The trick to having a good time at this place is to stick with the ladies who have been there a little while. The only poor experiences I've had on the day shift have been with dancers who were new and therefore too pushy. The ones who've been there a while are interested in building up a regular clientele. Keep your eye on the website schedule and learn the names like Trixie, Carmen, Kylie, Erica, Danielle, Jazmyne and the other regulars. When someone new comes along let others take one for the team. Once a dancer has been there for 2 months, she's probably pretty good. The one exception to this in my experience was Hailey on the nightshift. She gave a cold, impersonal dance and kept asking about tips.

If you'd been there when I was there and you didn't see a lady who appealed to you, you had to be either very gay or very dead or maybe both. I think there were about fifteen dancers on duty with more arriving late in the afternoon, getting an early start on the evening shift. Of the 15, five didn't appeal to me at all, five did and five more might have if the good five hadn't been there. Trixie, who used to hit me up for dances all the time, acted like I had tuberculosis so that took the appealing five down to four. Of the four, one was monopolized most of the time by some guy either at a table or in the back. But the remaining three were so fine, I couldn't choose. I finally decided to just go with whichever one of them asked me first. Carmen did and I didn't regret our trip to the back.

Went at night time when the special was about to end for the dances which was a 2 for 1. I saw one of the girls I have gotten one from before(jeannette). This girl looks okay, but when she takes you to the back you get your moneys worth. This place is tamed now because I think the police have been in here b4. So she does lots of touchin and lets you touch, but they dont remove their pannies. Good atmoshere, its chill and okay performance, and the girls dont be in your face. But dont expect a whole lot in the back, but the girls will sit down and talk to you.

Hey, are we allowed to review the food on this board? I had a darn good hamburger there. I'd go back to the place for the burgers even if they didn't have nude women.

They had some pretty good nude women. I really like Kylie, Trixie, Carmen and Danielle. I'd like Six if not for the tattoos. Victoria, who seems to have moved to the evening shift, has an awesome body if you're that rare kind of guy who likes very large breasts. The laps seem to have gotten a bit tamer unless they recognize you as a repeater.

The place is still too cold, the music is still too loud and the disc jockey is still annoying. And what's with all the TV sets? How many customers are staring at CNN when there are naked asses on stage? But it's still a comfortable, friendly place to pass some time and get a lap or two.

On a whim while a friend an I were in the LAX area, we decided to check out the Jet Strip. When I envision L.A. clubs, I see them a lot more grandeur than that of the Orange County or Valley clubs that I normally frequent. Typically, I see L.A. clubs like that of 4Play. You know -- fancy decor, candlelit cocktail tables, and a couple of stories high. Bare Elegance also has that same look about it. So when we entered the Jet Strip, it was nothing like that. It was more a like a "room" with a stage. I do have to say that because it is less formal than that of 4Play and Bare Elegance, the dancers were sure a hello of lot friendlier than what I would expect. I met one that basically talked my ear off. Not the kind of girl who talks so much that you you start singing songs in your head. This one was cute and VERY interesting. I felt bad because I basically ignored my buddy all night as I was digging this chick. Eventually, I took her for a spin on the couch and found her equally as interesting when she didn't talk. Great girl all around. Too bad I am completely blanking on her name but it will be really easy for me to spot her the next time that I come back for a visit. I won't forget that face for sure.

When I came out, I located my buddy and found him talking to a rather large black man. A little confused, I went to have a seat next to him and realized that he was talking to Rosey Grier, ex-lineman for the old school Los Angeles Rams. He was part of that line called the "Fearsome Foursome" with Merlin Olsen. That was pretty cool. Super-friendly guy and I bought him a drink for being so cool. Of course, none of the girls recognized the man but many played dumb like they did. That was my celebrity sighting for the evening.

So good place to hang out. Nothing like I expected but I was genuinely surprised. The clubs in L.A. have been hit and miss for me lately so I am glad this visit turned out pretty well.


I had to pick up some friends at the airport by LAX and got there about an hour early. I decided to hang out here while I waited for my friends to arrive. I found parking on Hawthorne just a few cars down from the front door. When you walk in, you are on the left side of the stage that has two levels. The bar is at the end of the stage and there is more seating and private lap dance booths to the right. I got a drink from the bartender and sat at the rail. There were some good girls here. Mostly ranged from 6-8. All the girls were friendly and not pushy at all. Had a private 2-4-1 dance with a dark brunette that had a smokin' hot body and a beautiful face. She was down to earth and her lapper got me excited. After the dance, she came and sat with me for a while and we talked. The girls on stage were totally nude and they had to duck to get to the second level so they didn't bump their head. This is a good place to go if you need to meet someone at the airport.



Stopped in 3 times over two days, twice during the day about noon, once in the evening around 10PM. The dancers are ok, maybe 6-7 on average with an 8 thrown in occasionally. It can be hard to get dances because the girls are popular. I wasn't hustled for dances and I had to work to get a dance with a girls I was attracted to. The first girl was a day shift dancer, cute leggy slim blond, maybe a 7, about 30-35 yrs old. She wore a kind of half dress thing that in the lap dance covered her back and me while she danced. LD area felt private, individual booths and fairly good curtain. The bouncer let us alone, but she kept watching for him. V. high mileage, she was all over me. DFK (I know I shouldn't but no consequences). Loved it. One of the best ever, but she said she was unfortunately on the rag or else we might complete. I couldn't tell if she was serious or just clever. That evening I returned and snagged a barely legal brunette with tats and a clit ring. "I just got pierced so it hurts down there. So I'm not as wild as usual," she said. Uninteresting. Next day I was back looking for the blond. She was busy for quite a while - I suspect she has a lot of regulars - then I got her back in the LD booth. The session wasn't quite as hot as before (is the second time ever?) but she had her own cover and I left happy.

Fun, cozy club and relaxed environment. I like this place because it's a little bit off the radar. People are friendly here, and it's definitely not a snooty gentleman's club.

A good mix of ethnicities and ages for the dancers.

Lap dance booths are separated by plexiglass that's hard to see through, giving you a pretty good amount of privacy.

Someone mentioned the lighting. I think they had brighter lights but they broke (if I remember correctly -- strobes and such). The dancers may choose their own lighting.

The place is still too cold, the music is still too loud and the lighting is still set by someone who apparently thinks the women are so ugly that they need to be hidden. He's wrong. They have some wonderful looking ladies here. Most nights (and especially days), it's one of those places where if you can't find someone you like, you're probably gay.

The one drawback to the ladies is that some of them are so popular that a guy (usually a regular) will take them off to the VIP room and you won't see them for a long time. I was there two hours the other day and my favorite one was never on stage and never available. You may view that as a big negative but obviously, it's better to go to a club where that happens then one where there's no one the customers want to monopolize.

