Dance Details: the regular dances are in boothes along the side of the main room. they suck, and ussually must be purchased in pairs. Air dances, most of the new girls have no idea what their doing. The 10 for 100 is better, "private room" (it used to be, and then they put a camera in there [then took the curtain off the door] songs are all cut short, the dance is less air in the 10 for 100, but still not that great.

Well, this club has come UP a little bit in terms of cleanliness and down a little bit in the likliness you'll find a whore. Gunner (the owner) has cleaned the place up A LOT in the last 2 months or so, firing all but 2 of the dancers he had, and hiring an all new cast and a few old friends. Better dancing, better quality girls, lower milage tho, but less liklyhood of catching a disiese... that sort of thing. have been on Sunday's monday's, friday's, saturdays. Saturday was the most recent trip, and what i'm basing the review off of.
now that i've tried to be as positive as i can... YOU CLUB STILL SUCKS! you've gotten better girls, but so what? your DJ (a former dancer {Roxi}) is annoying. You swindle your customers with the cover charge, two drink minimum, one drink per hour minimum, the constant reference to your "Dance Specials" [which are the most retarded thing I've ever seen at a strip club, you run a special every 5 songs, you insult your customers intelect when you do that]. I only went there last saturday to see a friend of mine that started working there recently, Gia. I wasn't ther but 5 min before i realized the reason I stopped going there.
you'll find a sweet girl that'll talk your ear off, but the manger will come break up the party before too long. the girls will harrass you for tips, drinks, dances and foolishness. It's not that they're TRYING to be annoying, they just don't have much clientell, and need all the help they can get just to pay the house it's due. (each dancer has a 10 dance minimum that they must pay to the bar if they don't make it. Dancers all must tip the DJ, the bartender, the bouncer, and the manager. in some ways, those dollars you slip into their panties are all the money most of these girls will take home.)
on the bright side, if you've got a ton of money to burn, and don't like a crowd, this place is fine... you could own the house with a few hundred dollars.

It would be easy to say this club sucks, but that would be a little a strong & not informative. Lets be objective...any club that does not sell alcohol to me gets a standard deduction(-2). A good libation can lubricate the social wheels for a good time. Juice bars are working up hill; just a personal opinion of mine. The overall club is small, reasonably comfortable chairs, & a somewhat annoying DJ (-1). The private dances I receieved were average to better than average on the Sunday evening I went (kudos to Chole & the 'Twins' & the Ebony Goddess Chantal). I have to say one of my favorite things about going to a strip club is seeing attractive women that smell good. Most were moderately attractive, but no one smell particularly enchanting; no B.O., but not exotic(5). So... even though they gave me a 6 month VIP card for participating in the manager's special, I can't see spending much time or money here.

For San Diego - which is pretty lame as clubs go - this was a very decent club. Girls were friendly, had some very good dancesended up spending about 10 songs with a tall young blond number. Club is in a fairly well travelled area - but wouldn't want top walk too far. Parking lot on East side of building, but you have to walk around the building through a dark alley to gain access on the other side. There is a main stage to the right as you walk in and the private dance area is in the rear - lot's of seating and the club seemed pretty clean. Girls were friendly and not too pushy. Like I said earlier - SD clubs are pretty lame so this place was a nice surprise. Will be visiting again.

This place is in quite the dive of an area. You walk in and there's really only one stage with not so enthusiastic dancers. They range from a 5-7 I would say. It was a weekday and there were only 5-6 dancers that I could find. The one girl I decided to get a private lap with was decent looking and she let my hands roam all over but she herself didn't give that great of a dance. Dances were pretty short and I left the club after 30 minutes.


Visited Ten's in late October. Was in town for a conference and looking for a good lap dance. The girls at the Ten ranged from 5's to 7's. The lap dances were good full contact, and most of the girls would let you grope all you wanted. After about 4 dances with different girls I got a dance with a black chick, can't remember the name. After the first dance I asked if she would give me an hand job and she obliged. It cost me an extra 100 but well worth it. It was a nice ending to an evening of groping and grinding. Ten's is definitely not the best place in town but you get great mileage there.

This isn't really a strip club, as others have noticed. However, it may be the best bang for your buck in San Diego. Basically, you pay $20 per dance, plus any tip afterwards to watch the girl strip and get herself off. And you can do whatever you like to yourself behind the glass. Many of the girls are VERY attractive. Don't be put off by them talking on the phone, they're just bored and are very receptive to being interrupted.

This is also a good place to use as a final stop after visiting other clubs!

Peep club - girls look better than at your average "intimate talk" venues. Half asians, brunettes, etc. 3 girls working in the daytime and about 5 slated for the evening. $10 raises the glass, and $10 goes to the girl - although I didn't get a show I suspect that they would try to upsell you for more than that. Otherwise this is a standard store / arcade. Low score because the girls were more interested in talking on the phone or to regulars who weren't buying shows. Didn't seem as friendly as other places either.

