I went here a few weeks ago. I remember when this use to be Franks Chicken ‘something”. I had a great time one night at Franks. I digress.

These girls did not look bad – but they were in purgatory. They hated to be there. I guess Delilah’s has a rule that you have to dance in Manvile at least once a week. These girls hate the place and could not wait to leave.

However they were friendly – because the place was dead and they didn’t have anybody else to talk to. I kind of enjoyed it.

They did push for a lap dance – but I didn’t have the funds. I think it was like $60. One of the girls talking to me raised her leg and a condom fell out. Uhm!

I like Manville. I just don’t think Delilah’s is going to make it.


My best friend and I visited this place awhile ago because we were curious after receiving a business card about this place two ago. Upon arriving there,we paid the cover fee upon entering and seated ourselves near the stage which was smaller and less deafening than one at South Amboy. However, the quality of dancers there made up for that as most of them were more pleasant to talk or have a company and they were quite good-looking too. There were more dancers than customers. As for lap dance, it would be $20 per song and quality of lap dance will vary depending on the dancer. I had an unfortunate experience with a certain dancer as she gave me a very mechanical dance which would get monotonous really fast although with other dancers they were mostly good and entertaining. Like what I said before, it will vary with individual. The VIP dance will set you back for $225 but it would give you thirty minutes of private moment with your favorite dancer. I think it would be quite worth of your money that’s if you are willing to spend. In our opinion, we like it a lot better than South Amboy due to the overall good quality of the dancers and staffs there and less crowded.

Been here a few times and have had the VIP a few times, each time it's been dramatically different. Out of all the Delilah's this one seemed to have the least mileage (of the ones I've been to.) It was already late, I only went because my house had no power, but all the business seemed to.

Maybe 5 to 10 minutes after I arrive, Janeesa (sp?) came up to me and offered me a lap dance. I accepted because, as I said, there wasn't much time. For a short dance, it was pretty good, she casually asked about a VIP in a way that didn't seem like she was pressuring. The lap dance was very good so I accepted the VIP room. She was very handsy, moreso than other VIP rooms I've been in. I didn't even realize she put a cover on, and she was very nice, all the way to completion.

I tipped beforehand, only because I've been told its better to do so. She did make a comment that before or after, either way is fine. Overall, I had a very nice time, and seemed to be a low pressure environment, which was even more surprising considering it was dead, and I thought the girls would be pushing for the money harder than normal.

There were almost no other customers here during my last visit. Certainly the dancers outnumbered the customers by like five to one. The dancers were pretty good looking and obviously bored, some of them made no bones about resenting the requirement that they show up here periodically. I had a pretty tame lap with one girl, and, unwisely I think, I agreed to a VIP with another girl. I'll defend my stupidity by saying I was curious what was on the menu, and the particular dancer had excellent sales technique. I've gotta say the she almost made me glad I tried it, but the cost was over the top. (a little over $200). Never again.

I used to drop by here every so often when I get tired of the bikini bars. However, now that I started visiting the South Amboy location, this place pales in comparison. The place had almost no customers on the mid afternoon weekday when I visited. The girls were clearly bored ans wondering why they were there, which made me wonder why I was there. The two dances I had were ok, but not spectacular enough to make the place stand out. Unlike the SA DD, they don't even bother pushing for the VIP.

Visited for the second time last night, and I think it will be my last. The place is absolutely dead. I really felt bad for the girls, who must make very little when they have to dance here compared to what they can make at the DD in So. Amboy. Nonetheless, they were cute and friendly even though they were bored silly. The 4 rating is for the girls' effort, but the place itself gets a zero and should just be shut down.

Worse than ever ! Stopped in last Sat. & immediately regretted the total waste of time, $ and gasoline.
Dull, bored & unattractive dancers; not a single hottie among them. Place was its usual morgue-like self.
No atmosphere; no fun ; NO VALUE ! Avoid this place at all costs.

