Middle of the road type place. I think that for having very little in this area to chose from, this place is doing an okay job. Talent is fair and prices seem just a bit high for the market compared to what prices are in the major markets. The booths are not very private and a few of the girls should tone it down when trying to hit you up for the more private stuff...they go from 20 bucks for a dance in the booth (you can get 2 fer 0ne's some nights) to a $.50 for the semi private booth up front with the big bottle of juice...not much in between for the budget minded.

Went here after being at Torches, thier sister bar right next door. After being at Torches, we got an escort over to Peaches and also got a discount drink coupon. The girls would rate a 5 - 7 with one or two higher. Small bar, friendly girls....really friendly! Went into the VIP area, lots of touchy feely!! Drinks for girls are alot but with what you can expect are worth it for awhile. Stayed to close and got hotel service after.

If you can find this club open, and if it has a enough girls working, this club can be the most fun in South Bend. Both of those are high-orders though. The girls who work here are usually the ones who come in late to the Torch, or have upset the owner somehow (talking with the customers too long, etc). Usually you can get in free here if you pay at the Torch or visa-versa. $5 cover is the usual amount. The stage is up close and personal, the dances are usually fun - not as uptight as the Torch. Drinks are just as expensive as next-door.

This club gets the "overflow" from the Torch lounge which is right next door. If you pay cover at one bar ($5), you get a ticket which lets you in the one next door. Some of the girls here are *hot*, especially Raven. A tall, curvy beauty who has only been looking better over time. This bar has plenty of places to sit right when you get in, a stage in the rear and a bar along most of the length of the room. The bartenders here are very cute...

It has been a while since I have been there, but over there years I have been there about 5 times. If you really want to go to a strip bar while in South Bend, then this is the place to go. Otherwise, it is probably best to save your money and avoid this place. The quality of the dancers is a little disapointing, consider the amount of business they can get during football weekends -- a really good looking dancer could make a lot of money then.

Went on a Friday night, parking lot well lit, seemed safe enough to our group. Ten buck cover, 12 girls dancing. All were at least a 6 and they went up from there. Place was clean, drinks were reasonable. The girls were very friendly but not pushy. Got a couple of dances, not a lot of touching but not all air either. Overall a great place for an evening. Also checked out the sister place, even more of an adventure!!!

Went here last Wednesday night around 10:00 with some friends. There were 4 or 5 dancers there and only about 5 customers. There was an enclosed shower for girls to dance in, but nobody was using it. I guess thats just for the weekends. I got a lap dance from a blond girl who I'd rate a 6. Unfortunately I would rate the lap dance a 2. There was literally zero contact and really a waste of money. With most of the other clubs in South Bend closing down, this is really one of the only options. If you're looking for something close, I'd probably recommend heading up to Escape Reality in Edwardsburg. Its not great, but its a bit better than this and for a lower cover charge. I'll probably come back sometime on the weekend though to see if its any better then.

Was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the other day and one of my ATF dancer's was here. She had moved to Texas quite awhile ago and finally came back. Still looking sexy as ever and still one of the sexiest dancers I've ever seen... Got a dance from her and had to have another. Either I was quite lucky or she knows how to run the edge of the rules but wow, awesome... If you go in looking for her, she's not the skinniest dancer but has very nice curves and awesome breasts - all natural. She's probably only there for a limited time while her other job takes off better. Used to go by the name Mazelyn, now she's going by Amanda. Hot - hot - hot, this lady has definitely learned in the couple of years she was in Texas!!!

Returned to this club on 2-27, not much has changed.

Still a VERY shady area where you don't feel safe walking alone, and the girls are mediocre.. But it's pretty much the only option in the SB area, as the rest of the clubs have been closed down, with some being bought by the city and torn down.

If you're really hard up for tits, you can go here.. if you can make a drive, hit Kokomo for the Hugger.

This club is suitable only as a post-game destination for hanging w/ your buddies and having a few drinks in the company of naked women. Serious/solo junkies need not apply. I was dragged to this club after a game last November by a few friends, some of whom were casual clubbers, others outright novices. They had a decent-enough time, but privately I ranked the club among the least titillating that I have visited. The mileage is minimal, there is very little privacy to the lap dance area, and a bouncer pretty much watches your every move. The stage dances were aloof, with little customer interaction. The centerpiece of the club is a faux-lesbo shower room, in which two girls perform while their compatriots make the rounds demanding tips. Personally I am bored by sexual acts in which I am not involved, but if that's your kind of thing you might enjoy the place. Otherwise, I would go w/ some friends and enjoy the drinking and male camraderie, or make the trip to an outlying, higher-mileage destination.

