It was a slow day at work so my co-workers and I decided to take a long lunch with some entertainment. We got there at 12:30pm on a wednesday and got in free with our co. badges. Of course ultimately, it cost us 15 bucks each for the hamburger, fries, and drink. Of course, I think it was still worth it. Amyways, there was only 2 dancers when we first got there but a few more slowly trickled in. In total, we saw 5 dancers, all cute, as expected for BE. The problem is that the dancers only began showing up after lunch. I wanted to stay longer and see the other girls dance but I did have to go back to work. Was asked for a dance by the 2 blonds who were there earlier but passed. Didn;t want to get overly excited and head back to work, if u know what I mean. All in all, it was a great lunch break.

Sigh. Ten years ago, this used to be one of my all-time favorite places to visit in Southern California. Back then, it was an upscale club with gorgeous girls and lots of contact. Now, it's still an upscale club and the girls are still attractive (... not gorgeous, but definitely good-looking). But, it's ALL about the money. Had a couple of 3 for $100 dances with different girls. All the girls were lookers, but the dances were lacking in ... shall we say ... inspiration. And, I hate the fact that you have to go back to the bar with the girl to pay for the dances. Makes it feel way too much like a business transaction (which it is, but let's leave a little fantasy in place, shall we?) ... plus you get both the dancer and the bartender pushing for a tip above and beyond the $33.33/dance price. If a girl deserves a tip, she'll get it -- I don't need the bartender to remind me. Maybe if the dances had been more satisfying, I wouldn't have minded so much. But, as it is, I may have to try some place new next time I visit sunny Southern California.

This is hands down the best club in LA. I went here on my 18th birthday which was 12 years ago and it is still THE BOMB today in July! Beautiful girls, comfy chairs and a laid back atmosphere. The only thing better would be if they served beer. They cant though because its 18+. If ever in LA or near the airport you should come here. Right on the corner of Imperial and Inglewood Ave. Look for coupons in the Reader. Get in free before 8pm most days if not half price. I once saw Pauly Shore here and they filmed the strip club scene from Dude Wheres My Car here. As my friends and myself would say.....lets go to heaven...aka....BE!

It's close to LAX and it seemed decent from previous reviews so I stopped by for a couple hours. The first surprise was a $20 cover. Maybe they didn't like the way I looked. Inside it was a nice looking place with pretty comfortable chairs and some very nice looking ladies. A glass of soda or juice was $6.

There was one dancer on stage almost all the time and most would get nude for a brief time. The dancers were nice to watch but the stage show was pretty bland. Tipping at the stage would get you a little show but not much. The ladies were friendly and most had good attitudes when turned down for dances, but I was quoted $41 for a couch dance from all of them, or 3 songs in a booth for $103. Now, who ever heard of $41 for a dance? I bet they hear no most of the time. They did run a 2 for 1 special occasionally so I gave that a shot. The dances were topless, although the girls would give you a peek, and minimal contact, at best. Unless I chose the wrong dancers it looks like that there is little fun here and it's very overpriced.

Stopped in Monday night after arriving at LAX. Decent crowd. It was my first time there. Got there just as a dance contest was starting. As I understand it they have a sky box for really big budgets, and one or two couch dance areas. I ventrued into the one behind the secondary stage. Evidently during the contest they run a special of two for one lap dances which really works out to be four for the price of three (at $100 plus tip). Still haven't figured out that works to to be a two-fer. Must be the new math. Anyway. Nikki was a real sweetie; Swedish descent, nice squishy man-mande hooters and a nice style. Didn't stay long and only experienced Nikki, but I'd definately check it out again.

Bare Elegance has always been one of the best clubs in the L.A area. It's a strip club so expect the unexpected and the same ole same ole. Great managment and theres always really hot dancers. Dance Contest Night is a great night because you can hook up with a girl from the Valley or OC. There are so many girls on dance contest night + the normal dancers, thers enough to go around. Good parking and it's located right off the freeway near LAX. Much better choice than the Wild Goose! I tried to get a DJ gig here for years when I lived in Cali and could never get in the door. I was suprised the management was personable over the phone long distance when I inquired recently about hooking up with a gig. If your in the LAX area, this is definalty the hot spot for a good time. L.A can lack a bit of soul luster sometimes, so you might get lucky and get that chick fresh off the boat from Texas. Bare rocks!