This club is in a very rough area near LAX. However, once inside it is surprisingly pleasant. The main stage is relatively small. Most of the girls hang at the bar when they are not on stage. They generally are not pushy about private dances. There is a private room area off to the right side of the stage. Each booth is cordoned off with a curtain. Private dances are $25 in this area and are counted by the bouncer. The bouncers do stop by the private booths and put their heads in periodically. Mileage varies by dancer but overall I would rate it medium. I was not offered any extras but the dancers do sometimes get very friendly. In the evenings, they will have 8-10 girls dancing. Mostly 5's with a few 8's mixed in.

The post below is quite right about the Nazi-types standing around. They just don't get it. Guys have been complaining about the management style for over a year now. Two years ago the Jet Strip was a very good club. Now management makes customers feel uncomfortable. The girls, however, are, for the most part, very good.

Rating: 1 for safe location, 1 for reasonable cover charge, 3 for nude, 2 for good-looking dancers.

This is another one of those cases where I wish I could break down the rating. The girls get a 9 and the management of the club gets a 5.

The ladies, especially on the day shift, are friendly and pretty and the worst thing I can say about them is that sometimes a dancer has such a steady stream of regulars stopping by to see her that she's too busy for new customers. In other words, they're real good at what they do.

But the management of the club keeps the music too loud, the lights too dark, the air condition too high and there are these serious looking men wearing ties and striding around like prison guards. I guess they're bouncers or lap dance counters but someone has forgotten that this is supposed to be a place where men have fun and feel welcome.

Still a very hot club. Had not been for a while and stopped in on a recent evening when in the area.

Not a great location but a good place inside.

Still some very hot women with excellent pvt dances. The mix of dancers was a little light to begin with but as the evening went on I found 3 I really liked.

My favorite was a tall brunette who was an excellent stage dancer and even better pvt dancer.

All I can say is give it a try when in the area and you should find plenty of satisfaction with the right girl.

Continuing my trip East I checked into the JS on a Saturday afternoon about 1:30. There were probably 8-10 patrons and maybe 5 girls. They palyed two break songs between each two song set. It is six bucks to get in and $5.75 (make it $7) for the minimum. It is a "sit at the rail and tip the dancers or occupy a table to indicate you are a candidate for lap dance solication" place. I got laps from two girls, the first very young, a little flat chested but perky, and quite pretty. She apperared to be a hottie but turned out to be full of "don't touch" and "there are cameras." If they have low light video cameras that work in those places I hope they share with law enforcement or Homeland Security. However, sitting out by the stage you could note that the Sex Nazi visited the "VIP Area" about once a song. God, it was worse than Rick's ever was. The second dancer was somewhat more forthcoming, but not nearly as pretty... ah well. There is absolutely nothing special about this place. I used to hang at this joint years ago when it was Harvey's Place and the action was steaming. It would have been an eleven on abybody's scale of ten. Those were the good old days, I guess. Oh, where did you go Eve, Connie, Jackie... I'm lost (in the '70s tonight) in Harvey's past.

After having a few brews with co-workers, I had an itch to see some girls. Drove from Manhattan Beach to Lennox to head over to the Strip. As soon as I got there, there was a 2 for 1 special. What perfect timing. There was an asian girl I was always partial to. Her name was Mimi. We went to the VIP room for some fun. As soon as song began, she began her grind with her nice perky ones brushing me from time to time. After 4 songs, I called it. I highly recommend her for a dance although her english is limited. After the dance, I sat and watched a few sets and called it a night.

Jet Stip is a fun club. The dancers are very outgoing and nice to talk to. I didn't feel like there was a huge hussle factor, although some will ask if you're interested in a VIP dance.
They charge 5 bucks for parking to "make sure your car is safe." I paid it since I don't want to piss off the guy whose watching the parking lot. The club has a decent sized stage and a bar along the back as well as several small tables with very comfortable lounge chairs.
You can get great full nude views by sitting close to the stage and tipping.
After a VIP dance you have to pay the cashier, not the girl directly. I'm not sure why that is or how they handle extra tips. I'd like to know she gets my whole tip and doesn't have to split it with the house.
VIP dances are very high mileage, but you have to buy more than just one to for the best experience. They dance only topless in the VIP booths, but they do have a "super" vip couch that may be different. I didn't try that. I really had a great time here and enjoyed chatting with some of the girls whils watching the stage show.

Been here a few times during the day. Not the best looking group in the world, but very nice to talk to. The dayshift seems to be willing to talk a bit more because they are looking for quality over quanity of customers. ;)

The dances in the VIP are $30 a song, they seem to cut them short, so it can expensive fast. Tried out some private dances with some of the dancers. Six gave a great, sensual dance that left me pleased, and getting a few dances with Kai was a very sensual, hands-on experience and she seemed to enjoy the experience too.

I still find this place the most pleasant place to hang out, watch dancers for a while and then take one of them to the back room. I have complaints. There are times when they don't seem to be able to get a woman onto the stage and you sit there listening to the bad music for a long time. The music is sometimes too loud and the room is often too cold. But the ladies, especially Carmen and Veronica and Trixie on the day shift, are very nice. And isn't that what it's all about?

Well, it's not the "New" Jet Strip any more... and it sure ain't Harvey's Club by a bunch! Memorial Day they opened @ 6 PM. I arrived about 7:30. Street parking was all used up. The parking lot is now a $3.50 "VIP" parking area. I don't usually bitch about prices, but that and the $11 cover did not start me off well. Admittedly, the cover comes with a free subsequent admission and a free admission to Bare Elegance; these gratuities aren't really useful to transients. There were not many girls working. I went to the VIP with the cutest. It was a nada.

I went back late Tuesday afternoon (used the "free admission"). There were five or six (if you count the waitress who laps on request; she has a fine, natural pair). I tried another blonde (Danielle) with large, augmented boobs. She was simply a money hustler. But, Carmen, ah very nice, pretty and an excellent lap dancer. She is what it is all about. The private room is $350/half hour. Maybe that's why it doesn't get much action...

My most recent visit here was one of the best. It was a daytime visit and the place was filled with great looking women and not all that many guys so I pretty much had my pick. I only wanted one private dance and there were at least six ladies who I could have imagined going to the back room with. I picked Carmen, who gave me one of the best, most enthusiastic dances I've ever had but I almost picked Veronica, who has one of the most awesome bodies I've ever seen. I know most men reading this aren't big fans of huge, natural breasts but some of us like them.

Another plus: Long songs. I don't know how long they are but the dancers were even remarking about it. At one point (not when I was back in the V.I.P. section, sadly) the disc jockey put on some song that ran so long that everyone was puzzled when it was going to end. He finally just stopped it before the record was over, I think because someone pointed it out to him.

The club has a new private room where you get 30 minutes with a dancer in a nicer surrounding than their usual booths. I didn't see anyone using it and one of the dancers told me it hasn't gotten much use yet. Their regular booths are pretty nice.

