This club is down one of the side streets just east of Brady Street and I missed it at first because the building across the street was lighted like it was the strip club. But I was being followed and the guy turned in and I realized that is where the club is. Anyway, it is somewhat of a big club, where it seems like not all of the building is being used. They didn't have a lot of customers, and the dancers didn't seem especially enthusiastic, but a couple of them, after getting to know them, seemed pleasant enough to try lapdances with. The first girl, however, didn't deliver as well as I thought she could have, and didn't seem like moving, although I got the idea, based on how she was walking, that she might have been injured in some way. The second girl I talked with and eventually got a dance from, however, was very good. I like how the private dances are $15, but both of them seemed to have a long list of what I could and could not do, although the truth is, I don't think I would be doing any of that stuff. They also sell beer cheaply here, although they make you go out the door in the back and go into a different room to go get it. I thought it was a pleasant experience and will come back the next time I am in the Quad Cities.

so i went again on a thursday hoping it would be better, and nope. the dancers were just not into it. yeah, they grind, but i want a hard grind. one that i can feel through my jeans. i guess i'll have to wear my basketball shorts next time i go. the dancers were somewhat friendly though. so that kind of made up for their lack of enthusiasm. also, it was cheap. so you get what you pay for.
Getting what you pay for is kind of the theme for Tuxedos. The dancers look just okay (i would rate most of them in the 5-6 range with one or two 7-8), the lapdances were blah, and the vibe if the club was a bit boring. I don't know, maybe i need to go on another night. Because Thursdays just aren't hopping here.
Most of the reviewers mention groping, it is a nice touch (get it.. ha), but there were a few girls that weren't down with that. So don't let the reviews lead you to believe you can touch at your own leisure. Don't get in trouble. And don't touch unless they somehow let you know it's alright. Trust me, they'll let you know.

Not a bad club, but definetly not up to the standards of some of the better clubs on this board. Besides a good grind, and some breast fondling there was no action to be had here. Very cheap dances however at $15 per and full songs. About 50/50 on what I would consider attractive dancers and normal dancers. One or two definitely got my attention. You can pay $5 extra for a "private" booth but the one dancer I did this with didn't seem to be any better, but for the small amount of money it was worth it. Its a BYOB place, however they do sell beer in a back room that you have to walk outside to get to (stupid laws). Overall not a great place by legendary strip club standards, but still not a bad place to spend a couple of hours.

This a late review from July 4th weekend. This was my first time here in probably 7 or 8 years, arrived early just a few customers with maybe 6 dancers.

I was surprised how dead it was but that might have been because of the holiday weekend, girls were OK nothing great but they take it all off close up then walk around giving dollar laps. Was glad to see Iowa like Illinois is now smoke free!

Tuxedos was a fun place years ago before Dooks opened up but I might have just caught them on an off night. Tux looked clean for the most part only $10 to get in.





My first time there I didn't get the best impression. The couches kind of suck and the dancers were just ok. They were friendly, no doubt, but it just didn't do it for me. I think maybe it was the night I was there, because my buddy said fridays were awesome. supposedly, the girls on that night were top notch.
all in all, it wasn't a bad deal. I just wish they would get new couches. it felt like i was sitting on the floor.

I made a return trip to Tux on a Thurs nite, arriving about 9 PM. It was cold and stinky outside so I didn't expect an overflow crowd, but the 10 - 12 customers inside was way below expectations. I settled in with a couple of beers (they sell them very cheap - you just have to ask and follow an employee out the back door to their beer room - something about the liq law)
When I looked around I only saw 5 girls (later the count went up to about 10 but most of them spent a lot of time in the back room). There was not much going on. This place had been one of the hottest in the Quad Cities - but not on this night! The ladies were all better than 6's in looks, but they danced without energy and were not trying very hard to get lap dances. I stayed for an hour, but things didn't improve.

It was early on a Tuesday evening and Tuxedos opens earlier than other clubs. Kylie, the extremely over the top beautiful 19-year-old was not working, but Jade and a couple of other young beauties helped compensate. I think that the lighting has improved somewhat because viewing of their on stage pussy shots was easier and they seemed to stay spread eagle even longer than before.

Once off stage the girls regularly circulate offering very welcome $1 mini-laps. Occasionally they do a cattle call (their term not mine) and all of the girls circulate offering a steady stream of mini-laps.