I arrived about 10PM. There was about a dozen girls standing and sitting around and maybe 20 customers. The girls were all very pretty, maybe 8 on average. The small stage is right next to the bar. It was easy to approach the girls but they didn't hustle me for dances. I tried a couple of dances with two different girls. The lap dance area is up a few stairs and quite well lit and doesn't feel very private even though there are individual booths. Minimum mileage, no passion from both girls. I'd rate this place a 6 except the girls are so cute.

Some good looking women, but a weird vibe. I Don't know how the Bare continues to pull in these beautiful women with so few customers showing up. At least some of the girls must be making decent money as they were attached to their regulars. Was there last Sat. evening. There were several girls I would gladly have bought dances with, but they were hard to track down. Can't remember everyone names as I stopped in for a couple drinks at a bar down the road. I had a couple of dances that were okay. A lot of wanna dance and then they move on if you aren a regular.

The club is getting better and better and the girls are hot. I have been there many times and most of times i really have a good times. Friday is a free lunch and the food are okay but most important of all, there are girls smiling at you.
The atmosphere at the club is good, not too dark, price have gone up a little bit but still reasonable. they also offer 2 for 1 during afternoon hours which is a good bargain.

Listed as Inglewood, its more between the cities of el segundo and hawthorne, close to LAX, not a bad area. You can park on the street and your car will probably be OK-check it out when you go. The women are cuter then many full nude clubs and the place is fine overall. I's suggest amateur contest night for the most variety. Free and discount coupons are in the back of the LA Weekly and LA Citybeat.

Was totally dead on a Saturday night. The area is mildly sketchy, but not unsafe. $5 parking fee which was annoying. Inside, only about 5 dancers and 5 patrons on a Saturday. Bad music, bad lighting, the staff looked unfriendly. Sat for a few minutes and was told I had to buy a $10 bottle of water. Total ripoff. Dancers didn't seem very friendly or social. Would recommend going to COI or orange county than this.

Recent midweek afternoon- managed to hit the "sweet spot"(relatively slow time with 8-9 attractive dancers, and few customers).

BE-101 REVIEW- Daytime parking fees is a hit or miss proposition, missed today, but obtrusive/stingy bathroom troll was there today. Utilized free pass card from prior visit to get in, cover would normally be $5 daytime. Since my last review (12-06), all tiered dance prices have gone up by $1 per dance. So, daytime per dance prices now: upstairs bikini($21), downstairs topless($31), and downstairs VIP near entry door($83 per 3 song "package).

DANCER ATTRACTIVENESS- Continues to be strong point here- todays crew of 8-11 were all "7Ups". There were several oncoming arrivals, with my limited time, did not sample all stages. There was balanced diversity between Cauc. blondes, brunettes, and Asians. I'd say 3/5 of dancers were enhanced, with medium or short heights, and good medium builds being predominant.

STAGES&LAPS- Only central single aux stage was utilized. Clipping was inconsistent today, some songs were "LA Generous" 3 minutes, some were 2.5 mins. Laps with 3 different dancers were happily moderate contact.

SUMMARY- Bare Elegance day shift may be best kept secret here. IMO, day shift attractiveness is every bit as good as night, with per dance cost mostly $10 less, and VIP package $20 less. So, if you have long airport wait for flight, a quick cab ride would be worth your while.

Continuing my tour as I head East, I visited BE on a Friday just before noon. The parking was three bucks, or $10 if you needed a valet's help. I had a free admittance chit from last Spring at the Jet Strip so the $6 entry fee was avoided. There are a couple of stages, but only the small, circular one was in use. The stages are not well lighted and the dancers, although they do quite a bit of floor work, don't get close and aren't highly visable. This isn't like Tampa where "close" is unarguable. The mandatory (I think) drink was something like $5.75, but make it seven with tip. There were fifteen or so customers and plenty of girls. The style here as at the Jet Strip (LA area?) is to sit at the rail and tip, or occupy a table if you are a lap dance candidate. The girls pretty much don't bother you for laps at the rail. I had laps from three different dancers. The first took me to the VIP area which has a mandatory 3 dance minimum ($83 daytime, $106 nights). The area has "private", curtained booths, and I didn't notice any activity monitors (Sex Nazis). The second allowed there was another area with one-at-a-time $30 dances. I didn't try this so I can't describe it. You pay the bartender after the session. No point in complaining about this. It's the law. The first two performances were pretty good, the third a total bust. So far as I could determine everything was legal and above board. No extras were offered. The girls were attractive, but not hot.

i have been to this club about 7-8 times in the past year.