I went to the last Monday for the $20 VIP topless lap specials. I got there around 8:00 and there were a handful of girls. I parked in the front free of charge and went in with a coupon printed on their website. It was for 2006 but they still accepted it. Anyways, After the 5.75 drink plus tip, I watched the a few girls dance until a dnacer named Mimi approaches me and asked for a dance. I obliged and we went to the VIP room (topless ). She started off with good grinding with some wandering hands allowed. Very sensual. After 3 songs, I decided it was enough. Two of the three songs were charged at teh regular $30 rate at 9:00. Oh well, it was still fun. Stayed for 30 or so minutes then called it a night. To avoid any cover charges, get a copy of LA weekly and cut out the coupons for the Strip.

Still my favorite club and the most recent visit has raised my hopes. It also raised something else but we won't go into that.

The big plus is that Carmen is back, at least for a while. Great looking woman and she really knows how to make you feel welcome. She's very conscientious about not moving in on another dancer's customer so if you're talking a lot to one lady, she may avoid you. Don't be afraid to flag her down.

The room seems a little warmer. The mood seems a little brighter. Some of the new ladies are quite stunning and I need to spread out my dance bucks and try them.

Visited this club a couple of weeks ago prior to my flight to the East Coast. Was not planning to get a lap dance, but a lovely young girl named Mimi caught my eye. After several minutes of conversation, I decided to try a dance from her. The dance was nice, but mechanical which explains my lower rating. Will continue to visit this club when I'm in town because I consider it one of the better clubs in LA.

Went back to what is still my favorite strip club, even if it isn't as good as it once was. Several of the best girls (Kylie, Carmen) have left. Some of the new ones are physically interesting, especially if you like huge nipples, but the place has lost some of its friendly atmosphere. I still think it's cold in there in many ways.

A couple of the ladies have their regular customers and that's all they're there for. A couple of others are a bit too pushy, especially after you've said no. There are a couple there who are very attractive but just not my type and I wish there was a way to explain that to them.

The lap dance area is still a very comfortable place, especially with the right dancer on your lap.

I used to rate this club more highly but my last few visits have been a bit disappointing. The room for some reason is very cold. I mean that in two ways. The room is actually so cold that the dancers are shivering and not eager to get naked. I wouldn't be, either. Then the atmosphere in the room has lost that warm friendliness it used to have. Maybe it was just the times I was there or maybe it has to do with some turnover in the dancer roster. A few of the best ones have either retired or don't seem to be there too often. I'm still going to go back because I haven't found any place I like better but I had to note the change.

This is still my favorite strip club. The atmosphere is low key and friendly. There's the usual one drink per hour requirement and the waitresses don't usually hassle you about it. They never ask you to buy a drink for a dancer, which is something I really hate. The dancers are pretty good looking and you'll wish they were pushier about asking if you want a private dance. Most of them are ready to sit and talk with you and the music isn't so loud that you can't hear each other.

Here's a tip. The switchover from day shift to night begins around 4 PM and is total by about 7:00. If you come in around 5:00, you have your pick of some of each. If you can't find what you want in that crowd, you won't find it in most clubs.

I went in afternoon and evening on a Saturday. Afternoon was very slow, and three dancers. $5 cover. The gals were basically 7's, and definitely no fat! Hanged for only 4 dances or so. Pretty boring.

Evening is $12 cover. There were about 12-15 dancers now, and all about 6-8 material. Nice. Unfortunately they push for $30 dances, which seem pricey. I partook in two, and the dancer told me she only gets half. After this dance, they had a 2 for 1. But the bad part is the song starts for dance one, before you get in the back room. I did partake, and tipped the gal $10 extra, only because I know only she gets tips, not management. This place is owned by tight Middle Easterners it now seems, so there are no deals. Avoid this place.

Visited in the afternoon. Club looks like it's been around a million years. The dances were overweight, dyed hair, enhanced veterans, truly repellent. Some may have been pushing into their 50's. This place was the pits. I was out of there pretty quickly.


Visited last Friday night (July 21). Must say that the lineup was the weakest I've ever seen at night at this club. What happened to this place? There was only one girl I'd consider dancing with when I walked in. Later on a second girl showed up. The clientele was heavily weighted towards minorities. Perhaps this is scaring away the better looking dancers? The club is well kept up and the food was decent. Maybe the lineups are stronger on other nights?

And the winner is .....

I choose the Jet Strip as the best overall strip club in Southern California. My criteria for choosing the winner is how good the club has been lately (last 3 months or so) and how consistent it has been in the longer horizon. I grade clubs according to the "fundamentals" below, which I consider to be the vital signs of strip clubs. For me, I go to restaurants to eat and drink, and I go to strip clubs to see and touch. Period.

The Jet won over most contenders by not shooting itself in the foot (at least not as badly) as most contenders did. There is an improvement in the lineup at the Jet, which 6 months ago was their weak point. The stage has improved by having some discipline with the dancers, something most other clubs are losing on. The song length (just 5 seconds short of what I consider absolute minimum) still annoys the heck out of me, but the corporate chains cut their songs so ridiculously short, they veto my business. In other words, the Jet came out ahead thanks to inferior competition.

Honorable mention goes to Ecstasy. Dishonorable mention goes to Valley Ball and 4Play, two clubs that screwed up royally and became a waste of time after being up there for a short while.

Checked out the Jet Strip mid-afternoon on a Tuesday. There were a coupla other customers and about five performers. The club is spiffed up a bit, and has an added runway extending from the main stage toward the bar, from the pre I-110 days when it was Harvey’s Club. Spiffed up, but a lot less fun. Back in the day, Harvey’s was pretty skanky. The Jet’s dancers were all decent looking, and all save the youngest were mid-30s, blond (not really), and large bosomed; only one was obviously enhanced. I got two sets of dances, one plain vanilla and the other with mutual two-way fondling. This was carefully managed by the dancer who claimed we were “on TV.” I tend to believe that to be true. A coupla years ago I visited the Jet Strip and was pleasantly surprised to find the waitress to be a (now middle-aged) dancer from the old days at Harvey’s. I got a few dances from her, and she also told me we were on camera. She was wearing a full skirt, though, so no one could tell where my hands were. My main complaint is that the songs seemed to be very short. I didn’t put a watch on them, I no longer need to wear one, but they seemed very short.

With all due respect to the poster of the previous review, I've been to the Jet Strip at least 20 times and it's been a long time since I left unhappy. Like all strip joints, especially in the afternoon and early evening, there are times when it's lethargic. There are also at every club some dancers who give the place a bad name. I've never encountered one of those at the JS but I'm sure there are some at times.

All I can say is I've never been disappointed there. Great dances from Trixie, Kylie, Yanna, Seirra, Alicia, Erica and a few others. I miss Carmen and Mindy, both of whom have retired from dancing.



