and will sit an chat with you. Not much pressure at all. It can get busy here and if a girl you like asks you for a dance you may want to grab her at the time otherwise you may not see her again.

The dances are mostly air dances across the board, I've never heard from any of my buddies getting much more, even in the dark corner booths. Some of the out of town girls push the limits occassionally, but the managment gets wise pretty quick.

this place always has a broad selection of dancers to meet your pleasures. very laid back place with no pretext or dress code to get in the door. You will see everybody from the oil slope worker to the ceo at this joint. If the milage were higher, this place would score better, but its still the best in Anchorage.

I visited this club at 11:00 on a Wednesday after a long flight to Alaska. Go straight on the major road leaving the airport and it will be on your left in about five minutes. Inside and out it looks like an old fashioned saloon, complete with a wooden railed balconey overlooking the bar.

The place was packed with customers and there were about 20 dancers. The girls were pretty consistently attractive but not spectacular (6 - 8). I sampled a few dances at $20 each, no 2-4-1's were offered while I was there. They did do a doller sample dance special but not a single girl participated as far as I could tell. The dances had mild one-way contact and were performed in a couch area which provided minimal privacy. Hustle for dances was pretty mild. I noticed tha the club type is listed as nude but I only saw one dancer (the feature) get completely naked during the hour that I was there.

Other random notes include a no smoking rule that was strictly enforced, no cover charge, and pool tables off to the side.

This is the most popular club in Anchorage. Always crowded. It tends to not be a favorite of mine. Very much a lap dance club, little time to chat or get to know any of the dancers. It's very much a would you like a dance and if not on to the next client... I do understand they take very good care of their dancers. Some of the best looking dancers in Ak work here, just don't expect to get to know them.

First, the good. There is no cover charge, the dancers are not pushy, and the drinks are reasonably priced.

Second, the bad. The contact level is only slightly better than a visit to a convent.

So why a 9? It is a damn friendly place just minutes from the airport. Since most of the flights back to the lower 48 leave between 8pm and midnight, it is a great place to kill a few hours. Compared to the plastic chairs and confusion if you decide to kill time at the airport, the GABC could almost be viewed as a 10.

Club is OK...nothing like the clubs in the south...decent grindage..no touching by me. dances $20...no cover. decent looking girls...but again nothing like in the south in memphis dallas, houston or tampa. I would go back if in alaska again. Had a couple of dances that made mr. happy smile. but no hands on contact by the girls. not very crowded on a sunday night. Had a dance by a girl named vision. she had a great body with fake titties. she let me have a peek at her shaved kitty but would not let me touch the tits or kitty.

This club is pretty cool. First of all, the fact that they have no cover charge is great. You can just go in, have a drink, and enjoy some booty shaking. It can be a little slow this time of year (more dancers in the summer, it seems) but the variety of girls is decent. Sakura (see their website, http://www.akbushcompany.com/ladies.html) is a real cutie.

I did not have a lap dance last weekend or visit the VIP but I plan to soon.

I have been visiting Anch and the Bush co for the last 4-5 years. Overall the experience has gone down hill. This seems to be a trend in all Anch clubs. Quality is lower, service is much lower (new waitresses/staff) and too many I will get in trouble if you due that. Well......I used to be able to come to this club, ask the waitress for a menu to order some food delivered, order and delivery were taken care of. My drinks and wishes (dancers I wanted to meet) were taken care of by the waitress. For this service I would tip all well. The dancers did their best to "work together" to take care of those "quality" customers.
Only Brittany met those qualities this time. She has been working there a while. This is a key factor in dancer selection in the winter. If you don't understand what I mean..than you need to do more research.
There are professional dancers and customers. When it comes down to the amount of money being spent, like gambling, amateurs are sucker money...