Each time you go for a private dance you pay $15 for the first dance and $10 for each consecutive dance. That's less than half the going rate for the area. I paid extra for a private room. I don't know that it makes any difference in the dance, but it was only $5. Private dances here are lackluster. They sit down and rock back and forth for the entire song. If your dick happens to be pointing down, there is no opportunity to make a correction. On the bright side, they usually encourage you to play with their tits so avoid the hard-as-a-rock bolt ons. I contribute the private dance problem to the fact that the dancers are young. Elsewhere, more seasoned dancers move around a little so that you can correct yourself, or they might use a hand, tits, or foot to keep things in the right place.

I really don't understand why this place isn't packed. It has better looking girls, better hours, better location, and better prices than the competition. I hope that the management keeps attracting the 18-year-old dancers, but they might have to invest in a training video for lapdances. They might also need to go head-to-head against DD with amateur nights, mardis gras nights, college ID nights, free ladies nights - anything to get the party feel going. Otherwise it's just the old routine.

Here's an idea that hasn't been done. Why not capitalize on their young dancers and have a co-ed night where all of the dancers just dress like co-eds in flip-flops and shorts or skirts. That should get lots of us pervs off our sofas and into the club.

It's been almost 2 years since my last visit to Tuxedo's. It was nice to see a few changes. The lighting has improved, both on the stage and around the room. The addition of big-screen TVs is a big plus. And the DJ is less-annoying and not so loud. Easy to see why the crowd had doubled since last time.

And there were a lot of things that haven't changed. Still a very laid-back atmosphere. Still pretty open seating with a lot of space around the lone two-pole stage. 6-7 dancers ranging from 4 to 7-8, which is pretty good in this area for a Monday night. The dancers are on stage for 2-3 songs. Some go topless during the first song and nude for the second, while others take it all off right away. There was only one dancer that did get completely nude, for good reason so I don't think anybody minded. Tuesday night was the same. It's BYOB and they allow bottles. You also get a bracelet when you walk in, so you can go to the gas station down the road if you need more. The pricing scheme has changed a little, it used to be $20 per song, although I noticed that it varied slightly from dancer to dancer. My first private dance was $20 for the first song and $10 each song after that. I was also offered 3 for $55 and $15 per song from two other dancers. One thing that hasn't changed is that you get full songs, no clipping. The private rooms are an additional $5 paid directly to the doorman, but are worth it. There are video cameras, but the room is pretty dark and the lone watcher is also the guy that helps the dancers onto and off of the main stage, so there is frequently a window where you know no one is watching. Choose wisely and it can be a lot of fun;-)

They've added the "all up" feature that has become so popular, where all of the dancers get on stage and it's first-come first-served for private dances (usually a 2-for-1 special). There is also a "dollar dance" set where there is a dancer on stage and all of the other dancers circulate around the room offering dollar dances. Kind of a rip for the dancer on stage because many of the customers are distracted. But great for the customer because you get a quick, cheap sample of all of the girls.

Overall, I still say this place has a lot of potential. The club is set up right. The only thing missing is better talent, which likely won't happen until the size of the crowd improves. Not sure why that hasn't happened, given the decent location. Hopefully things will improve. I will definitely be back on my next visit to the area to find out.


This is a sterile kinda of cold looking club. One big room with a dance area in the back and a row of private rooms sectioned off by floor to ceiling vertical blinds. My cover was $8 as I arrived on a Tuesday around 4 or 5pm. Saw 3 girls when I walked in and then was approached by a girl for a $1 dance, I declined and asked straight away about a dance in the back area. She explained that dances were $10 back there, but if I paid the initial $5 to get into a room, the dances cost the same, but I was allowed to touch. I took her up on it, the dances were really good (but not over the top) and I went back to the big room. By then a few more dancers were circulating but I had to leave. I think what this club lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in value. I will return.

This is my second time to Tuxedos and its the best place for the money anywhere. Thursdays before 11:00 p.m. your get your first three beers for three cents. The girls 10 girls working were average with a couple of 9s but their attitudes make up for only a few real lookers. There is no hustle. A dollar dance gets you a quik feel as they rub around in your lap. You can then tell who is your best fit for a couch dance. The prices very for the couch dances but it was generally 20 a song. You can touch them but they didn't touch you back for extras, which is fine by me. I will be back when in town again.