Another catch up review. Went in on a very slow day/night for a Friday. All the dancers were mopey from the lack of customers, and since it was my first time there I was basically just trying to get a feel for the place. Stage dances were lazy except for one (more on her later). Girls stayed in the back or hung out around the DJ booth. I did get a few that dropped by for the "wanna dance" two line chat. Even the "bartender" was dull. No wonder they gave out a stack of free passes at the door. This was a place that got put on the hit list thanks to TUSCL, so I gave it about an hour to see if the night shift would liven the place. On this night I needn't have bothered. There was one latina gal who moved well and seemed to have a reasonable personality in the chair next to me, so eventually I agreed to a dance. Awkward, terrible dance in the front cheap seats. Shame, too, really. She was built solidly from the back and was serviceable from the front with dark skin and a black short bob hairstyle (Cuba, other something was the name?). So she's smiling and I guess trying to get me interested and I'm waiting for the dance to start. It takes more than a smile and playful bouncing to impress a guy on his dime. Finally in an attempt to salvage the visit, I opted for the back in the booths. The guy in the spot to my left was clearly getting all he could handle, and the guy across the way wasn't complaining either (with the gal I should have picked wearing the well framed purple thong). Yep, I was scanning around so there you have it. ROB. Not sure if I was more put off by the fact I picked a dud or that the stripper sitting in my lap thought I'd paid up about $$$ total to sit and talk to her. I call her on it and she stands up insulted like she'd been asked to drop on her knees. When a guy asks what might get him a better dance, sometimes he just means a better dance. No offense to the club but it's not getting a mulligan on this. Especially if it charges full price when empty (passes or no free passes). Should have done more homework or tried the walk-in who auditioned (and had the best body in the place). YMMV. Left very bored wondering how far City of Industry was.

Made a Wednesday daytime visit this week to see my ATF (Desiree). She is a walk-on at JS, only about once every other week these days. The first thing I noticed was the number of regular dancers has dropped significantly. There are only an average of about 6 or 7 regular dancers on any day shift now. Used to be more like 10 + the walk-ons. Apparently Carmen is no longer there, but we did notice a new blond there while we were talking. Other regulars there were Kylie, Trixie, Lisa (new also), Gabrielle, Madison, Sierra, and Jazmyne.

Day shift is still light on customers except maybe Fridays, which again makes it easy to talk to the girls. Still a nice place to hang, but very low key these days during the daytime.

Every time I go to another club, I appreciate the Jet Strip more. No "buy the lady a drink." No sense of hustle. No surprise upsell in the back room. And while the host disc jockey is annoying, he isn't as bad as some of the ones at other clubs.

During the day, the mood is low key and pleasant. If you want to just sit there and look at naked women for an hour or two, that's okay. You'll get asked occasionally if you want a dance but I've only ever encountered one pushy dancer there. More often is that they'll sit and talk with you. It's been a long time since I've been there and not found at least one dancer I thought was super attractive.

What I like about the place is that they're out to build repeat business. In a lot of clubs, they seem to want to drain you of every possible dollar and they don't care if you leave with the attitude of I'm Never Coming Back. The Jet likes regulars and it's a pretty friendly place.

Although the dancers are not playmate material, a man will always get some action with decent looking women. Because the dancers are veterans and very friendly, they will let your hands roam in the topless dance area. The best time to go is betwen 11 am and noon because the dancers get to keep the entire fee which they truly appreciate. Once the dancers recognize you, they become very friendly and treat you well.

The area is kinda rough, thus, I avoid the area at night. But, they do have security.

1st visit here in many yrs, late Tue nite. Overall impression is that of an average club, ok, but not compelling case to go out of way for. // BASIC ORIENTATION: Adequate lot or streetside parking. Utilized free pass to get in. Upon entering, lighting was pleasantly bright, although was darkened later in the night. Single keyhole shaped stage on left with 3 step levels, 2 poles, and low ceilings. A curtain towards back left leads to //LAPDANCE AREA: 2 sections, front section has 6 semiprivate couches, and 2 semiprivate ministages. Dances here are $20, with couches being bikini w. contact, ministages nude but no touchee. The half dozen or so couches in curtain further back are $30 topless contact dances. I have been going to this club for years seeing a slow but steady decline. Favorite girls that leave are replace by fugly out of place ones.
A week ago I decided to pay a visit looking for a specific dancer that I had seen on ameteur night at another club. The lady was not visible, so Iwaited for a half hour realizing that she was not there, Ilooked for a replacemen but before I had the opprtunity to ask one of the girls to dance for me, Elisa a tall brunette offered a dance, I said yes and I wished I had asked her one of the amny times that I saw her but disregarded her. I was a hot sensual dance. I recommend her highly. I have decided to give a try to others that I have not appeaked to me before you never know...


Been to this club many times, but I thought I'd submit a daytime review here. Recently I've been visiting on Mondays because my ATF works that day. The club is fairly small, more like a neighborhood bar. The atmosphere is cosy and the girls are friendly. Most will spend time talking to you and the hustle factor is low. Stage dances are nude, with bikini or topless lap dances.

Monday's tend to be light on crowd during the day, so there is plenty of time to spend with a dancer. Some of the regulars (like me) tend to take up a bit of time with their favs, but generally you can get a dance with any girl of the day shift if you are patient. Mileage can vary from moderate to high, depending on the girl, mood, familiarity and tip.

Only complaints are the music tends to be a bit loud, and the stage lighting, as well as the temperature, can vary quite a bit. I find it a nice place to hang, relax, and spend time with some pretty ladies.


Mileage at the Jet is generally good. Unfortunately some of the better looking girls deliver poor mileage. For example, Icy's mileage is pretty weak. It has not improved with more songs, repeats, or time, so what you see is what you get. In terms of personality, she is an OK gal, albeit a bit cold at times. It's not a surprise that her ex-boyfriend picked the name Icy for her. :-)

What happened to this place? Was there tonight (3/3/06). Been here 10-15 times over the
last 4 years and always enjoyed it, tonight, the quality of the girls was noticeably down,
which is odd for a weekend. Only one or two there I was interested in getting dances with.
Dancers almost outnumbered customers, so I guess everyone else has figured out what I
just figured out.

Hung out for a while, got some nice dances, but then when I was done, got hustled for
another drink (which has never happened to me there before!) Told the waitress I had
been there many times before and never had that happen, and she just stuck to her story.
Told her I'd rather walk than pay for another drink, and did.

Driving out paying customers on a slow night ... great business decision. Next time out,
I'll be trying a new club. Any suggestions from other former Jet Strip regulars?

This is for the daytime shift. I'm told the nighttime shift is pretty good too, but I haven't experienced them.

This has become my favorite club of all time. There are things wrong with the place. The "T" shaped stage design is awkward and a dancer can only really play to one patron at a time. If you sit at the rail, you'll spend a lot of time looking across at other patrons or turning at uncomfortable angles to see where the naked woman is at the moment. The music's a little too loud, the disc jockey is way too loud and the drinks (non-alcoholic only) are all off a little. The Coca-Cola and 7-Up aren't mixed properly and the bottled juices are bad ones.

