While the Dog offers new eye candy it still is the same old Dog it has always been. My visit on coin beer night was not the wisest of ideas. Coin beer brings in the younger/cheaper crowd plus a few more dancers. On the surface that may seem like a good thing but it just leaves us with less choices of which wobbly chair to choose to risk collapsing with us in it and more table dance hustling from the frustrated dancers.

Table dances are still done under the open stairs or in a corner by the stage. Neither offer much privacy except for those guys who's privacy is easily achieved when less blood goes to their brain and their lustful imagination blocks out their common sense. The best value for our money still remains in tips given while the dancer is on one of 3 stages.

Dancer quality still ranges from 4-9.5, and of course thats as viewed in bar lights and not real light. Still for guys like me who are older, bit more experienced and certainly jaded its understandable why we think that once you have seen one set of titty's. . . . we want to see them all.

Day time is probably still the best time of day to go but except for coin beer night if you want a good hamburger, cold beer, another set of boobies to add to your viewing collection than the Dog is a good place to enjoy.



I have not been in the Red Dog Saloon in quite some time and I must say it has changed. I have found it is better to frequent during the day hours as opposed to the evening. Yes, there are more girls at night but I have found that my day time visits to the club have been more enjoyable. The service is much better and the girls are more attentive. The lap dances have not changed much. I have yet to find a girl that will fully please me but I never stop going back. I was also impressed with the food I got. I was expecting little. Overall I would suggest everyone give this club a chance although it is not what it used to be.

Well the Dog always will have a YMMV lable but since the table dance area consist of one chair under the see thru stairs and one chair near a exit door then dont expect much milage unless you the type that nuts in his shorts.

Staff is always good and bartender is often the best babe in the joint and hope someone will let her go out with me before Im too old to remeber what we suppose to do. Girls range in looks form 5 - 9.75. Thats not on the rictor scale as in earth shaking but how many times my knees get knocked with the third leg I carry. Beer is cold but often waitresses are slow. Generally the place is less then 20% full but some nights bring the younger boys around and its busy.

Food is still good ol greasy burgers and hope it stays that way since the greasy sex the place once had is long gone. Go for the women and stay for the beer.

After having a miserable time at Midway, I drove up the road to try Red Dog. Walking in the door showed promise of a better time. There was music playing and I could see a dancer on stage in the distance. It was a $2 cover on a Tuesday night; beer was $1.50. As you enter you pass by 6 or 7 pool tables and then enter the main area with tall ceilings, stage in the center, bar to the right, and what looked like food service in the back. It had a kind of cool feel to it with neon beer signs covering the walls along with stuffed animal heads. The stage was covered with carpet which seemed very odd to me.

Stacy, the dancer on stage, had large boobs, a nice butt, slender hips, and a beer belly??? When she left the stage we chatted a bit and she was a very nice girl. I probably would have bought a lap dance but she had to go change clothes to dance again; there were only 3 dancers that night. The next 2 dancers were . . . well let me just say that I gave out a lot of pity tips.

What's up OK City with the strip clubs? Is it the local laws or is it the economy? I'm heading to Amarillo tomorrow; hopefully I'll have better luck.


Geesh, I walk into the Dog and they have some good looking babes for once and they are not all tweeked out or so high or drunk that it was fun. I didnt get a dance as the place the Dog gives us dances is either under the stairs or by the door and like there is no way I can enjoy that type non privacy. Still compared to what we have seen recently from the Dog in the past and the quality in other clubs the Dog has made some improvments. I dont get paid to make these comments althouth if someone can get a waitress or two to take me home that would certainly be appreciated.

The Dog is always the Dog. Thats not bad but it just has changed so little over the years that writing a review on it is like reviewing the noon day sun. You know, it maybe slow but its there. Just dont stare at it too long or you will go blind. Same thing my mom told be about....oh well you know.

Last night it had some good looking dancers. Of course the table dance area is under the stairs with one chair and visible to everyone that looks. Or you can go to the alternate location by the exit door which during winter offers that refreshing shot of cold air which is similar to a cold shower except someone isnt walking through your shower at the same time.

Of course we all know that the real fun happens out of the club. So most guys give the dancers their phone numbers because of course, dancers dont have phones or cars. If you ever forget your phone number by the way you can look for your card or napkin with it on it in the trash at Reddog. Dont feel bad, some dancers do keep your number if you have too much money, a short memory, stupid written on your forehead or party favors of the rich and famous.

Speeding away from Red Light Nites, I located the NW clubs and arrived at The Red Dog Cafe (listed as Saloon) at 10:50PM, Saturday, June 3, 2006. The club is located on the corner of NW 10th and Tela Drive in the city's NW sector. Upon entering, I paid a $5 cover. This club is HUGE and had about 60 patrons inside. There is a 3 foot high large stage on your left in the middle of the club, beyond the pool tables and two satelite stages, one directly to the right of the main stage with a pole, and the other across from the main stage. The 3rd stage is a very tall (about 20 feet high) caged stage that twirls around. I saw a dancer climb up the caged bars to the very top and got me dizzy watching her do her spreads and so forth. I mean, this dancer should have been PAID for her act on this satelite stage! They have a full restaurant available and a second story which appeared to be a wrap around walk with tables and chairs along the railing. The bar was located in the back of the club on the right. There were about 6 waitresses and about 15 to 20 dancers, ranging from 7s to 10s. The waitress were just as good looking as the dancers, by the way. I had my eye on a well built blonde dancer, but after her stage performances, she went back to a table with another customer. I would have probably gotten a few LDs but was never approached nor did I see anyone else getting LDs unless they were done upstairs out of view. The dancers went topless and a few had on very small, almost micro, g-strings. I finished my $3.25 long-neck and departed at 11:25PM. I rate this club at 8 for it's size, girls, and service. Not a bad club to visit if in town and you have a couple hours. I would have definately spent some money here if approached by a dancer.