How do you rate a MORGUE ! ? ! ? The dancers outnumber the customers and dread being sent here. It's like Siberia for them. They don't even try any more. Morale has hit rock-bottom. Unless this place is some kind of primo tax write-off I can't see how and/or why it stays open. A total waste of time for all concerned.

I stopped in there this evening. I had not been here in a few months. I got there at 8 and the place was dead. There were 4 girls on stage. I woiuld range them from 6-8. Very little movement and an air of I can't be bothered. When their set was over the seemed and acted more interested in talking to the staff than to any of the patrons. I was there for about 90 minutes and only one girl asked if I wanted a dance or even walked by. The girl that did ask was cute so I said yes. The dance was great and I would highly recommend. The club could be much better if the girls not on stage walked aroud and talked to the customers (what a concept).

Was in the area again and stopped in on a recent weekday, early afternoon. Place was pretty dead, only a small handful of customers, and very little energy. Partook in a couple of lap dances, $20 each. Got a few good grinds but not much else. There were mentions of more intimacy in the VIP, $200 for 30 minutes, but didn't try it out. It's not a bad place to stop in for an hour or so of eye candy. Dancers are generally more attractive than other area clubs and you don't need to deal with the tip parade. With no alcohol served, I actually spend less money here despite the $12 cover. Would give it a better rating if the lap dances were better. Also, I've only been there in the afternoon, but I can imagine parking in the street on an evening to be extremely annoying.

This place is the ugly duckling when compared to its sister clubs in South Amboy and Toms River. The parking situation sucks because there's no on-premises parking -- it's whatever you can find on the street (and don't think about parking in the lots across from the place as your car will be towed rapidly).

The whole vibe of this place is just awful. For the most part, the girls were very attractive, but the enthusiasm level for most of them was near zero. It was clear that they were simply going thru the motions during their sets. I can't blame them for the lack of inspiration though, as the place only had 6 customers at 9 PM on a Wednesday. None of the girls even bothered to offer a lap dance, which I thought strange since I couldn't see how they were going to make any real money otherwise.

Cover was $12 (which was $10 too high for the entertainment value that I received) plus $3 for a 12-ounce water. This place can't close soon enough. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Nothing at all like the Delilah's Den in South Amboy. This club is small and not well-lit. I have been once on a Thursday evening, when you would generally expect quite a bit of action. There were only 10 or so ladies and most were very average. There were a few lookers, including Jenna.
Unfortunately, seems to be dominated by locals/ repeat customers as getting time with Jenna was very difficult. After waiting patiently, she finally came by. Dance was actually teriffic...lots of two-way contact, which was fantastic...some stick-shifting and fondling of the privates.
Very much recommend if you are lucky to find some of the high quality ladies, otherwise, could be disappointing.

When oh when are they going to close this place. The dancers hate it because they can't make any $ here. Some high-earners have walked out with $40 which is ridiculous. Customers hate it because of the lousy parking situation and because it siphons off talent from the S.A. club. The place reeks of boredom & depression.

First visit to this club since it metamorphed from Frank's Chicken House. Certainly looks a lot different inside with upscale lighting and stage. Parking is still a problem--it's all on-street. Girls were OK (I think there were 5 or 6 working on a Wednesday night), but no one truly memorable. Didn't bother with a CD (didn't see any god candidates for it). If you happen to be in the area, it's probably worthwhile dropping in (although the $12 mid-week cover is a bit steep), but it's not worth any long jaunt unless you're into close-up visual inspections of the female genitalia.

I have been to this club twice now, and both times it has been a let down. The place is clean, but small. There are only 4-6 girls there at any time. The girls are pretty, and all nude, but they lack any type of personality. They are robots up on the stage, and lap dances are far below enjoyable. I would not suggest anyone waste their time here. Do not expect the kind of treatment you would get going to The Playhouse.

Pretty girls here, but it always seems pretty quiet -- more dancers than customers each time I've been here. That said I haven't shown up on, say, a Friday night. Despite the good ratio (girls to guys) I've found it relatively difficult to get a dance here with someone of my choice. That isn't to say their aren't trolls, but the most attractive girls seem well booked in that regard; and, don't seem to feel that they need to work particularly hard.

