As I stated previously this is the sister club to Madame Oar's. You get drunk at Madame Oars and take the short walk down the strip mall to Tzer's. Talent is off the charts (especially on the Binghamton scale). A seat in perverts row will yield visions of many many beautiful beavers (just bring one dollar bills to keep the fun coming). The VIP room is quite large, but privacy can be arranged - never got or saw anything really crazy, but a nice upscale affordable fun experience.

Was last here in August of 2004. This time was much better. Cover was $7.00 I beleive. Full service bar, and good selection of beers. A different beer on special each day opf the week. I was there on a Thursday, and the special was Sam Adams Boston Lager draft pints for $2.50!! Good beer at a good price and in a titty bar too. There truely was a woman for every man's taste there that night. One dancer caught every man's eye. I chose a petite blonde. She was cute, but breast feeding had played havic with her chest. She caught my eye while she was on stage. There was a raw sexuality about the way she danced. She was not shy when you approached the stage to tip her either. Anyway we talked for a while at the bar, and and after a couple of drinks, we went down to the end of the strip mall to Teazers, where the private dances are done. Dances are $20.00 a song. There was no request for a $20.00 tip per dance this time either. I will say that the dances were very enjoyable, and she had a smile on her face also! I can't remeber her name, but she was talking about the long drive she was facing when she left the bar, as she had to drive to Oneonta. Much better vist this time!! When I'm back in Binghamton for business, I will vist these clubs again!

Tzers was the next stop. This is a juice bar club where the women are nude (no pasties). This club is run by the same people as Madam Oars, located in the same strip mall. Club is VERY small. You walk through the door and 2 feet in front of you is the bar, to the left is an elevated stage with chairs around it. I noticed that there is a one drink minimum but they didnt really stick to it as long as you were tipping. I counted about 5-8 dancers. Each dancer was very attractive ranging from 7's and 8's to a high nine in tristen or kristen. The dancers dance to 3 or 4 songs on stage and you tip after each song. Dancers seem to be more into it and mingled much better than the other club. Tzers reminded me of the major leagues where madam oars was the minor leagues. I chose to have a vip with tristen/kristen (couldnt hear her, music was a little to loud). I paided the 20 and was taken to a very nice vip area. One unusual thing was she asked for the tip upfront. I was thrown off a little by this but tipped her 10 and got a very nice lap dance, I decided to do another and was asked for another tip. At the end I had spent over 60 on her. I didnt mind she was a very good vip.

Dancer quality was okay. Nothing spectacular. Took a girl to the back, was very pushy asking for a tip upfront.
Big turnoff. Up close she had a lot of bruises?

Atmosphere was typical for the area. No Alcohol served/Juice bar.

Was passing thru Binghampton (who would ever want to stay?!) several weeks ago, stopped by on a Saturday night. Place was absolutely dead when I entered but they still made me pay a cover even though there was no dancing going on. Headed to the bar and got a beer and watched some of the girls doing some pole trick practicing. After about 30 minutes a few others wandered in but they still didn't start the stages. As the girls were bored some wandered over and chatted. A couple girls asked if I wanted a dance. Turned the first down but took the second up on her offer and we headed down to M.Oar's to the "private" dance booths. Paid the desk upfront for the dance. Had a decent lap dance but nothing special. Headed back to Tzers. Got more attention from the bartender and bouncer than I did from the dancers. Low hustle factor -- maybe they just didn't know me. Finally had to ask the one girl I had my eye on for a couple dances. Had a couple excellent lap dances from her. Overall a decent club. Strange way of doing business, but it was my first time in NY so maybe they do things different than I'm used to. Quality of the dancers was better than I expected with a couple of the girls who were quite stunning. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll stop back in.

The girls looked great. But there where all about the money, not the service. The girls where demanding tips before even removing any of there clothes. I had a privite dance which was above average touching was allowed, but tip had to be paid in advance.

Checked this place out while I was in town. First things first, if you aren't a local, you will have some trouble finding this place. They tell you it's on Upper Court Street, which means it's outside the city limits. Anyway, it's located in the "Rocket Center" (a strip mall) on Court Street. The cover charge was $12.00, they stamp your hand as the cover is good at Madame Oar's at the other end of the mall. This is a juice bar(No Alcohol),the performers do 3 song sets and end up dancing nude. This club has a very small stage area, but it is elevated so you can see the show from any where in the "club" area. The dance area is through a door way in a much larger room. Dances are listed at $20.00 a song. However some of the "ladies" will tell you that you are supposed to tip $20.00 a song as well. As noted in my report on Madame Oar's, the dances for both clubs are done here. I have to admitt I sampled the waters myself. I had 3 dances from Elise, very cute, but just left something to be desired. I also got 2 dances from Sara justa closing time. (12:30?) Sara was the telling me that I was supposed to tip $20/dance. Sara was fully shaved, or so I thought! As she was dancing, she stood up on the couch and placed her pelvis over me head. I looked up to enjoy the show, and I swear she had hair from around her little bron hole hanging out past her butt checks! As she was "dismounting" she rubbed her pelvis against me check, and damn if it didn't feel like I was gonna get a whisker burn. Really think you should be careful with this one. All in all if you don't see a girl to your liking just wait a little while, or walk on down to Madame Ora's and pick the one you like.