Pros:
- Definitely one of the top 3 SCs in LA in terms of looks, lots of LA 7-9s. Would probably rate it #2 behind 4play, and ahead of #3 Rhino in Van Nuys or LA when it comes to the talent level.
- Great food, get the hamburger or baked potato. It's excellent actually.
- Large flat screen TVs showing big sporting events. Can just come here to chill and have a burger.
- Smoking patio in back, has benches, nice green lawn, well kept. Great place to go when one needs to step out to take an important business call. Very quiet with privacy.
- Mileage is surprisingly not bad. It's nothing spectacular, but it's ok.
- Almost all dancers look to be in great shape. All are very fit, toned, thin. No big girls here, or girls with 'extra meat', which is probably actually a con for many guys

Cons:
- No topless dances, only nude ($41)
- Have to wait in a line after the dance with the dancer to pay the cashier. For a lot of reasons, there is always awkward silence here. This makes the entire experience for the patron feel extremely transactional, which definitely takes away from the experience.
- Club, including lap area, is relatively bright compared to many other SCs


Vibe here is okay. Some days/dancers have good energy, good attitudes, most are just whatever. You can tell which clubs in LA in which management instructs the girls that it is imperative to have a positive attitude, positive energy (ie SR LA/Van Nuys), and other clubs where this isn't a policy that is stressed much (ie 4play). At Bare, most of the dancers have a sort of vacant, 'whatever' attitude. Not a bad attitude, but definitely not happy or enthusiastic either. Come to think of it, I got the 'i just want to go home' vibe from a lot of the girls the last few times I was there. But maybe that's just me. Also, a lot of girls at a lot of places are like this, so this really isn't saying much.

To recap, if you want to see some of the best SC hotties in LA, go here, it's definitely worth a visit and one of the top clubs in LA IMO. Just don't expect to have a wild time or anything crazy.


I am rating this club a 5 because the hamburger I ordered was surprisingly good. Quality beef, a fresh bun, tasty cheese, and the fries were good and crisp. I visited the club from 5 to 6:30pm on a Monday. Valet parking was mandatory: $4+, and the cover was $6. A watered down lemonade was $6.50, but the burger was a steal at $6. I really enjoyed the burger, and can recommend this place to anyone in the area in search of a nice place to grab a bite. For those more interested in high contact lap dances with beautiful women, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Perhaps it was shift change time during my visit, but there were more bouncers in the club than dancers--and the bouncers were better looking. The best looking woman I saw there was a blond in a business suit walking around with a clipboard. I thought about asking her for a dance, but she looked busy. I left for a flight to London out of LAX without trying a single dance. Several hours later, after my flight had been cancelled, I returned to the club. I was there from 12:30am until closing (2am). At this point, there were around ten dancers, with approximately 20 customers. Some of the dancers were lookers, 6´s, 7´s, 8´s. The main stage was in use about half of the time, and was vacant the rest of the time, meaning that there were significant spells during which there was nothing to see. I had topless dances from three attactive ladies, one of whom I subsequently took to the VIP for the full nude treatment. At $41 the topless dances are significantly overpriced. The lap area is along the back wall, hidden from view from the rest of the club. However, the cubicles have semi-transparent sidewalls, so one can see quite clearly what is going on in the cubicles to either side. Unfortunately, the girls watch one another and tattle on those who break the rules, so the atmosphere is rather uptight. I was told by two girls to keep my arms on the armrests and my hands to myself: at $41 a song. The VIP area is more private, but the dances were still tame relative to my expectations given the presence of this club in the TUSCL Top 40. I have visited roughly half of the clubs on that auspicious list, and I would have to say that this club does not belong there, despite the delicious burgers. If I had it to do all over again, I would fork out an extra $50 for a car and gas and head out to the Hawaii Theater in Industry. I visited that club twice last week and was very impressed. I'll try to post a review in the coming days.

I have been to bare elegance several times in the afternoon. These days you have to pay $5 for valet parking and a $6 entry fee and a 1 drink minimum. There are plenty of good looking girls available although sometimes it's difficult to get their attention if it's lunchtime (they seem to be too busy eating! Look out for Tanya, April and Rachel who were my favorites. There is a nice circular stage in the center where the nude dancing takes place. Topless encounters cost a pricey $40 in the booths on each side. Wait for the 2-for-1 specials which are fairly frequent, although the songs are a bit shorter. $90 gets 3 dances with possibly some touching opportunities although don't think there are extras available - the bouncers pay close attention (ymmv). Overall a nice clean club with some good looking girls where you can spend a very pleasant couple of hours for $150.