Tried Tuxedos on a Tuesday nite, there were only 6 girls dancing, but then there were never more than 12 customers. Cover was $10, beer $1.50 each and private dances were 2fer $20. The stage shows were pretty formula, one song dressed and flashing, one song topless and showing more and one song nude. The routine is for the dancer to work the room topless after her set offering $1 dances (a quick grind and tit slap for a buck), but this nite it didn't happen often since the girls had little time between sets to do private dances. The girls were at least OK, rating 5 or 6 up to 8. Most had tats and piercings, and all of them were completely natural (no boob jobs). Some of them were obviously not motivated and just going through the motions, and that's a bad thing when there are only 6 working, even just going through the motions they looked pretty hot. A couple of the dancers were just as clearly having a great time and sharing their fun with the customers.
This nite the DJ made a few blunders, and the ladies just went ahead and had fun with it. Seemed like a comfortable place, staff was friendly and the ladies also got along with each other.
I was just getting into the show and had my first pair of lap dances when things really slowed down and a couple of girls left. Not a great nite, but I'm the one who came out on Tuesday nite. Overall this a a pretty good club (for now) good grindage on lap dances, reasonable privacy in the lap dance area and only a $5 surcharge for dances in the very private VIP rooms. Gropping is allowed (tits and ass but NOT the kitty) and the ladies know how to rub customers the right way. The songs were not clipped short and the dancers are willing to sit and visit at your table (when their schedule allows) as well as take your money.
I would likely rate this club higher if I had come on a different nite and I would have probably spent a lot more money. It's worth a visit!

I had some free time on a Tuesday afternoon and Tuxedo's opens at 3:00, the earliest of any club in the area. They had 8 fine looking dancers in the 8-10 range. This place specializes in young attractive dancers. The place is a little darker than I would like. With girls that look like cheerleaders offering beaver shots, I'd like enough light to fully enjoy the view.

I like the $1 dances that preceed the request for a private dance. It keeps the girls out and circulating topless. At one point they brought out all of the girls to do $1 lap dances - a nice touch.

Private dances are $15 for the first in a set and $10 for each subsequent dance. A very good value especially considering that they are hands on. These young girls tend not to be as creative as more "seasoned" dancers but I thoroughly enjoyed my dance with Kylie. My first "successful" dance at this place. Previous dances with the also beautiful Jade involved an unenthusiastic rocking motion through the entire song.

The competition in this area is stiff - pun intended. I think that is why this place tends to be underated. It has its place for those that want to view nude college age girls and feel them up during a private dance. It lacks the frat party antics of Daisy Dukes, and the privates are less aggressive than Northern Exposure - but it has its place.

Was here on a Wednesday night. 6 dancers: 1 good looking, 1 past her prime, 1 tiny barely 18, and 3 BBWs. Big stage with 2 poles, and the attendant would sell beer from the back room. The music wasn't too loud, with plenty of seating. Decent VIP areas: curtained rooms with a couch and plenty of privacy. Overall this place has a lot of potential. The only thing missing was a decent set of dancers. I waited for the 1 good looking dancer to come around after her set, I even had the attendant ask her to come out, but she never showed.

I really like this place. Reading some of the other reviews, you'd think this place was a dive. It has that appearance at first, but it is a great value and has some very high quality dancers.

Value - $10 cover, $1 table dances, $15 first lap then $10 per dance (amazing), BYOB - but it looked like they sold beer cheap as well. You can spend a nice time with very few bucks. I had several multi-song lap dances for like $45 bucks each.

Dancers - you really have to look. I found some real gems:

Kylie - very thin, petite, almost perfect 22 year old blonde. She is very shy, so you have to approach her if you want a dance.
Looks - 10 She is perfect, really.
Body - 9 Very thin, A cup, perfect ass, great puss, almost perfect
Dance - 7 A bit disappointing for me. She was just going through the motions, but did have decent contact.

Dance - 9 Would be a 10, but she indicated that the club was very strict about touching. She was willing, but didnt want to get in trouble. We essentially broke the rules from time to time.


I went to Tuxedos early on a Thursday because it's the first Quad City club to open. This club is underrated, probably because of the stiff competition in this area. They had eight strippers working, all in the 7-9 range and all actually qualify as girls.

The private dances are hands-on and cost $15 for the first dance and $10 for each dance thereafter. You can pay an extra $5 for a private room but all indications are that the dances are the same. The private dances were lacking on the girl's part. She finds a comfortable position in your lap and rocks slightly for 3 solid minutes. On the plus side, you do get to play with tits for a 3 minutes and at a low price, but happy endings are unlikely.

I like that this club still has dollar dances where the girl comes to you and gives you a sample dance for a buck, then asks if you want a private. Their amateur night winner gets $700. I think that's the highest prize in the area so this is probably a good amateur show to check out.

