I would not recommend Lipsticks to anyone. I worked there two times and found it to be a hole in the wall. They wear pasties which isnt a big deal, but the quality of girls is very low and the manager likes to "pimp out" his girls. If that interests you then more power to you but the girls are mostly not attractive. It rained one night I was there and they placed buckets all over the stage and club to catch the water coming through the ceiling.
Lipstick is listed here as "topless" but its "pastie". Not a big deal, but they use bandaids large enough to cover pancakes. So, I walk in on a Monday, granted a typically slow night, but there were maybe 15 patrons and 6 dancers. Pretty slow indeed. I sit down and a girl who I honestly think was in her 2nd trimester sat down next to me and tried to get me to get a lap dance. I try to be polite, but she hounded me so much that I felt guilty. I didn't get a dance from her and I didn't even get a dance from the 1 hot girl in the place because I didn't want to hurt the pregnant chick's feelings. 4 is generous because beers were only 3.50, cheaper than in regular bars in D.C. where I've been living. Not recommended, but if you're passing through stop in for some cheap beer and some billiards and enjoy the limited view.
"Nice" club--what do I mean? Cute dancers, good drinks (and not too expensive), nice facility. So it's "nice"..but certainly not for mileage hounds. The average customer seems fairly young (mostly college age) with the attendant noise, but nothing too rowdy.
Seating is comfortable, wait staff is good. This is a "nice" place to take a business associate or to have a couple of drinks. Don't visit expecting to get all "touchy", get a lap dance or two, ogle the dancers and move on.
With more competition in Lafayette, the score would be lower, but it is one of the best in this limited locale.
Club is the largest in Lafayette. Girls are very friendly and gorgeous, good dancing and even better lap dances- definitley reccomend a pass through this one- several pool tables and a long bar close to the stage-my favorite about this one is comfortable seats, close to the stage had many different girls sit and chat withme-
The club appeared to have a young clientele, a mix of regulars and college students, while we were there. It had a very laid back atmoshphere; the bartender and wait staff were friendly. It's primarily a go-go club, meaning no lap dances and no full nudity, but the dancers were young, attractive and very friendly. It's laid out more like a sports bar than a typical strip club, with a few pool tables for patrons. The table dances I saw were of good quality. All in all, the place has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a number of attractive dancers.
Just to add to the prior review. I stopped by late on Weds. night. A great looking girl met me and sat on my lap for a nice time. Real friendly, real nice. Her drinks were $7.50, mine $4.50. I forget the lap price, $20-$25, but worth it. I didn't detect a Tampa YS night. But, hey, this is Louisiana. Next time I'm in Abbeville, I'll be back, as long as the pimps and gangstas aren't around.
A rather large but neglected club. I was there about 9 on Friday night and things were slow. There were maybe 10 girls, a couple of waitresses and about 10 customers, it seemed quite empty for it's size. They serve alcohol and the girls wear large pasties. For a show club it was rathter boring. The girls were friendly and talkative, but most ran about a 4 or 5 and about half were african american. I did not stay long enough to know if they had private dances.
