Stopped by on a recent monday night (about 7pm). The outside of the place looked pretty good, with nice big signs of ladies, etc... But, there was a sign on the front door indicating that the place is closed now, and won't open back up until about Aug 18th. Neighborhood was Ok, with plenty of parking on the street nearby. Will have to stop by again and give it another try.

The club is much cleaner than it was before the new owners took over. They have a pool table that is smaller than regulation but larger than a standard bar table. Mostly the girls are friendly but they are not the most attractive in the world. The bar was to have private dances by May of this year but it is not going to happen anytime soon if at all. Moreover, there is not lap dancing at the bar as in other Irvington clubs. This is a nice place to play some pool and have a beer. Nothing else after that.

Here's an improvement for Irvington. . . Ember's has new ownership. All Brazilian dancers. Cleaned up a bit. Other changes to come. Judy, formerly barmaid at Twins then at After Dark is now in charge here. Closing time is now 2 A.M. instead of the old 9 P.M.

Opens at 1PM. Stopped off shortly after that today (Saturday). Three girls working plus two for behind the counter. Only a handful of customers. Normal put-the-dollar-down-the-shirt-and-cop-a-feel type joints. Mostly hispanic dancers, mostly average in looks & chunky but friendly. A HJ at the bar is certainly possible if you don't mind her unzipping you while you're seated on a bar stool and jerking to the sound of the music. Awkward but effective. Cleanup is also problematic. Then again, you're getting ready to leave, so.....?

Easy access from EWR - exit 55 off I-78 5 or 6 blocks. 7-8 minutes from Newark's airport once you know where you're going.

Certainly more bang for the biuck than the Newark & Paterson joints. Fulfilling but not satisfying (or maybe the other way around). Would I go back? Certainly - remember there are very limited options in this part of the country.

And, for the more adventuresom, last time I was in the area in the evening, there were a lot of SWs around the corner.

Wasn't sure about this place, as the neighborhood was a bit rough for my taste. Nonetheless, parked for awhile on a nearby street and watched things for awhile. Appeared to be OK. Went in and found it to be rather busy, with about 20+ patrons, mostly interested in playing pool or having a few drinks. Pretty reasonable drink prices, with happy hour nitely till about 10pm. Only saw a couple of ladies, that were kind of walking around the rectangular bar and getting dollar tips for a bit of a dance at your stool. Finally, about 7:30, a couple of pretty nice-looking ladies came on, and did some dancing on the stage, with an occasional stop in front of certain bar patrons for tips. Had an Ok lap dance from one of the thicker ladies for $10 - done at you stool around the bar. Looked like there was a private are, but no mention of using this for the dance. A couple of skinny ladies arived, but they didn't seem to be interested in offering me a lapdance. Too bad, maybe they are only comfortable with regulars - I was only one of two white customers there... Felt Ok though. Not bad for the first visit.

Tried this place a second time. This time, had a much better time, as there were more ladies. Some were pretty hot. Only a few seemed to dance on the stage. The rest seemed to give mini-dances around the bar. $10 for a lapdance of a song or two. Bartender seems to keep an eye on some customers, but not others. Perhaps if you a are a regular, you could have a nice dance. Enjoyed watching the cute girls (mostly black, with one pretty nice looking white girl). Pretty good time, and will probably go back again.


Stopped by on a tuesday night abou 6:30pm. Parked pretty close to the place (which is in a decent part of town). No cover, but had thorough search. Rectangular bar, with dance stage in the middle. Beers were $2 as it was still happy hour (till 7pm I think). The girl dancing was about a 5 and not too enthusiastic about her task. She came around for $1 tips after her set. The next girl was a bit more lively on the stage, so I would give her a 6. She only came up to the edge of the bar for tips. No discussion of special dances. Pretty mediocre time - only stayed for the one beer.

I'm usually happy when I leave this place. Depends on what you like. I prefer to hit the spot Tue-Thurs. Fri and Sat get really busy. I like the place to be full but on the weekends it can get so packed that I can't get close to the bar.
Most girls are friendly, a few can be annoying. I've never had any problems in there. There's no private dances. Back against the wall or sit on a bar stool.
This is basically an all black club. A few Spanish chics in there.

Used to have bad chicks on every other night...last few times I went I was a bit disappointed, but catch it on the right night and you're in big booty heaven. I remember when Booty Queen from (UVP, Clubbutts, and KMPA) was up in there for a stint...I hit that shit up like a mother. That chick gave a hell of a lapdance. I remember recognizing the chick by her ass...I told her "I know your ass from the internet." She smiled and gave me a long ass lap dance.

This is a small gogo bar in irvington nj.The bar opens at 12 noon and closes at 2 am.There is no cover charge and the drinks start at 3 dollars.The dancers are mostly black with a latin thrown in once in a while.Private dances are not available but wall dances are 10 dollars with some touching flashing allowed.Overall a fun club to stop into

This is a gogo bar in Irvington nj.The bar opens at noon and shuts down at 2 am.There is no cover and no vip.Drinks started at 2 dollars and went up.The dancers were all black and just danced in binkinis no flashing and very limited contact when tipping.Overall i wound not go out of my way to go here again.

2 dancers on a Friday afternoon. 6 customers. Bright lights and loud music. Girls were not working hard. Although the bar had been open for at least an hour, the private dance room wasn't open yet. One girl who hadn't been up on the stage came over and hit me up for a dollar for an air dance at the bar. No contact and no conversation either. Although the bar seemed clean and safe, I don't think I'll go back. Parking was on the street across from some businesses.