Stopped in again for the second time, early on a recent Thu afternoon. Place was very slow, with only 2 or 3 other customers the entire time I was there. What I do like about this place is, girls are nude and most are relatively attractive, and there is no tip parade (despite the lack of customers, each girl only came up for one tip each song), and no one is pushing you to constantly buy drinks. Despite the $12 cover, you can choose to spend very little on top of that while you're here. Of course, who can resist sampling a few girls for ld's? Once again, nothing more than a decent grind and, in a couple of instances, a little roaming. Did get one girls who grinded me uncomfortably hard and only for 3 minutes. Wish I was better with names, but I will definitely avoid her the next time I drop by.

I visited on a Friday afternoon. Strange to pay cover in the daytime. Couple of cute girls and a couple of not so cute. Laura was the best, thin with perky boobs
Not much interaction from the dancers except when they are on stage. I asked Laura for a LD after she finished. She did not even bother to walk over to my chair. Just stood waiting outside the LD area.
LD area is just a hard bench along the wall. She took me around the corner out of the view of the bouncer. I thought I was in business. But as soon as I started to touch her, she stopped me and told me no touching. Then another dancer came in with an idiot who yakked the whole time. Not exactly a sexy experience.
I asked Laura to go the Private area, but she said that she could not as on certain days, dancers were not allowed to go private.
All very strange and very unsatisfying.
And clearly no mileage like in south Amboy.
I won’t go back until I hear some better reviews.


I just returned home from a trip to Delilah's Den and, overall, I had a pretty good time. It's a Saturday night and there were 10-12 girls dancing, ranging from a 4 to a 9. The cover was $12 and the drinks (no alcohol here) were $2 for a bottle of water and $3 for a coke. The place wasn't too crowded. There were always seats available at the stage and on the outskirts if you just want to sit back and enjoy the show.

This is a nude club (the only one in the area) and the girls will give an upclose and personal look at the goods when you're sitting at the stage. When you're sitting at the stage, it's not the time to be cheap. The girls will give you about 30 seconds of spread open action and expect at least a buck for their trouble. Private dances are $20 for 5 minutes and occur in a semi-private booth in the back. I can only speak about Courtney, but she was fully nude, but there really wasn't much mileage. There was a little bit of rubbing going on from both sides, but I don't think the bouncer sitting right outside would let it go much further than that.

The only down side of this club is that the girls are either dancing or sitting in the dressing room out of sight. There is no real interaction with customers like you see in most other clubs. Overall, if you want a full nude club, this is your only choice in the area and I think that it's worth the $12 cover.



Went to DD-Manville for the first time since last May. Place was not overly crowded, but I guess on a Tuesday night in January, most places aren't. Sometimes that's a big plus as the girls have time to spend talking to you in addition to dancing. Talked to one girl for 45 minutes and another for an hour. Nice assortment of about 12-15 girls. There was one girl who was a 10 there. Her name was Kendra, I think. I wound up doing a VIP with a nice Dominican girl named Sasha. Very beautiful and also very intelligent to talk to. This club is a nice change of pace from the South Amboy DD that I usually go to.

Took a break from Christmas shopping to stop in last Sat, early afternoon. Place was pretty slow but started picking up later on. Cover was $12 and a soft drink was $3. Parking is strictly on the surrounding streets, which I imagine is a pain on a busy night. No alcohol served and I didn't ask if BYO was allowed since it's not a big deal. There were 6 dancers in the rotation during the 90 minutes I was there. No teasing with the outfits while on stage, the clothes do come off quickly. Got a few lapdances at $20 per, one was much better than the others. Dance was on a bench along the wall, with what I assume are the private VIP rooms in the middle. Not a bad place to hang out for a little while if you're tired of watching girls in bikinis (at the other clubs in the vicinity) and would like to see more. No alcohol, but I can drink at the local sports pubs afterwards.

Was in the area and haven;t been here since it was Franks. Overall, pretty girls - received a dance from the school teacher, (can't remember her name). THe LD area is ok, except, the "couches" are most uncomfortable - worth a return visit.