This club has many a college age dancer showing off her wares. The club is full of sexy young women baring it all. The dancers were all friendly and pretty. The sets are shorter than SO CO but the girls are worth the trip. The night I went there was not much in the silicone babe department but what was there was very attractive. They do the dollar dances around the stage and you will get more than your dollars worth from most of the dancers. The club is well lighted for a strip club. They also have a real nice cushy private dance area. I did also notice they posted certain nights of the week where you could purchase beer from their liquor store at a big discount price. It is a fun club and a great way to spend a night.

Been here several times. BYOB, but if you dont bring anything they will sell you cans of beer for 1.50. When I first started going several years ago the quality of the girls was decent, however it has gone downhill over the years. Also it seems like a lot of the new girls they get do not stick around too long. However lap dances are good, you can basically touch anywhere besides the bikini area. Not the best club in the qca but definetly not the worst I have been to.

Passed through Davenport recently so I had to visit the Tux. BYOB, a little run down, but a couple hotties working. I like the hands on action and I took one little blonde gal back to the couch and enjoyed her charms. Some of the girls are very friendly but seemed like some boyfriends in the audience which limited the fun.

After two years since my last visit, I stopped in Davenport on a recent Wednesday night. Very quiet, about a half dozen customers, about that many dancers. Lexis, Alexis, and another one I can't remeber took me to the couches in back for some decent boob-groping, but no licking or kissing. Sexual flirty banter seemd a little lacking and I couldn't figure out why but I read on another board where there was a prostitution bust in another Davenport club a couple nights earlier, so I guess there was a little extra caution in the air. The place seemed a little cleaner than my last visit but the quality of the dancers was in the 7-8 range, no real lookers.

Pretty boring. Stayed through (3) dancers and was not approached once for a private or anything. As a matter of fact, I sat at the stage tip rail for 2 songs, and waited for a gal to come over. While waiting, a 4th guy sat down and she went past me and directly to him. Must have been a regular. With no beer and loud music, I headed out. Also, the $8.00 cover charge at that time was extreemly steep for what you get. I wont be back.

the club is nicely laid out and has friendly staff. i have been there many times over the years. somedays it is very good other times the girls are not very pretty or sexy. they have a nice private dance area and vip area. that is the best part of the club the price of private dances. $15 for the first and $10 for the next succeding ones. be aware keep track of your dances some ladies will try to rip you off.

Went on a Sunday night. Most of the girls were in the 6-8 range. There were only about 5 girls working on what seemed to be pretty croweded for a Sunday. The weird part about this place is if you want a drink you have to get the door guy to take you outside then to a faux liquor store attached to the club. There you can purchase what ever you want, but it is a pain in the ass. The girls personalities were just OK

I have become a regular to Tuxedos over the past year. The atmosphere isn't the best, but the ladies that work there are some of the nicest i've met. The owner/operators don't seem to understand that the women are the reason men pay to come in the door though. There are nice ladies, classy and very appealing to the eyes, they greet you with a smile and they will do there best to put a smile on your face. Either by the great dancing or the $1 dances at the edge of the stage or just sitting with you, talking, and hanging out. If not for this fact, i would not return.
The club itself seems to be falling apart at the seems. In the summer, there are fans and blowers spread around the room to keep a decent temperature, during the winter the women are freezing and the only customers that aren't are the ones wearing coats or had too much to drink to notice.
Just recently they began to do some sort of male dancing night, where they bring in male dancers for women, who don't seem to show up all that often and seem to be a waste of time for the establishment. They do the male dancing on thursday night and they try to have their regular female dancers going at the same time. I'm not sure if the owner realizes the fact that the male dancers drive away the male customers, who i might add, are the primary money maker for the club. And, they do it on what used to be a busy night of the week.
The few DJ's that have seemed to be of any quality seem to be fired and less effective ones seem to be hired instead. The lighting sucks, the atmosphere is run down, there are unfinished walls with exposed 2x4's sticking out, the urinals don't seem to work in the mens bathroom, and they don't seem to be able to afford soap for the patrons as well. All of this is combined with no paper towels in the womens restroom, which the dancers are forced to use because the one in the dressing room has been banned for the employees to use. (Though, i'm not sure the reasoning behind the no paper towels for the ladies to dry their hands, but i have heard it mentioned many times by the dancers.)
It is hard to write this review for i am trying to be honest as possible, but i don't want to harm the business for the place. But i must also admit that i don't care for the establishment as much as for the people that work there. If the owner could open his eyes to the true potential of the place instead of driving away his business along with most of his dancers with high stage fee's and penalties for the occasional sick days, he could have the club that it once was.
I remember the days when there were two stages going at one time, there were two girls dancing on the main stage with a third on a smaller one in the rear of the club. Each stage was surrounded by men and the dancers made money that made them want to work there, made them smile that much wider they greated you at the door, made them wiggle things that make grown men drool. But as of late, it is a slowly dying business of empty seats and tables.
Too bad the owner/operator cannot see the truth to what is happening, or maybe he does, but doesn't care. It is a sad fate to a place that could be so much more, the proof is in the past.
I would rate this place much higher, an 8 atleast, if it wasn't for the club itself running away the sole reason for me to pay my $8 bucks to get into, $10 after 7 p.m. The girls on the stage, the ones in the chair next to you, and the ones that sit in your lap and hug your cares away are the reason I go. And i will follow them if they decide to work somewhere else. Its that simple.

