If you are looking for the end of the line this is it. I stopped in on Wednesday evening and took a look, the best looking girl in the place was working the Bar and she would not go for a private dance I tried. I checked out the rest of the dancers and I found it depressing, they were old and fat. I did not think it could get this bad in this area but nothing to recommend stopping here.

This place has potential. I was here on Wednesday evening, got in around 7pm just as they were opening for the night. The bar maid got my drink and was friendly, she told me about the 2 for 1 drink drink special until 9pm. I got two waters, and waited for the dancers to arrive. It took a while but the place looked clean even with the lights on, they are under new management and they have cleaned the place up. The dancers got in about 8pm and they too were friendly and gave nice dances. I wish they opened earlier. They are opening a sister club on US1 south of Atlantic.

all talk about the way things were when the club had troubles are long gone
the owners are the original ones from the primetime days and the neighborhood has been run clean again

revamped remodeled and leather and hardwood everywhere

low key casual atmosphere, plenty of dance cubbies and champagne rooms too

a nice change from the worn out ne side of pompano where the furniture has been in place in some spots since the eighties
of course some of the girls have been too

nice blondes running about inside visiting from overseas and local girls as well


Went in looking to have a good time and was disappointed badly. Though a few of the girls were okay, none were stunners. Had four laps and wasn't interested in anything else offered. Usually I am, but the mood and the menu weren't right.
On other nights this has been a fun bar, but as for that night, I think I'll write it up as a loss. Spent a minimal amount of money for a minimal amount of fun and got what I paid for. Maybe next time.

I stopped by this club while in the area on business. It's in a shopping center and parking was easy, but I parked a short distance away from the club and the guy outside still tried charging me two bucks to park. Two bucks isn't much, but considering that I planned on spending quite a lot inside... As I entered I saw three black girls and one white(all 7's in my book).
I ordered an average priced beer and sat at the bar to check the girls out. The one white girl in the place was immediately at my side and showing me the type of hospitality that only strippers show in such a short time. After some two way groping we headed back to the LD area where she commenced to earn her money very well.
I wanted to try a couple of the other girls out, but this one was on me all night (which I can't complain about considering her constant curiousity about Willy).
Alot can go on in this club for the right price and I'll definitely return.

I don't think that I would consider this a "dive" bar. It isn't a "rhino" but definitely not a "dive". There was $3 parking charge. Even though you park in a shopping center lot. $5 cover. I consider most of the dancers in the 6-8 category. I sat at the bar and was able to order a drink right away. Then an "8" came over, introduced herself, and fondled me for about 15 minutes and assured me that the back room had no limits. Didn't take part or check the price as time was limited for me. However, that is typically what happens at the Mermaid, with far less talented dancers. I was surprised at her looks and her affection. Will definitely go back when I have more time.

This place was kindof scary. Definitely a dive bar IMHO - walked in, see wall of mirrors and stage directly in front of you, see reflection of the entire club/bar, kind of disorientating as you are not sure if you should walk ahead as it is very dim. The mirrors make it seem a lot larger than it is. You turn right and the square shaped bar is on your right, has seating all around the square. The bartender may double as a dancer but really was not sure. Did not stay long enough to find out. only stayed for 1 set. Stage is small, only saw 4 or 5 dancers. None notable. There were about 6 or 7 customers. Visited around 3 or 4 in the afternoon, mostly regulars watching TV. Very little action on stage - offered VIP - did not partake. would not visit again.

I visited this club the day after Super Bowl XLI during the day shift. The only thing preventing this club from receiving a perfect score is the lack of quality girls. Their friendliness and eagerness to please is unsurpassed by any other S. Florida club. It is a neighborood joint, so there is no real pressure to buy lap dances or dirnks. Will definitely visit this club again when I am in S. Florida again.

Fun of any kind is available here during the day shift. $100 for a half-hour in the private room to the club and whatever you discuss with the dancer,usually about the same and it's all yours. Girls run the gamut, skinny to fat, black, white and hispanic. Only problem ios the drink prices, $7-8 for a mixed drink, although I must say ity was STRONG. I will be back!!!