Visited this club on consecutive evenings Feb 7-8. I had a great time with the same girl, a tall brunette with mile long legs and zero fat. I didn't get her name but she was wonderful. She provided "lube" which was great and put on an incredible show with a dildo. Both of her "holes" were so small and the way she spread her legs was just incredible. I agree with others the plexiglass was "cloudy." It would have been better to get a clearer view. But I only paid $10 for the house and $10 for the girl so I felt like it was a great experience for the $$. No complaints. If I ever go back to San Diego I will definitely visit Jolar's.

Kristen is by far the most amazing woman at the Pacific Highway location. You see all the girls (not to mention the hot blond waitress which is very awesome, personality-wise), then you see her, and there is no turning back on her. This club is not for the lighter spenders. Normally, within the first hours, for me personally, it is not unusual to splurge at minimum $250.00 in this place. But spending so much never felt so great. Without a shadow of a doubt, this has to be the place to be the next time you're in town in that part of San Diego. Recently relocating back to S.D. from Los Angeles, I intend to stop by here much more often.

I travel to San Diego on business once or twice a year and always hope that the clubs will have gotten better. Unfortunately SD is a tough place to find beautiful naked women. This club is conveniently located but consistently awful. Rarely is a great looking girl working, most of the dancers are not ones I'd like to have sitting on my lap, or coming into contact with me at all. The few semi-hotties that occasionally work here are always in heavy demand. The night shift is somewhat better than the day shift, but this place is dirty, dingy, and only if you are desperate should you go there.

on a recent business trip I visited on a weeknight. Nice place and the girls were all between 6s and 8s. It was fairly busy, but not crowded. Had to LDs, but I was not pleased with the lack of contact. Bascially air dances - I expected more from California, but I guess this is the norm for Sam Diego. OK if you are not planning to visit Tijuana I guess, but don't expect any milage at all.
For more milage you should visit Tijuana which is within reasonable driving distance. Outrageous milage and variety there.

Not typical for a Pure Platiunum but it is San Diego. More laid back and less pressure. I went in during the day, so no cover and parking not the problem it is at night. There were about 6 dancers all nice, none great or lousy. I got to talk to a little black chick and had some good conversation. She asked if I wanted a dance after about 30 mins and had a couple. She was nice but the laps were not very exciting. All in all a good way to pass the hour, but SD is not the best place for clubing. Rather be in TAMPA!!

Visited on 8/12 around 5:00 PM. As you enter, you pay cover (free before 6:00) and enter the club. Main stage is off to the right, bar is straight ahead. VIP area is on the left along with a secondary stage.

Main stage has stools all the way around. I sat here. Ordered a coke ($4.00) from a cute little hispanic waitress. There were 6 dancers. All were 6-7's; no dogs and no super hotties. First song was clothed and second was topless. There was absolutely no contact at all while on stage. After the set, there was about a 10 minute delay before the next dancer.

This place reminded me more of a sports bar that happens to have topless dancers.

I was never approached for a private dance ($20) and never got one. Most fun I had was stuffing a tip down the waitress's top.

If you want to watch a game and look at tits during commercials, this place might be ok.

Stopped in around 2:30pm on a Friday when I had some time to kill before flying out. Parking was still easy at that point but it was a tight lot. No cover and they had a free buffet (basic fingerfoods) that was ok. I was approached right when I came in for some pleasant conversation and asked if I wanted a dance. There were 5-6 dancers there then that made for some variety (ranging from 5-7). Towards 4:30 or so more dancers started coming in, including a nice litte blonde (8-9) named Nadine. I had 3 lap dances that were ok but not much real grinding.

They also had a very cute bartender, but busy enough that I didn't get to talk much with her. I'd go back again if I have some spare time before a flight since it is very close to the airport.

Late on a Friday night I stopped in. The crowd was big and the girls were friendly. There were two dark haired, busty (looked fake) girls who seemed to be Russian or something close to it, with very thick accents, who were nice dancers and friendly enough, but not great in the lap dance area (no contact).

It is a nice little place with friendly bar tenders. Next time I'm in SD, I might check out other places. I prefer more contact in the lap area.

My friend's plane was about an hour late, so I had time to kill. I had heard pretty bad things about most San Diego clubs, so my standards were very low. Bottled beer was $5.

It was about 2:00 pm on a Monday. There were about five customers there, and only one stage. I saw about six dancers, all ranging from 5-8s. The stage show was average, with no contact.

A dancer in her late 20s came up and just started talking. She could hold a reasonable conversation, which was always a plus. I decided to start out with the $120 for 5 songs in the VIP area. The other options where $20 each on the floor but no touching, or $300 for one hour in the "better" VIP.

Dances were decent, but she couldn't take off her top. She made sure to show me as much as she could, but it was still very strange. She said that she can get away with more in the "better" VIP, but there's too many cops to risk it here.

Overall it was better than I expected, but still crap compared to a real club.