Went by tues about 3PM. Parking was free at this time. Entrance feee was $6.00 , minimum soft drink was $5.75. Although there were about 12 girls place was empty of customer. A girl aproach me. Talk to me and ask me if I wanted a lap dance. Price was $31 (she told me it recently went up $1.) I told her I was waiting for the 2/1. Meanwhile a girl named Sienna was dancing. She looked ok. Another girl Violata aproach me. She told me she was from Russia. Told her the same thing. A beatiful Asian girl aproach me. Told her the same thing. Another one from Brazil <very cute talked to me for about 10 mi, trying to make me change my mind. Finally Sienna aproach me. I told her about the 2/1. She said that the special would be coming up after a couple of more numbers. Told me she would come back then. She came back 10 mi. later. Told me that they would not have a 2/1 but that the Mgr. oked just for me. I said ok. She told me that I could get a deal of 4/$83. I told her I would take it if should would be nice to me. I am almost 100 years old, and because of that some lap dancers are very cold and do the minimum for me.. Anyway I went to what I think they call the VIP section. She has beutiful mediun size breast. Not those balloons filled with silicone. Let me do what I wanted with them. Was very happy after the four dances. Gave her a $20.00. Went over to the register to pay the $83.00. Usually at this club you have to pay first. Gave her another $1- tip. She did not take it telling me that I already gave her $20.000. All in all had a very nice time.

Visisted the club last Wednesday. I had not been in a while and was happy to see the place had quite a few girls, many of which were VERY attractive. The bar area was clean and the watresses were attentive, but not pushy. I had a few drinks and watched the main stage for a while to get a feel for the girls that were working. While several girls stopped to see if I wanted a lap dance, I never felt pressured. When I did settle on a girl for a VIP dance (unfortunately, don't recall her name, but she was a 5' 6" skinney brunette that had a killer body, but a so-so face), I was really impressed. I don't go to strip clubs very regularly, but this girl was one of the best dances I have ever had. It has a high contact dance with lots of extras. Needless to say the VIP dance purchase was well worth the extra bucks and she delivered as promised. This is a really nice club and although a bit pricey, is the best in LA other than perhaps Speramint Rhino. Highly recommend this club.

I keep promising myself I won't go back here and I keep winding up in the area, remembering earlier good visits and giving the place another try.

If I went just by the look of the dancers, I'd give the place a 9. Some very good looking ladies, especially one named Jasmine. Is there a strip club in this country that doesn't have a dancer named Jasmine?

But the place is cold and impersonal, starting with the mandatory valet parking. The minute you walk in, you have that Vegas feeling that they're too eager to separate you from your money. The dancers aren't too friendly. The only ones I saw talking to customers were obviously talking to regulars who've been coming there a long time. Also, every time I've been there, the dance price has been raised and the songs seem a little shorter than the last time.

They were selling hard for some sort of Valentine's Day party.


It was my first time in BE. The dancer on stage was named "Luna" - "like the Moon.." she says. Talking to her was as easy as anybody I had ever talked to. We talked about the club and the new rates (increased by a dollar/dance). She was very pretty and made terrific eye contact, but that was not her best feature.
I tried out her dancing style with what the club calls a "Bikini Dance". It's upstairs, clothes (costume) on and went for $21. She started early and really seemed to enjoy it. She danced as though she could read my thoughts. We then had to "settle up" and in an awkward "pay the house" and they will pay the dancer. Strange. Anyway - Luna went on her way and I sampled a couple of other dancers. The Dj announced a 2 for 1 and I went looking for Luna. Found her after the "2 for 1" but she made up for it. I got a "4 for 3" dance in the Vip lounge for $84. She started early and she bared it all. Some great, sensual grinding and I felt like I was on a real date. She did a great job of faking an "O" and I have to admit she was pretty wet. She had me very close after four dances - I really had to concentrate to maintain composure.
Wish I lived closer, I'd be one of her very regular customers. Luna gets a 10.