But those aren't a lot of negatives.

The ratio of dancers to customers is very good. There are enough ladies so that you're bound to find a few you really like, but not so many that they start pestering you for dances.

This is one of those places where it pays to be a gentleman and to have decent hygiene. The dancers are quite friendly to guys who don't come across as creeps. They'll sit and talk with you (assuming you can hear each other over the music) and some of them are pretty interesting.

I usually get two or three private dance sessions per visit and haven't had a bad dance in a long time. They're done in the back in big, comfortable chairs with medium privacy. The dancers I've been with lately have been, in no particular order, Trixie, Carmen, Kylie, Sierra, Alicia, Erica and Sabrina. All good experiences. Kylie and Erica have pierced tongues, which I usually think is a real turn-off but they otherwise make up for it. (I also can't stand tattoos and there are a couple of JS dancers with noticeable ones but the women I've named have either tiny ones or none.)

Some of them get quite occupied with other customers so here's a suggestion. Even the busiest dancer has to take her turn on stage occasionally. Sit at the rail during the dance of someone who interests you and put out an above average tip, meaning over a dollar or two. Unlike some clubs, the place is well lit enough that they can see the customers and remember who tips and then they'll find you, wherever you're sitting later. (House rule is that they can't approach you for a private dance when you're at the rail so move to a table if you want that to happen.)

Every half hour or so, the DJ announces that all available ladies should report to the back, then he has them parade around the stage and he announces a free dance special. When the ladies come back out onto the floor immediately after, pick the one you like and head for the private dance area. The "free dance" is a short one and you'd be a heel to bail out after that, so you'll stay in the booth with her for at least one paid one, but it does amount to a dance and a half for the price of one.

I won't comment on "mileage" because I've come to feel that, at least at the Jet Strip, everyone gets pretty much the mileage he deserves. Act like a jerk, come unshowered or decline to tip and you'll be treated accordingly. Unlike some places, this one is out to build repeat clientele.

This is a small club and good if you have an hour or two to waste before going to LAX. Cover was $5 (I went at about 2 PM weekday) and minimum one drink per hour, about $6.00 for a soft drink.

Girls were nice and surprisingly good looking for the time of day I was there. Got a dance from Melanie who is from Canada (blonde, about a 6.5/10) for $30/song. Dance was very good. I did not ask for extras but I think it may have been a possibility. Would have spent more time there but the dances were too expensive. Girls in general there were 7s and 8s. Got a dance from Melanie because she was very personable and I think she likes to get down and dirty.

Gotta admit, a bit of an uptick. Had a long layover so checked it out during the day -- not a lot of girls, but caliber was much better than last visit (okay, it's been years) and atmosphere was much more relaxed. Girl named Charlie (Charley? Charli?) sat with me for almost half an hour, no pressure. Night shift started to trickle in just as I had to trickle out to the airport; there were a couple new girls I'd have loved to see naked, seeing them come in in street clothes. Will probably return next time in town for more extended time, just to see if improvements are across the board.

This club is becoming my favorite place. I was thinking of giving it a bad review here just to keep more of you away so I could have more of the dancers to myself. The following comments apply to afternoon visits because I haven't been there in the evening for quite some time.

I like the no-hassle atmosphere. One or two ladies hit me up for dances but most left me alone. I almost wish more of them had asked but I'd prefer that to the atmosphere where you arrive and then the attitude is "Get a lap dance or get out". At the JS, if you just want to sit and watch naked women for a few hours, it's quite all right.

The room could be a little brighter and warmer and the layout of the stage is not good. But every time I've been there lately, there have been about a dozen good-looking women. Some of the more popular ones always seem to be busy with customers but there's always someone around that I like.

The private dances are done in the back in very comfortable chairs.

Mostly, I like the friendly mood. And the tits.




Since the club was apparently named after me, I figured I'd give it a try. It is a relatively small place with around 10 dancers or so. There actually might be more dancers there, but a couple seem to be coupled with particular customers or hiding in the back, so it is hard to be sure. I don't care for the stage area. It is a funny shape, long and narrow with in a shape of a T. They do most of the "dancing" at one end and walk down the T to visit the tippers. This place seems to be designed for private dances as there isn't enough tipping to make that worthwhile. I had three dancers in the private area. One did some good grinding, another was a waste of time. The third provided a very nice dance. All were good looking. If you find a girl you like, give her a try in the back. If you enjoy the first private, don't let go. Once they get hooked up with another loser, you might not have a second chance for a long time.

Since I've had to work the last couple of Saturdays, I figured that I'd try the good old JS for a Saturday lunch.I was happy to find out my company badge still got me in for free on a weekend...sweet!


I expected the place to be fairly empty at 1pm (which it was), but I was pleasantly surprised by the number of dancers working a Saturday afternoon - about 10. There were a couple of very good looking girls, but the majority were 6's or 7's at best. What the girls lacked in raw beauty they made up for in personality, friendliness, and most importantly....quality lapdances. No complaints there. I also noted that every girl got nekkid on stage, even tho there were times that no one was even paying attention to them - it seemed that virtually every customer (all 5 or 6 of us) had girls sitting with them, so everyone was preoccupied and not really watching the stage all that much. I spent most of my time with a girl who normally works the Saturday night shift, but was working the dayshift that day. My good luck! My lunch "hour" turned into 5 hours, and my intention to spend only $30 or so was out the window as well. No regrets!!

I think that there is definitely hope for this place, but I am basing it on one or two daytime trips. I believe the real test rests in the nightshift experience, which I hope to test out soon.

not much has changed here in the past years in my book. Once in a while there will be a hot girl or two working but most of the time nothing special to look at. It gets crowded on the weekends, sometimes standing room only. I would rather spend my time at BE. Hotter girls, nicer club, and basically all the same prices. But its not horrible, and if your in the area not a bad way to kill some time, but BE is a much better choice.

I left this club after the DJ started cutting the songs short. Too bad, I was the only customer in the place and would have stayed to continue lap dances with all the girls. As it was I got dances from 3 out of the seven that were working. Some of the times, the girls were not up on the floor dancing and this place could use more girls becaue of that. I found the drinks to be very expensive, the girls are average looking, some with enhanced boobs which is typical of LA.

My experiences here (especially the most recent) vary from some of the other gents reporting. I'm an afternoon guy and had a very pleasant time there on a recent Friday. Nice conversations with Erica, Kylie. Mindy and Trixie. Good dances with a couple of them. I find the atmosphere casual and friendly, as opposed to the Bare Elegance where the dancers seem cold and the music and lighting are oppressive. At the Jet, at least when I've been there during the day, there's no hustle to pick a lady, get a lap and get out.

I don't like the layout of the stage, which forces the dancers to play to one guy at ringside at a time and ignore the rest. I also don't like those TV sets around the stage. Do they really think guys are going to stop looking at the nude women to watch ESPN? And of course, I wish the disc jockey would shut the fuck up, but I feel that way about every disc jockey in every strip club.

