Just a short stagger from Pink Flamingo; comparatively smarter and much larger inside, although the bar area is small and gets overly crowded if you're just looking to get a drink. The girls are usually plentiful and of a high standard, but some have poor English especially those from Bulgaria, Solihul and Rumania! Nude dances at £20 are a good value for money, mileage subject to the girl and if you're lucky they may announce a "2 for 1" which can soon lead to 6! The VIP is pushed with the typical promise of much more two-way mileage; by the time I'd paid in Chips including the house mark-up, bought a bottle of fizzy the bill came to nearly £165 for 30 mins! Not bad at that price, but the experience was alittle disappointing after the build-up, but I did enjoy the ice cubes!
Medusa is just down the road from the Pink Flamingo (previously Demon) and is at least as good - sometimes better.
It looks like a Spearmint inside - owner used to be a SR manager I think. Very dark with dancing upstairs. Same format as SR with dances at £20. YMMV a lot and some girls are very full on (if you know what I mean) - especially early on.
They now have VIP rooms which are very private and the promise of a lot of fun did get me in there on my last visit. £200 for 30 minutes which included 'free' champagne. The promise was not fulfilled because the girl didn't do much except drink champagne, make suggestions about meeting up later, and then try to virtually force me to stay for a further 30 minutes against my will. When I refused to pay for another 30 minutes she threatened to call security so I did it for her and, as a regular customer, insisted that they deal with this outrageous attempt to rip me off before leaving. The management were very much on my side and so I give the club an 8 rating but beware.
Hadn't been here for a while but visited on Friday for a friend's stag party. I'd forgotten the scale of the place... its huge, in a converted cinema. Pretty busy but lots of dancers, including a few friendly faces from last time I visited. We had an area on the upstairs balcony, and once the girls knew it was a stag party they kept stopping by. Some good 2 girl lapdances for the groom in front of the rest of us, and a few of us took advantage of the vip booths. Pricey at 20 pounds a dance, but worth it with the right girl. Plenty of full nude contact and some of the girls were happy to let your hands wander for a bit before gently telling you to behave. Happy days!
Pink Flamingo is compact and cosy as clubs go! This facilitates the friendly atmosphere with plenty of attentive girls (approx. 15) usually available; being mixed in ethnicity, ages from 19 to 28. All girls are of a high standard aesthetically, one or two can be a bit pushy, but others are willing to play the game and will nurture their investment! Full dresses before 11.00 pm, then alot more flesh on show. A single pole is used for the girls to display their wares, taken in turn throughtout the night, often til 4.00 am. A well managed club with strict adherence to the rules, attentive bar staff and "management". Naked dances at £20 a shot are good value, although you will be asked for a VIP at up £200, which is severely over-priced!
Demon has now changed ownership and name. It is now the Pink Flamingo. Pretty much same deal however. Dances are usually very good ymmv quite a lot depending on the girl but most are very good by British standards. Prices are standard at 20 per dance - at least 4 minutes - in the back room in booths or on couches. Soundtrack is mostly R&B which allows for very sexy dances.
Soundtrack is different in dance area to the main bar area. Main bar usually has a DJ playing club hits usually accompanied by the girls pole dancing. However, most of the girls will spend a lot of time talking to you without much pressure for dances especially on a weekday.
Ratio is seldom worse than 1 to 1 and apart from weekends there are usually only about 20 or 30 guys maximum - sometimes less. Girls are 5s to 7s with an occassional 8. Drinks are just above normal bar prices.
I have been to this club hundreds of times and have very rarely had a bad night.