1st night visit in a few mos. Most basics holding up, some prices going up. Driving in, parking fee(even if you self park) now up to 4 bucks. Cover was $20, don't know if its just a Sa. nite thing, or an any night thing now. Atmosphere was active, but not stifingly so. 90% of tables taken, PR seats around single stage alternately packed and empty, depending on DANCER// There were about 15, attractiveness range 5.5-9, kinda even across spectrum. Roughly even split brun. vs blonde, 1 or 2 redheads in the mix. Diversity of builds between rather skinny, and buxom. // STAGES&LAPS- Stages are 2 song sets, most songs in 2:45- 3 min range. One aspect that I don't understand is why they don't utilize main stage. They started to late in the game, place could be more hopping with 2 dancers @ once on mainstage, and more interactive style. As for laps, basic 2 way there, comfortable semi private to more private VIP setting, but you pay. Peak nights $30 bikini, $40 topless, or 3 for $100 VIP. I opted for VIP w. familiar dancer, as messing w. $40TL not worth it. // SUMMARY- A good comfort zone satisfying night, but things could be better for $$. Adding to parking and CC$$ woes was presence of bathroom troll- this is de rigeur for here, day or night, but this guy was stingy- covering gums & candy like it was f-ing family jewelry. Sufficient no. of good attractive dancers(if not strongest lineup) to leave with a smile.

This club is seriously overrated. I stoppd in around 10:00 on a Thursday night. Most of the seats at the tables were taken so I sat at the bar. There was one girl on stage, two sitting in the corner but no one working the room. After a half hour one girl finally came out from the back and starting walking around. I eventually tried one couch dance in the back. It was $100 for 3 dances but not never exciting. The were only a few wmone working and those that were were no more than 5s. I would look elsewere.

Been about 3 months since I visited BE. Came on a Thursday early afternoon. No changes in the environment at all. Still a number of good looking girls, mostly 7-9. Got a 2for1 dance from Chrystiana, who normally works night shift, which was nice. Also hooked up with Jade, who is one of my ATFs at this place. We had a nice conversation and a couple of VIPs together. Missed my other ATF Andrea, but still a good visit.

Came to club for Saturday before halloween. about 30 girls dancing most in costumes. Staff was also into it. Very fun atmosphere. The girls are still the hottest in Los Angeles. DJ makes it feel more of a dance club. Staff was very polite and owner was even having fun.

I made a return to the club scene recently with a visit to BE. It was always one of my favorites during the daytime. Remember this is LA and not LV! It still is though getting a little more threadbear on the furniture. Lunchtime midday had a decent group of lurkers, but most were eating and not paying attention to the stage. Very little rail tipping still, as before. At night it is a little better. Still is one of those clubs that you have to do your research and observe before you plunge. YMMV is the rule. I have had some great times in the vip at noon.. There is still much to be had; just be patient and use your instincts on the ladies.

I've been hanging out at BE on Saturday afternoons for many months now, and I figured that it was about time that I added a review, at least from a Saturday afternoon perspective.
This club never seems to run out of new beautiful dancers, many in the 7-9 range, even in the daytime. Lots of white girls, but unfortunately not alot of women of color.I especially like the fact that there doesn't seem to be alot of silicone here....lots of beautiful natural B & C cups. I have never seen a fuglie or a fattie here...some might complain that the average girl here is model skinny. TOO skinny for some. Some do tend to have an anorexic look, but most have great, toned bodies that they obviously take care of. One complaint, though: lots of smokers. Most can mask the smell, but when it gets in their hair, it can be a HUGE turn-off.

During my last Saturday daytime visit, there were 6 dancers (2 were brand spanking new), and about the same number of customers. Lately, in an effort to drum up more interest, the club has been running continuous 2fer1's from 11a -2p. Don't know how long this will last, but it's a great incentive to get folks there for lunch. They also run a $1.00 steak & fries lunch on Sat & Wed. Not bad grub for a buck.

Typical song length seemed to be in the 2:45-ish range....about average for BE. I didn't notice any severe clipping during 2fer's.The DJs was not too chatty but was very LOUD. They also need to turn the music down abit so that you can actually hold a conversation with the dancer that is sitting 6 inches away from you!

The dances I had in VIP were excellent. The ladies can be very generous in VIP, and of course YMMV. I've only had one bad dance here that I can recall, and it was from a new girl that really didn't know what she was doing. I cut her some slack for that, and tried to give her some pointers based on what I liked (and assumed others liked as well). That was a long time ago, and my latest forays in the back room have been awesome.