But other than that, it's great. There were about a dozen ladies on duty while I was there, including two who were announced as auditioning. (I'd have hired both of them in a second.) About half of the dozen interested me, which is a pretty decent percentage for a strip club.


I had two similarly disappointing visits to the Jet Strip and the Century Lounge, both old favorites of mine (the other report is in the Century section). There seems to be very little in the way of consistency when it comes to strip clubs, even if your visits are only 2 or 3 weeks apart. Anyway, here goes.

At the Jet, they managed to put together all their worst features in one night. The lineup was even worse than usual. Fewer girls and fewer good looking girls. The new girls included the least attractive dancer that I have seen all summer. The club has now a firm reputation for a poor lineup, and that's just not a good reputation for a strip club to have.

To add insult to injury, the club departed from its excellent stage lighting, and left it to the dancers. Bad idea. The stage was dark and useless most of the time. The DJ also resumed the game playing with the song length, cutting many songs below the 3-minute mark. I am pretty tired of this silliness, so when I see any regular song going below 3 minutes, I just save my lap money for another club that doesn't play games.

Another spoiler was that more than half the girls didn't bother get completely nude. Even the top girl there who has an excellent body kept most of the "interesting stuff" covered, so it was not even a question of hiding defects, just the dancers doing what they felt like and the heck with the customers.

To top it all, the girls systematically entered the stage late. The DJ played the already short songs with almost no pauses in between, so the girl collecting the tips took half of the first song of the next dancer. After that, many dancers started their second song more than a minute late, with nothing in their appearance to indicate that they needed more than 5 seconds to prepare.

I read three very recent reports on different boards that confirm the impressions I got during this visit. I was starting to believe that the club management was getting its act together and going back to the days of professionalism and customer orientation. I am really disappointed.

Management pulled another trick last Wednesday night; they cancelled the contest even before any girls showed up. When I got there about 9 PM (the announced time for the contest), there weren't any contestants there, and that made me suspicious. Sure enough, by 11 PM it was obvious that no contest would be held. False advertising is a major business offense.

Most of the song-lengths were cut; lighting has gone back to dim, though of different colors for different dancers. Vivian, who has been praised here, is a Latina with a puggy stomach, which she keeps covered, probably to hide postpartum stretch marks. She does have large nipples, which puffs up nicely if you play her right. She does a good grind in the back.

Although there was no contest Wednesday night, there were about 12 regulars on the night shift. A new girl named Vicki told me that she had been working there for only three days. She has a good, muscular body (from weight-lifting) but does not yet know how to appear sexy.

Very disappointed. Agree with others that it's gone downhill. See more details in recent review of Bare Elegance.

I have to rate this club based on my experience of being there on a week-day during the day. Maybe there are better girls at other times. But this was horrible pickings. I was lured there by the reviews in Z-Bone, a local strip club chat room. The raves that some of these guys give some of the girls are entirely unwarranted. The supposed hotties that were supposed to be there turned out to be older and fatter and plainer than advertized. If I go back here, it won't be for quite a while. It's just not worth it.

I like to try a different lady every time I go to a club. This time, I didn't see anyone available who appealed to me more than the lady I got a dance from the last time I was here, who was Trixie. Everyone else was either tattooed or busy with other guys. Trixie was friendly and things didn't seem rushed so I had a good time.

On my last visit to Jet Strip (last week on the day shift) I observed the following:
The parking: You can park for free on the street or pay to park in the lot.
The club: some what small and outdated compared to the newer clubs.
The stage: small with low ceiling. Tall girls need to watch their heads.
The food: it is OK if you are hungry and the prices are reasonable (compare to the drinks)
The drinks: No alcohol, what more to say?
The Girls: Some are lookers, and other are average.
The Lap Dances: The best LD in the LAX area. If you pick the right girl, she will earn every dollar (and might leave you penny less).

Summary: If you are in the LAX area (or any other spot in LA) and you are looking for a steamy LD this is the spot for you.

An update on the Jet based on two night visits since my last report. I enjoyed myself much more than my previous visit. The management seems to have responded to customer feedback.

First, the song length went back to 3:00 minutes sharp when I was there. I hope this is here to stay, and that we won't see more cutting games in the future. Song length is not only an economics question for lap costs, but it also affects the stage fun. Shorter songs don't give a chance for the dancer to make the rounds at the tip rail, leaving tipping customers disappointed. Also, dancers are at their wildest towards the end of the song, so cutting the last 30 seconds (or even 15 seconds) of a song diminishes the dance significantly.

Second, the stage lighting is back to the glory days. Nuff said.

The only thing they still need to improve on is the dancer lineup. The best dancers are great, but the majority are below par (sorry, ladies). I know this is harder to change, but I am hopeful they will gradually build up a delicious lineup like the one they used to have.

The mileage is not that good when you pick a looker. This is in comparison with the mileage of a similar looker at the VB for example. By reputation, the mileage at the Jet is quite high. I think the lookers at the Jet feel they can afford to deliver low mileage and still get dances since there are so few of them. I expect things to improve when the club hires more lookers and market competition kicks in.

I have noticed more customers in the last visit, and a more lively atmosphere. I hope this trend continues. I am a fan of the Jet, but I will always say it like it is, the good and the bad.

I went in this past Wednesday for the contest. There were six girls, and the last two (as usual) were beautiful: one a petite Asian, the other a tall blond (from Nashville). During the summer, strippers visiting LA will drop in for the contest, since first prize is $600. The first contestant was dancing for the first time--a black girl, a bity chuncky, obviously scared, but with the biggest nipples that I have ever seen (about four inches in diameter). She used the name Max.

The club dancers were fine, though I did not have the reaction to the new Vivian that some guys have. To me, she was just average. The newer girl Havana (about 6 weeks now) is rather cold.

The rating of 4 is not because of the girls, but because of the management. Once again, they rushed the contestants off stage with only one song, with even that one cut short. Fewer guys than usual were there; word is spreading about the idiot that runs the Wednesday night show.

I've been to this club about five times. Each time, I've been with a different dancer. Each time when I return, a dancer I've never seen before says "Great to see you again. We had such a good time last time you were here." I go along with it but I wonder why they all have to act like they remember you when you don't. Had a nice time with Trixie who said it was even better than the last time for her. Uh-huh.

A low-energy night at the Jet Strip. The Jet has made some blunders over the past year. They lost some of their star dancers, they cut their songs short (which they still do for some of the songs), they darkened the stage (which they started to undo now), and they lost some of their loyal following.

The place used to be extremely well run and customer-oriented, and that was a great long-term investment. Unfortunately, it took much less to undo that than it took to build it into a recognized tradition.

To their credit, the Jet seems trying to get back on track. They even didn't cancel the amateur contest with only 3 girls participating (this was the first time ever I see a contest anywhere with only 3 girls). It is not easy to rebuild the lost momentum, but I hope they succeed. They used to be one of the best strip clubs in Southern California.

