For Fresno, this club is pretty good. But that's not saying much. If you're looking for a cold beer and some decent views, then this is your place. You might even get lucky enough to have some nice, soft boobs rubbed in your face. But don't look for lapdances in this place unless you go during the day and you get a 1 or maybe a 2 to rub up against you with more than just fat. In the evening things don't get much better with an occassional 7 that pops up. There's one stage with seats all around it. It's a giant square, so you might not even get a little thank you if you leave a tip. (The secret is to sit in the middle so no matter what end she starts at, you're sure to not get missed. In the back are lounges for dances, but it's almost always air. I keep thinking this place will change when I'm in town about once every couple of months, but it's just like Fresno. they can try to throw some make-up on it but it's still a pretty ugly place.

The only reason this place is a recipent of a good rating is because of Bella. She is very personable and does look at the customer as merely money but as an organic being. To complament her great personality, she is also qiute hot in comparsion to the other ladies. City Lights would be probably be forcolsed if not for Bella.

i had the strangest experience here. as i was coming into the club i saw a great looking dancer. she was definitely a 9 if not a 10. and this was out of the club lights! after this, i figured this was going to be a nice experience.
once i got into the club however, the scene changed as did my hopes. the women were unenthusiastic and ugly to boot.
so im sitting there drinking my beer and see the girl that i saw as i was coming in get on stage. come to find out it was her audition. she was great. she made eye contact and really put on a good show.
after her stage dance i went to ask about the price of a lapdance with her. she said she had to talk to the manager and that her dance was just an audition. i waited for awhile till i saw her again and she was back in her clothes leaving.
when i asked her why she was leaving and that i was still interested in a lap dance she said that the club would only hire her for nights if she worked from open to close each night (a total of 14 hours).
now, this left me in awe. i was looking around at all the dogs they had in there and was wondering why they had just let this beautiful woman walk out just because they wanted to have a few more dancers in the day. sounds like bad business to me. its almost as if the management this club wants to fail.
i wont be back, ill definitely go to gold diggers next time.

Having been to several clubs in CA, this place was a disappointment. They call this place a "topless" club, but the topless part never happened unless you payed for a LD. The place has potential: 1 nice stage, 30-seat tip rail, ~20 tables, a 3-sided bar, good lighting, and decent music. But none of the girls knew how to dance, didn't take anything significant off when they tried to dance, and only a few actually approached customers afterwards. The night we were there the club had a featured dancer that had a decent (enhanced) body, but looked like she was once a he. I'm not sure if this is typical or just a bad night, but I will not be going back to find out.

I dont think you can get much lower than this place. I know its Fresno but the quality of this place seems to keep going down everytime I'm there. A few of us went after work on a Friday and although there was a lot of people there it lacked the quality of girls.
At least the beer came in pitchers and thats the only reason the rating wasnt even lower but even after 3 pitchers of beer between the 4 of us the the girls didnt seem much better. The lap dances are a joke, theres no contact at all. Next time I think we'll have to drive the extra hour and go to Bakersfield.

I didn't think city lights could drop any lower in terms of rating but I'm wrong again. I would have given it a 1 but I gave them a 2 because they still manage to stay open. I'm amazed that another club hasn't tried to move in and put city lights and golddiggers out of business. There's a deja vu club in Bakersfield that does pretty well. I wonder why they haven't tried to open a club in Fresno. Oh well, here's my lowdown. The dancers are mostly 3-4 with a few that might make a 6 or 7. Most of them seemed really bored until a few regulars and a couple of guys dressed in suits walked in. Then it seemed that there were no other patrons in the house except for these guys. At least they were throwing around some money so I can see why the dancers all flocked to them. Before they showed up, it was just me and another guy actually tipping at the rail. There at least 15 other guys in the club and no one was dropping cash. I guess I was even more pissed off at the dancers because it felt like my money was no good. In fact, that's what the guy at the rail said to me. He actually said, "What are we, chopped liver?" The dancer on stage heard him and gave him this "Whatever!" look. The only good thing I can say is that the beer was cold.
