Made another trip to Topeka this weekend and went to Sasnak. This review is a composite of two visits, one Saturday afternoon, and one early evening, between which I had dinner. Saturday afternoon, in general, wasn't that good. They had 4 dancers, with 3 ignoring me, and 1 leaving shortly after I left. I was bored and was going to leave for good, but I decided to eat dinner elsewhere, avoiding their free hot dogs, and came back in the evening a couple hours later. It was quite a bit different. Only one of the previous dancers was there, but the ones in the evening were better. But I was getting flirtatious with the bartender, and the bartenders can give VIPs, so I got one from her, which was incredible.

The only negatives with the club rating is that the bathroom was a breeding ground for bugs, and some of the chairs and tables need to be replaced. As for the dancer rating, while I generally liked the dancers, at least in the evening, some of them could stand to lose some weight and the one I liked most probably needed to lose the most. On the other hand, if they did lose weight, they'd probably end up elsewhere. As for $value, it is still only $10 for a regular dance, and $20 for the VIP, except they make you pay $10 every time you go to the VIP, which I'm not fond of.

This club is very dificult to find. And I thought that the dancer that gave me directions was out of her mind but it is really there. I assume since it's been over 2 years, things may be different. This club has gone through some tough times with lawsuits so I don't know if it's still the same owners but the club is still going.
There is a stage in the center of the room surrounded by arena style seating all around. I don't know what this place was before it was a strip club but it sure looks strange. The lap dances are done on bench style seating and a light turns on above the seat. If any action it happens in the VIP room.



I was here earlier this week in the afternoon. This is apparently the place to go in Topeka after work is done for the day, because there were about 30 people in there. A good portion of them, however, are people who either don't leave the bar area, or they are there to play pool, which is always being played there, all the times I've visited. The dancers can leave a lot to be desired physically (someone I know once said "At Sasnak, they have all three kinds of dancers: big, bigger, and biggest"), but I don't get scared away by that. Part of the reason I like Sasnak is the fact it is the only place I know about with $10 lap dances. They also have a VIP area for $20. I also like the fact most of the girls (at least the day I went) accept their tips by having you place your dollar bill in your mouth and accepting it at the Y. Also, beer is cheap, or at least cheaper than I'm used to, and if you only want a soda, it comes in a large plastic container. They also have no cover.

I don't think anything important changed since my last review of this place. But they had much better girls, or at least girls who were into it. I had a lap dance with all the ladies except for a black dancer who didn't do anything for me and seemed to be all about the after hours fun to be had. They didn't have any seriously old dancers, unlike last time, but a couple could be considered fat. But like the one girl said, "there's more of me to love, and you'll want to love me". So if you don't like em big, I can see you giving a lower rating, but if you like fun girls this is the place to be.

Not much has changed since my last review. They added a VIP area, which I went for, but thought it was a waste. You can either pay $10 for a lapdance, or pay $10 to enter the VIP, which you have to do every time you enter and then $20 per dance, which is likely to be the same type of dance as the $10 non-VIP dance. As in, one of the dancers let me touch her tits outside the VIP, then we went in and did almost the exact same thing. It seemed like a way to allow the dancers to make very easy money. One other thing wrong with the VIP is it's too small and not secluded from the rest of the bar. They could put it in the one corner, rather than in the middle of the one side of the bar. Of course, that doesn't help with the big problem with the club, which is this is the bar all the fat and old dancers go when they can't make money elsewhere. Now, a couple of them were nice to talk to. One of them even seemed to have her act together by being a college girl, but the old and fat are not typically dancers likely to arouse, although like I said before, I like big girls. The really screwy thing they did when I was there was a so called "fire drill", whereby they all went outside and attempted to get men to come in off the street. I don't see how that would work, because everyone has either predetermined they're going or they're not, and even then, there wasn't much traffic outside because the Topeka Blvd. bridge, a half mile or so down the road, was closed for construction. I must say, however, that this is my "guilty pleasure" club, because while it isn't necessarily fit for mass consumption, I tend to enjoy myself there.

