I don't think there is much good to be said about Big Earl's Key Club. There is no cover, so that's good, but the dancers, with one exception, were not attractive. I also thought it was rude of the bartender to tell me I had to get a second beer after barely finishing the first. The dancers, in addition to not being attractive, also have an attitude and take exception to you declining a dance from them. At least the one girl I liked was decent and didn't feel like she was owed something. So I got a dance from her, but I wasn't into it anymore, quit after one and left.

Went to this Big Earls a week or so ago. I normally go to the one in Des Moines, I was bored and decided to go for a little drive. Overall a pretty decent place. As previous person said it is an improvement over the previous place. Girls were friendly and put on a good show. The lap dance / private area left a little room for improvement, as I don't know if a chair "hiding" behind a ficus tree is really "private" over all a good place and would definatly go back again.

First of all, this is now Big Earl's Key Club, as Book'em Dano's was bought out by the people who own Big Earl's in Des Moines. The decor was greatly improved with the new owners as well, as the old bar was dingy. It was charming, but dingy. There was no entrance fee, which is always good. As for the club, I wish I had more to go on, but there was only one dancer the night I went. She was cute and curvy, which I like and the lap dance was only $20, so that was good. Unfortunately, the lapdance area wasn't private, which I was expecting since Big Earl's in Des Moines has a private area. It seems like it would get crowded on a weekend night, but things might be different then. Also, I think they could do better and book more than 1 dancer. I realize Denison is the middle of nowhere, but I'm sure Ossy's, their main competition in Carroll, had more than 1 dancer tonight.

K, to start, this place is not open on Sundays… I went back on Monday night to catch the football game. I came here after going to Ossy’s up the road in Carroll. This place is a dump, which I usually like, but not in this case (I am hoping I just hit it on an off night)…
They did not have any TV’s to catch the game on and they charged me $1 for water!…
There were only 3 girls working that night and they were hideous (2-3 tops and that is being generous)! I was out of there fairly quickly.

Small, dingy basement bar in downtown Denison. Seems like a fun place. They had 4 dancers the night I went, which I understand to be about average (both times I had been there previously, they had 4.) This is basically a bar with strippers. One of the people at the bar said the selection was a little above average for them, which is interesting, because when I went there 2 years ago, they had all fat chicks there. Does this mean they always have fat chicks, except for the night I went? And does it matter? The girls while on stage would jump in your lap and do a mini lap dance for you for your tip. I also got a lap dance in the back area, which isn't technically private, but I doubt anyone was really looking except the waitress and bartender. Lap dances aren't popular at all for some reason, maybe because people can watch. I think they'd rather play pool with the dancers than get a lap dance from them, as they all seemed to be doing that at some point. I'd recommend this club on the condition that sometimes the dancers just aren't always the high quality ones you'd find elsewhere.