Went on a Wednesday, after visiting Century Club the night before. Wasted money on Starla. Avoid the ROB. She was bored, gave a terrible lap, and threatened to call the bouncer when I touched her tit (after promising extras during a vip for $30). Total waste. I asked a hot mixed race girl (Jasmine?) for VIP, and she said it was her break and she'd get back to me-never did?!? A hot little black girl named Gemini saved the day. She was a hot dancer (the only one), and she focused on me since I was the only guy at the tip rail. About five guys in the place and only 4 girls. Gemini gave me a real close sniff when she bent over and squated over my face! As she collected her dollars, she said "I KNOW that you want some of this, so I'll come by for a VIP. Buy two and lets have fun" Of course, I did. SHE stuck her tit in my mouth, put my hand on her ass, and told me that she would earn a tip. Did she ever. After the two very high mileage dances, she said that more could be had as the night went on. Unfortunately, I had to catch a plane. She is a beautiful 20 year old black girl who enjoys her work. She is the only reason for going there. I give it a 7, without her a 4.

This is in my opinion the best club in LA. Why? It's not the glitziest, athough the remod a few years back spruced it up a bit; It doesn't neccessarily have the most beautiful women. But what it does have are friendly girls, who will get to know you, and a great private VIP area. Overall, JS is a very small club, especially compared to a lot of the newer "Gentlemens" Clubs.
There is a big center stage a la "fashion runway" style, and seats around it. Unlike clubs in Texas or Florida, the VIP rooms are fairly private with private chairs and a translucent drape covering each booth. The front of the VIP area are for bikini dances for $20, and the back room are for topless "Executive" dances. I like to go for the back room even though it costs more because there is more privacy and I think the girls give better dances there.
Depending on the dancers, of course, YMWV, but two of the best ones are Carmen and Alicia, who are hot, give good dances and will talk to you afterwards and spend some time with you. I would give Jet stip the highest nasty factor of the clubs that I have been to in LA and other cities.
Their sister club is Bare Elegance, but I don't really like it as much even though it is bigger and newer club - mostly because the dancers don't have as good an attitude, and there were no topless dances there the last time I checked. Not nearly the nasty factor as JS either.
So overall, this has to be my favorite club - check it out during the slow periods of 4-6, they have dance specials 2 for 1, (but the first freebie is a shortened 2 minute or so dance). The only thing is that the DJ always times the songs, so that no matter which song it is, you only get about 3 minutes.


I think I'm going to make this place a regular late afternoon visit. That way, I can go to the Jet Strip, enjoy a little flesh fondling, then go by my favorite rib place and pick up dinner. The only problem is that if it goes the way it did today, I'll be going to pick up ribs with the front of my pants damp. Had a very good time at the J.S. with Carmen. Very attractive, very friendly. But I think I got lucky and got there when she wasn't busy.

The Jet Strip has long been a favorite of mine, but the club is on the opposite side of LAX from where I work and live and traffic has made me an irregular in recent years. Traffic has been unexpectedly light in LA recently, so I took a long lunch break today and made the trek to the Jet.

They have put in new furniture and it's pretty nice. The basic club layout is unchanged. Entry is to the side and the stage takes up most of the main room with the juice bar to the rear of the club. This is Friday afternoon and there were a lot of dancers, but few PLs present. HAH! That's my kind of ratio!

Since I don't know any of the dancers anymore, I took the advice of an earlier poster and looked for the known, hot daytime dancers. Trixie was there. She's a tall, thin blond with breasts a bit larger than one might expect for her frame; attractive, but not my type. Mia wrapped her arms around me from behind and asked for a dance. I almost went for it, but had not been there long and wanted to watch more dancers dance first. Erica sat a talked. She's an attractive brunette with a medium rack and thin hips. I had the sense that she was low mileage, I don't really know, and declined an invitation for a dance.

Carmen came out of the back with a middle aged PL (like me) and he seemed pretty happy, so I asked her for some dances. This turned out to be a good choice, on my part.

Carmen is a very pretty medium hieght latina with a pronounced hourglass figure. She is nice and personable, as well. As an earlier poster indicated, she gets down to action right away. If this is what you want, this is the girl for you. Personally... I like it! Everything stays covered, which doesn't seem to matter to this girl. She knows what she's doing and does it well. She won't string you along for lots of dances. Carmen works Mon, Thu, and Fri days.


After an unpleasant experience at Spearmint Rhino (City of Industry), I drove down to the always reliable Jet and was not disappointed. Friendly, relaxed, no hustle, and beautiful women - the Jet Strip is simple the best place to unwind with some very private, very sensual lap dances. Though she has been dancing at the Jet for something like 9 years, I had my first dance ever with Tiger, and was not disappointed. I still miss some of my favorites from a couple years ago (i.e. Janie, Jersey), but the Jet is still #1 with me. Highly recommended.

I was in LA on business a few weeks ago and decided to check out Jet Strip. It's very much a neighborhood club, unlike some of the other places in the LAX area. On a Wednesday night it was fairly empty, and the place overall is very cozy and relaxed. Girls will hang out and chat, and there's very little hustling. There were 6-7 girls there that night, ranging from 5-8. Couple of Asian chicks, couple Latinas, and a couple white girls.

I was hanging out checking out the scene when they started up one of those 1-minute lap dance deals where all the girls roam around the place. Immediately this hot young latina chick with a huge rack caught my eye, and I asked her for a private dance. I think her name was Edna or something like that (sorry I'm bad with names). We went back to the VIP area which is very private, with the couches each having their own booth with curtain. Also no bouncers or goons anywhere to be found. So naturally roaming is easy and encouraged. Right away I realized this girl's great tits were all natural, and they were at least DD's. Before I knew it I had been back there for 5 or 6 songs (at $30 a pop), but by the time we were done let's just say I left very satisfied.

When we came back out to the main area we chatted for a bit, then I left. I might have hung out longer but they don't serve alcohol, so I just decided to leave. Overall a great time in a cozy, low-key club. I will definitely be back next time I'm in LA.

I have now been to this club several times, and I like it a lot. It medium-sized, comfortable seating, and good service. At night, parking is valet, day time, you park yourself for free. Cover is $12.

I have never seen this club overly crowded, so it is always good for a low-key vibe. The girls are nude on stage, and mostly range from 6-8, w/ a couple better than that. Dances are either bikini for $20, or topless for $30. I've only ever gotten the topless, and have always had a good time. Generally, your hands are free to roam, and heavy grindage is involved. Of the dancers I've had, I would recommend the following: Ryan and Nolan during the day, Icy and Ezra at night.