I was here in the afternoon, a time I prefer over at night most times - much less hectic. The risk is that when things are bad it can be very boring, and when things go well it can be very good.

I guess here it was more middling. When I got there the girls working were the older biker babes, lots of tattoos and just a bit hard-edged. I started talking with one, asked her about the next tat she was going to get, etc. and things warmed up just a little. Got 3 dances from her and indeed there is something to be said for experience.

Earlier a much younger and more attractive blonde had come in, and got 3 dances from her as well. She was noticably new to it but I really liked her as well. A very nice smile and natural figure - both things I'm a big fan of. She said her mother also dances there - but wasn't there just then. I guess it's the family business.

This place is indeed a pool bar with dancers, pretty quiet the afternoon I went in. The dances I got were the $10 kind, done around the corner in a booth (dancer pulled out the table) just outside the "VIP" area that would have been $20 each. Not a fancy place, but I enjoyed myself there. There's parking behind as well as in front, and the beer's not overly expensive and cold.

Pretty much a pool playing bar which just happens to have strippers on the stage at the one end of the building. Apparently they always have tournaments. The dancers are hit or miss. They had 5 the day I went. They had a couple hotties, but they also had a dancer who had to be at least 40 or maybe even 50, one who had to be 300 pounds (let me add I like big girls, but there is a limit to good taste) and one who seemed more interested in the pool action than in dancing. But the two hotties were very pleasant and seemed very interested in entertaining when they gave their lap dances.

This place is the best value in old school strip clubs I have ever seen. I've been here probably 20 times over the years and have had some great nights. This is a great club to start your night in early, say 7-8pm. They close at midnight and then you can go else where.

Girls- On a good night, there can be up to 12 dancers here. Some are 3 or 4's, but there's always a few 6-8's as well. That's the way it is everywhere. There are no cover girls here...and amazingly no cover girl attitude either...refreshing...

Dances- Good contact, grinding, high mileage...at a typical price of $10 for this area. Go to the back and watch a couple of dances first. The style and quality varies by dancer and it seems sometimes by time of night.

Drinks- Big and Cheap...but no liquor!! Beer from the can or the keg. You can definitely get your buzz goin' for cheap here. With all of the DUI's, I stay away from liquor now anyway, but should warn you just in case you're a Jack/Coke fan.

Food- Free Hotdogs! That's a pretty good deal anywhere...wonder if the dancers use them at all! If you want to go to a strip bar to eat, that's your choice. But after a few beers and a couple of dances, it's pretty nice to fix yourself a dog for free and not have to order it and wait, etc. I have one on occassion and I've never been sick.

Decor- This place is old as hell, but it was clean and had a stage you could get close to for the good views. It's been open for over 50 years, so it should be on a historical register somewhere.

The barmaids were okay, cheap beer, cheap dances, cheap night. Chug a mug or two and get those beer glasses on. Then open your wallet in the morning and thank yourself you got your grind and drink and dine on for a far better price.

Negatives- No liquor. Closes at midnight. Girls aren't the best lookin' in the city. Not much parking.

Positives- Cheap, high mileage dances, cheap beer and free food. An old fashioned place you shouldn't miss. Also, NO COVER EVER!

Also in the area, try The Outhouse in Lawrence (more expensive, better lookin' women, BYOB) and Paradise and Pink Flamingo in Lawrence. KC has really not much worth checkin' out. A couple of juice bars for all nude and a couple of topless that serve liquor. Bonita Flats Saloon is probably best bet...south of KC in Olathe. Nice girls, high mileage, good prices.

Wow, what a dump. Mainly this is a pool players bar with a stage and a pole at the end of the room. The dancers ranged from 1 to maybe 3 or 4. One poor girl was the worst dancer I have ever seen. Don't waste your time here.