Simply put, this is the best club in the South Bend are. Unfortunately that doesn't say much. This is in a VERY bad area, so lock your doors. The parking lot is fairly well watched by the torch security.

Don't expect any milage here, lap dances are actually pretty lame. There's no contact allowed. Expensive drinks, and there seems to be a 2 drink minimum now.

The girls on stage didn't appear happy to be there, and just didn't really see anyone enjoying themselves at all.

If you're from the South Bend area, drive somewhere else. If you're not from South Bend, this isn't a club you want to travel for.


Stopped by on a early on Tuesday (about 7PM), smallish club, very empty (1 other patron when I arrived). Door charge was $5. Eight dancers were working. Looks varied quite a bit, 1 or 2 were decent to my tastes. Stage is "behind" the bar. Best seats are at the bar. From the tables the stage is quite a distance. Girls were fairly pushy for private dances (but can't really blame them as they weren't making anything but tips when they danced on stage). Didn't get any dances so I can't comment on those. Stayed for a little over an hour, business picked up a little and wasn't hassled as much for dances at the end of my visit. Was only passing through, and probably will never be back unless I have reason to be in South Bend again.
There is a "sister" club next door and admision is free with entry to the Torch. That club was similar. A couple less girls working, same quality. I did like the stage better next door as it wasn't connected to the bar and you had a decent view without sitting right at the stage.

Visited the Torch on a recent Saturday night in Novermber. Pleasantly surprised by the club. Nice layout and very friendly staff. With one exception, all the girls were in the 7+ range. Not a lot of customers for a Saturday night. Had a couple of pleasurable lap dances with cute , young girls.

If anyone tells you that the only club in South Bend to go to is the Torch, that used to be partially true, now its completely true. It started with the closing of the Kitty Kat Lounge, and now they've also closed Teasers and Glo-Worm. That leaves the Torch as the only consistantly open club in South Bend. Peaches (which is next door and owned by the same person) is only open Thurs-Sat and that depends on whether they can get enough girls. For instanance, this week it was only open Friday for awhile and had 2 girls. Thurs/Sat they kept the girls at the Torch. The funny thing is, you would expect with it being the only club in town that it would have more girls and be more crowded, but it isn't. I've only seen one girl from the other bars here and it has about the same level of customers. Most of the girls from other bars have either retired or gone to Pleasant Lake/Stimmelators or maybe Industrial Strip or other clubs. Why? Well, the torch is a bit expensive ($4.25 for a can of beer, $5 entry). While the girls are usually decent looking, some aren't. The stage where they dance is behind the bar and the drinks/lapdances aren't that much fun... Overall this bar has gone downhill over the years and has no sign of improvement. If you meet the right girls there though (who usually get fired), you can have a good time, and they usually have at least one or two stunners on the weekends...

Nicest club in South Bend as far as quality of club and the girls. Was quite a bit better in the past however. This club is right next door to Peaches and they are owned by the same owner. The Torch is the main club that is open every night but Sunday. Peaches only opens on weekends usually. They will normally charge you $5 per club, but some nights they give you a "bargain" and charge you only $10 for both!! Beer is $3.75, I believe pop is almost as expensive. They do have a full bar.

The main stage is behind the bar, next to the bar is a "shower booth". Usually the girls will make a brief appearance on the bar itself, or when they have enough girls, they'll dance on one of two poles nearer to the customers, but you can't really call them stages. The "shower show" is a bit of a ripoff. The girls will beg for as much money as possible acting like the shower show will be something really special, usually its two girls in the glass shower. During the show you are invited to throw wadded up dollars over the top of the booth. If you can do it from behind a line they've drawn, you can usually get a free dance from one of the shower booth girls.

Lap dances are in back in a "private" area near the front door. Mileage is very minimal, but some of the girls can be very entertaining (Raven!!). The tall, beautiful blonde that is always there is Barbie, the owners longtime girlfriend. She is quite the hustler and has definitely had some work done.