Same old Red Dog as always. Fewer girls and fewer customers. Good Hamburgers. Looks of dancers still in range of 5-9. Dancers on shift between 1 - 6 for a place that could hold 500 but only has around 20 guys at any one time. Dancers mainly sit with regulars unless you catch them in a "give me your money" mood and beg to give your money away to them.. Table dances are out in open and under both stairs. Privacy is none. Boring standard dances with a occasional flash of the gash as their idea of high milage. Waitress are cute, bartenders are cuter, DJ are annoying and still they collect for the juke box every 20 minutes. Only busy night is coin beer night and if you like drunk little boys giggling about titties than this is your place to be on a Thursday night. I give it a 4 for the food and a few good looking girls. How the place could make money is a good question or maybe Tony Saprano look alike keeps it open for sentimental reasons.

Stopped here on a Monday evening this past week while in OKC on business. How many ways can you spell DEAD? I think I was one of 3 people that were actually watching the stage. Only saw 2 dancers, each did 2 songs, then vanished. Many songs between dancers, I guess expected with no customers. The good side...$1.50 bottles on Monday and Tuesday, as some other clubs are also doing, so you can drink cheap, leaves more cash for other things!

I stopped in here on jan 2nd in the evening nothing has changed from the looks of it they still dont use the upstairs for some reason. The waitreses are still kinda slow to come over so if you really need that drink go up to the bar.There was a mix of dancers that should fit any taste It wasnt terrible but I give it a 7 because there were still girls dancing at all times.I even tipped about four girls on the big stage and I am very picky about who I tip.The one thing I dont like is how they send a girl around to collect tips for the DJ or whatever.I got 3 dances from a blonde with braces that has the tightest little ass I think I may have ever seen and another Blonde both were ok dances just not very much feeling if you know what I mean.If they would have a designated dance area instead on the sides of the wall it would have been a whole lot more private as anyone in there can watch you getting your dances.Overall if you wanna see some cute dancers and have a quick drink I would try it out. The bathrooms need some remodeling and they could use a furniture upgrade but hey there is always room to sit. plus they are open seven days a week.

Not a bad club, lots of dancers and quite a few were good looking. Didn't get a private dance but from what I heard they weren't bad. Beer was cheep and cold. The place has a big main stage and then the dancers move to two smaller ones. I has an upstairs that there is another stage at also. Drawbacks were the constant hustle for money even if you were tipping.

The good days have passed this famous OKC institution by it seems. Sad but true. Needs more dancers on days and less kids at night. The lap dance area has no privacy unless you think the overhead stairs make others not watch. Still a good place to get a burger and cold beer before moving on to funner an nastier places.

Went here last Sunday while passing through town. Several good looking girls dancing on the two stages and a couple of lookers sitting with other guys. None of the girls looked like they were interested in making money. Tipped one blonde on stage and discussed a possible dance. After an hour wait and no dancer decided to leave and try elsewhere. Most of the girls seemed preoccupied with friends, other dancers, or hanging out in the upstairs dressing area. Overall nice club layout and pretty nice looking girls, but the dancers need some customer service skills.

I went to this club on a very busy Saturday after some OU game. Usually those days are busy out here. The dancers are from 4-6 and waitress are so pushy as it was crowded heavily. This club probably the largest club in OKC. As a matter of fact they have two floors of almost equal size. Table dances are done under staircase. Heard it was ok. I'll check out this club during some weekday...

I was there last Sunday. I walked in about 6:00pm and there was nothing going on even though the sign said they were open. Finally someone talked to me and said they were not opening until 7:00pm and I should come back. I left to find another place.

I have been to the dog many times and dated a few of the girls. The club is huge, and they have the best panfried burgers in town. The door and floor guys tend to be pretty cool but once in a while you get one that thinks he is a pimp. The girls are at both ends of the scale and all in between. They can please just about every taste out there and repulse a few as well. Its a variety bar. Im an ass man... dont really care how big the breasts are as long as they have a nice firm ass and there are all shapes and sizes here. Like any bar, some days are better than others,
and as the girls dont work set schedules, you can come in every day for a week and there will be at least one girl
you dont know. Over all its a good place to eat and hang out, but blue collar all the way, and you must be open minded.

Still your friendly neighbor hood strip club. Good food. Nice waitresses, fair dances. More a place to hang with with the guys and look than spend money on dances.

I enjoyed my trip to this club. It had three dancing areas, all well-lit and visible from all over the club. Main stage, pole, and a spinning cage with a monkey bar on the top. Customers and staff seemed nice enough. Girls were pretty and decent dancers. Rotating staff of 4 dancers for a friday evening.