Girls are young & beautiful & know how to display. Not very "hands" on, but $1 dances were great value. Monday's two privates for $20. Bring your own beer or buy from them around back ($1.50 for a beer). Ten bucks to get in but well worth it.

I had a two privates with the one of two white chicks with natural tits. She was tall, thin, and had small natural breasts. She sat in my lap, leaned forward and moved back and forth for two solid dances. Boring as hell. I left.



VERY small crowd for a Saturday night. Good variety of dancers, although too many tattoos for my taste. Excellent private dance with Paige, much contact. Would have rated an "8" if Ariel, one of my ATFs, had arrived before I left.

On a sunday night visit there were four or five girls working ranging from 5 to 7. And there were about ten or twelve customers. I expected better based on the previous reviews. Ten buck cover and BYOB. No private dances for me from these girls even though there were specials for five bucks.

A pleasant surprise in the QC. Laid back club, nice looking women, decent lap dances. Went on a weeknight & found about 6-7 girls, all nice looking. Got a private dance and as described elsewhere, touching anything not covered is OK. With the right girl, lots of fun. Highly recommend.

This club hardly looks like a strip club from the outside. In some ways it didn't seem like a strip club inside either. Don't get me wrong; there were naked women, and lots of them. It's just that where I'm from, a nude club cannot allow alcohol inside, and this place lets you bring whatever you want. There were people in here with large coolers. One other thing, where I'm from, touching the girls is not allowed. This place seems to encourage it. They do, however, point out that you can't touch "between the legs" or "their a$$hole". Those seem to be the only rules.

The dances are topless, with crotch-on-crotch rubbing, but not much in the way of grinding. As I said though, you can grope the chest all you want.

The night I was here there were only 6 girls working, as I went between Christmas & New Years, but they were all decent looking, with tight bodies.

Had not been here for sometime and was pleasantly surprised...esp since it was a Sunday. There were about 8-10 girls and maybe one wasnt a looker. Got a dance from a gal who has real curly hair and lots of freckles...she gave quite a dance. There was another gal there that was real tall, wore glasses and was pretty hot. She got on her back on stage and took her panties off faster than I've ever seen in my life...wow. A great pair of legs too. Tuxedos may not be what it used to, but it's better than what you think.

This was my first trip to the club for a while. It was a fun experience though there was many differences from what I am used to at this club. Gone are its early opening days of wall to wall Hollywood Hardbody Hotties here and at the other QC clubs. The over abundance of strip clubs in the small QC market has the best looking talent spread around. Still this club has its share of hotties. The night I was there all the dancers were above average in looks. I was also pleasantly surprised with the stage show. Tux's stage shows (sneak a peek style) have always been better than most but that night the show was more hard-core adult than usual as the girls almost dared you to stare at their talents. Their private dances are not as much contact as So-Co or Shakers but still a great experience compared to the air dances you get at many clubs. The crowd was smaller than I expected, but it did fill up before my departure for the night. I had a good time and will return and I recommend the same to others.

Went to Tuxedos on Wednesday night. I went early, about 7 pm so there were about 5 customers and 4-5 girls. Around eight a few more customers filtered in as well as a few more dancers. With one exception (an older bleach blond with quite a belly) I would rate the girls in the 6-8 range. I got dances from Pagae, an exotic looking chick with big naturals, and Natasha a hot, augmented brunette. Both dances made my visit worthwhile; very friendly and conversational and very high contact. The only reason I left was I wanted to check out SoCo while I was in town. Shoulda stayed. Girls here seemed more friendly and more into working the crowd. Dollar table dances are a great appetizer. When I was there the bouncers worked on cleaning up the empties from the tables, but it was early. I would definetly recommend this club.

Of course I love Tuxedo's, I've worked there for a year. I find that the girls are very friendly and for the most part really enjoy working there. There are a lot of really hot girls working there right now. BYOB, all nude. Private Dances are reasonably priced as well!!!