I would have to say that this place is improving, was there a few days ago and that was the first time since it became a Delilah's location (was Franks Chicken House),
Kind of odd the way they renovated it, you walk into the old entrance and they had that night at least a non-discript plain jane girl in a sweatshirt taking your $12 in the same old admission area then you walk into the main room which has been redone and improved. Its a non-alcoholic place and they now have waitresses, one of which was very very cute. There were probably 6 or 8 dancers working, most of which were quite attractive.
Ending up having one couch dance from a fairly flat chested but attractive girl who did an OK dance, nothing great. In the old Franks there was no touching of the girls, none not even an innocent touch of the leg or arm. But here the girl took my hands and placed them on her hips and then moved them down to her ass. (dance was nude with a towel on the lap). I did not try to grab anything more, but did notice a guy with hands on boobs of the dancer that was giving another LD. Not much privacy in that area, a new VIP setup has been installed, my dancer suggested for more privacy we could go there and things would get more "interesting" something like $100 for 20 minutes (?). Might be worth a shot sometime if I found an extra $100 laying around!
Was getting ready to leave and 2 more dancers came out, one was perhaps one of the prettyiest girls I've ever seen dancing, and being a Franks veterin over the years I was quite suprised, stayed to watched her dance, widh I had saved my $20 dance budget this evening for that particular girl.
Overall not a great place, but much improved from the Frank Chicken House days.
I'll probably try this place again.

Went on a Thursday night a couple weeks ago. Very much a neighborhood club with a neighborhood crowd. As noted previously, parking is on street and can be a problem. The dancers were generally good on stage, but not great...though they got naked pretty quickly. The lap dance area is a bunch of very uncomfortable benches that are not conducive to good grinding - the angles are wrong for the dancers. With regard to the quality of the laps (benches not withstanding), the girls from the S. Amboy location didn't seem to be very into it - they just sort of went through the motions. A couple of the locals (can't remember names) were much better - very friendly. One noteworthy experience - a Russion woman with huge implants did her lap dances nude, with some of the most explicit action I've ever experienced. Pretty amazing, with some unbelievable grinding (she somehow overcame the limitations of the benches).

I'm giving Shadow the benefit of the doubt based on his admitted lack of experience with nude clubs in N.J. and
I won't comment on the challenge presented to him by the English language BUT this place is definitely a
total waste of time & money. The parking situation is terrible. You could easily have to park blocks away.
The dancer quality is low and they are all desperately bored from the lack of customers. The only saving grace
is the comfortable and reasonably private VIP area BUT first you have to find a dancer worth $200 & 30 min.
of Your money and Your time and that's a iffy proposition at best. Frankly, this place is so dead I can't understand how they stay open. Even more telling is the blizzard of free passes that have been given out
for this place. If it were doing well they wouldn't have to let anyone in for free, would they ?

Delilah’s Den is my favorite and upscale strip club since the moment when I went there for first time. My friend recommended me that we should check out Delilah’s Den at Manville, and I agreed with him. It was my first time of being at fully nude strip club and it was definitely worth of our times. The dancers were definitely beautiful and top-quality and the atmosphere was very amiable and relaxing. On normal day, you would see average twenty dancers with four to six dancers on the stage each shift. The lap dancing was very excellent and pleasant, although it would cost you twenty dollars for five minutes worth of lap dancing, but it definitely worth of your time. Although, the cover charge at Delilah’s Den was bit expensive compared to other strip clubs, about fifteen dollars for cover charge, but what would you expect from an upscale and classy strip club. I would strongly recommend it for anyone who intends to have a quality time at upscale nude club, and then Delilah’s Den is for you.

Borrring ! Bored dancers, bored customers plus lousy parking. Most of the dancers are low mileage
mutts but they get one or two decent dancers per day. One positive- The VIP is much more private
than S.Amboy but mileage is totally dependent on who your dancer is.