Went to the Jet for amateur night. Here are my remarks in no particular order:

1. They have new comfy chairs. It makes a difference.

2. All the girls but one (Candy) have been regulars for more than a year. In the looks department, they are 6-8.

3. Songs are back to the 3:00 minute length after a short attempt to cut them to 2:30 few months ago.

4. The lighting is relatively worse for the contest. Used to be nice and bright, which makes it much more lively.

5. 6 out of the 7 contestants were very nice. Not a bad average. One good thing about the Jet is that the contest judging is honest.

6. Why did I rate it just 7? Mostly the poor lighting, but also the lack of more attractive girls, the level of Icy.

Was in town and visited several times late last year (Dec 04), plus I was updated by a couple of friends who are local and semi-regulars. In general daytime lap dances are more liberal. The stage dancing is totally nude but there are only topless, no nude lap dances. As in any place $ talks, but I wasn't hustled for anymore than the bucks I spent on the lap dances. I am over 50 so do not expect girls to "turn on to me". Likes $ as they all do but, unlike a previous reviewer, people I talked to had no experience with presure for tips or extra unwarranted charges. Open, hands allowed. Will french kiss. Shes popular, you may have to wait in line.

Carmen (Days). Mid twenties. Hot Dancer. Everything natural, no tats. Go for $30 dances, she wants to get you off but from the outside only (no unziping). As you get close, you can do almost anything with your hands. Oddly she works to finish you ASAP so you save some money with her.

Maya (Days) 20 years old, hot dancer, no tats, sweet, great body. After a couple of lap dances heats up. french kisses, after 6 of 7 almost anything goes, very special, but not cheap. I would call her the crack cocaine of dancers; 2 minutes after I left, I wanted to go back for more, and I ain't young.

Went by the other night and couldn't find a lady who interested me. There were a couple there who looked promising but I've learned to wait until they get a turn on stage and I can inspect the merchandise. Sure enough, the one who interested me most turned out to have a large, hideous mural tattooed on her back. Everyone who might have interested me was either heavily tattooed, pierced or both. If you like that kind of thing, you might have had a real good time there. As it was, I left without getting a private dance.

My first time there. I went on a rainy Monday night around 4:30. I used the free coupon off their website. Parking was free too (the valet was not yet working). Ordered a juice from a friendly waitress. The club is indeed pretty small. At least half the space is used for the VIP rooms. The small extra room in the front is now for a pay as you go massage chair, the kind they have at the mall. The girls were mixed racially, which was nice. They ranged from 5-6's to a 9+. On the way back to my seat, I noticed a couple of LA Sheriff's deputies at the end of the bar. Needless to say, I decided not to get anymore VIP dances until after they left in 45 minutes or so. Just didn't want any hassles. But I didn't see them hassling anybody, so I guess it was just a slow night for them as well. At around 6 PM or so, the night shift came in. A few of them were also 9+s. The contest tonight was only OK; there were seven contestants, but only three of them worth the wait. This was the first time that I've seen the new regular, Tiffany. Went back to my favorite rib place again and this took me past the Jet Strip again so I decided to go in. It was a pretty quiet night and most of the ladies seemed pretty bored. They were focussing what attention they had on one guy who I guess was a regular. Hey, if they gave me that much attention, I might become a regular, too. Anyway, I didn't see any body that interested me until a slim, young black girl came out on stage. A great rear end and she knew how to use it. I had to hang around and get a private dance which turned into two and then three and then five, but she only charged me for three. No one was paying any attention so a lot of touching went on. I got the feeling that if there had been more people in the place, the five dances would have been five dances, and the mileage would have been lower. As it was, I went home happy.

This is a smaller club once inside. The stage extends through the middle of the club. There are private dance booths in the back. The night cost is for the private dances is $30. They do have 2 for 1 specials occasinally, but its is usually the standard short first song, then second song. If you get a girl quick, and one that you know, they will sometimes start their dance before the first song, though they are not supposed to.

I like this club for several reasons, there is a good mix of dancers, white, latina, black, and asian. My preferece is asian then latina, so this is a good club. The dancers can get pretty wild in the private dances. Lastly, the DJ is usually good about not cutting the songs too short. The private dances are topless. About the songs, this is true especially late night. I have been getting a dance from a girl during a song that I knew to be 4+ minutes, the song lasted 4 minutes. Much better than Spearmint Rhino where the DJ is trigger happy to end the song.

I guess there is a VIP lounge room too. I never knew it existed for years, unitl a new dancer tried to get me to use it. It is stuck in the corner next to the bar. I didn't go for it. I don't know of anyone who ever has used it.

There was an asian hottie there a few months ago named Honey. She was fine, but a little too talkative for my tastes. Haven't been in a while, don't know if she is still there.

This is a club about 5 minutes from LAX (hence the name). It is reasonably clean, but small with only one stage. There is a large, curtained-off area that is partioned into two spots: $20 couch dances and $30 lap dances (in a chair vs couch). Of course, unless you specify you will be brought to the $30 area. When done with the dances, you pay the bartender (which is split 50/50 with the house and dancer). Your dancer will then ask for a "tip" so a $30 lap dance turns into a $40 or whatever. Be careful for this hidden cost, but you either pay through the nose or look like a deadbeat. The dances are high-mileage (of course YMMV) with all-over touching (sans the Y). But I would not say I got $40 lapdances, compared to others in L.A. County, like Hawaii Theater.

I was impressed! I visited a bunch of years ago, and left highly disappointed. The club has been redesigned (mostly just the lap dance area, but also they lost the beaded booths on the West wall). The quality of dancers was very high. And the level of contact was much better (for topless dances) than anything I had here before. Definitely worth visiting.

Check the schedule to make sure that they're on it before you stop by, get close for the stage show, and then head back for the topless lap dances. Totally worth it.

I was driving down Hawthorne Blvd. heading for my favorite rib place when I passed the Jet Strip and on impulse decided to stop. I was glad I did. Not a huge selection of ladies but there were two that were pretty good looking and devoid of tattoos and piercings. One put the hustle on me almost immediately so just to be ornery, I went with the other for what turned out to be a very nice private dance with just enough touching both ways. After that, the ribs tastes especially good.

Went to check out the Jet as there were mixed reports recently about the quality, and also about the girls that moved here from the Bare Elegance after the new owners there took over.

My own impression is that the Jet slowed down. The atmosphere was not lively, the stage was darker than usual and the stage work was not up to par. The girls (there were about 12-15 girls and a comparable number of customers) were not very energetic, and hardly anyone was going for multiple laps.

Icy seems to have become the queen here (she is also dancer of the month on their web site). She seems more relaxed than before. I also liked Jewel more than before. Estecia (or something to that effect) was quite attractive, but she needs to work on her customer approach. The regulars like Blair and Ezra are still going strong. The club canceled the Wednesday night dance contest again, probably not enough customers.

I hope this was just an off night.

Not a bad club, sort of feels like the minor leagues with BE being the majors. The girls here can range from smokin to beat. Its really hit and miss on girls, but on weekends the place gets pretty crowded and they have many girls to accomadate.