I was here when it was the chicken house, and it was a dead house!!!! Now that DD has taken over the place seems to be coming to life... The atmosphere is alive again and the dancers are beautiful. It is a change from the SA location, but in a good way. The only way to know if you like the club is to stop by and see it for yourself.... The word will spread...

Much improved from the days of Frank's Chicken House. No more adult features but the ladies here are some of the most beautiful around much like the other Delilahs clubs. Dances can be very good but of course YMMV.

I thought I would try out the New Delilah's Den to see if it was an improvement over the old Frank's, which was a bit of a dive. Outside it looks the same, still no car park so you need to park a couple of streets away and walk. Inside they have added a new dance floor and lap dance area. A big improvement. It is modelled after Delilah's in South Amboy, except no bar yet. The lap dance area has the usual card swipe and a $20 area plus VIP rooms for $200/30 mins Apparantly they are making the dancers from S Amboy visit here at least one day a week so the girls are very nice. Same rules for lap dances too, so limited touching is allowed. When I visited at 7pm on a Friday it was a bit empty. There were 5 girls as far as I could tell. And they were all up to the usual standard. Had a couple of dances which were also outstanding. Still a long way tpo go to make it as attractive as the other DD's however I will come here again since it is a shorter journey for me. Give it a try.

Now a member of the Delilah's chain. Refurbished, nicely -- the stage is now set into the room with seating all the way around. The girls on stage are as close as they possibly could be. The girls are a couple of steps up from those who had been dancing at Frank's recently. In Delilahs' style there are now generally three of four on stage at a time. They also have feature dancers, something which I've never seen at the South Amboy Delilah's (the only Jersey member of the chain I've been to.) I assume this a carryover from Frank's. The lap dancing area is sufficiently dark and moderately private, and works the same as at other Delilah's, the girls swipe a card on the way in and out, and charge $20 a dance. I only got one dance from one girl so I won't make any general comments about the dances here, except to say that I doubt they'll be much different from the South Amboy location.

Decided to revisit Frank's. The last review is obviously from an employee or owner. This place is a pure rip off joint, same as before: Pay a cover, pay for soda, tip the (hot) dancers, pay for a low mileage lap dance or two, leave frustrated and $100+ poorer. I have no problem dropping serious cash in a strip joint, or any bar for that matter, but this one doesn't warrant it. I'd give it a four because of the good looking dancers, but dropped it to a 1 to "even out" the ballot stuffing previous review.

Visited this club on a Tuesday night. It was dead, only about 10 customers total the whole time I was there (including me and my boyfriend). A very relaxed atmosphere, music wasn't too loud, and the stage has some really cool lights and features. The girls ranged from so-so to very hot, I liked Ashley and Barbie the best. The girls were all very friendly, and because we were the only ones at the tiprail at one point, they would come over and make small talk with us during their entire stage set. Didn't have a chance to get a lap dance, but they appeared to be watched and timed by the DJ. My only gripe is the parking..it was on a street, and I was afraid I had parked illegally. This club is located on a block of houses, which is very odd, I wonder how the neighbors feel about customers parking in front of their homes. Overall, a fun place with friendly dancers, I'd go back.

I visited this club on a week night. Parking was on the street in a neighborhood where you probably want to be pretty cautious. Just my impression. The club itself wasn't too bad but the girls were generally not very attractive. I think there were 5 girls dancing the night I was there and only one of them was really attractive to me. Unfortunately, as soon as she finished dancing on stage, she went and sat down with her boyfriend or regular customer and never offered me a private dance after I tipped her while she was on stage. I've been in a few worse clubs but not many.

This place seems to be heading down hill, I was there for 30 minutes on a Friday early evening 5 girls working and 3 customers. Two somewhat pretty girls, and thats in comparison to the rest. One girl had saggy tits and cellulite and bad teeth. why do they hire these girls?
I did end up with a lap dance from Sophie, pretty good grind. One improvement since I was here a while ago and thats the partitions added between the chairs in the LD area, used to be a open room, but now there is some privacy, not that you are going to do anything with the disk jockey wantchin over you like a hawk. There is zero touching allowed here.
I won't be back anytime soon.
