I can't believe I went into this club. I brought some friends expecting to have a night to remember, and unfortunately, i can't get this crappy place out of my head. I should have brought my antibiotics, because I was afraid to even sit down anywhere. Bad, bad, bad, including the location.

Club suffers from bad management. Located in a dangerous part of the city, Paper Moon was over-run with wannabe gangstas and drug dealers. After several incidents, including a shooting or two, management has attempted to turn it around by replacing hip-hop with softer music, turning the lights up, frisking customers, and confiscating pen knives. Prices are outrageous. On top of a membership fee, members must pay a cover, which runs as high as $25 (after midnight). Drinks and dances are equally over-priced. Beers typically are $6, with mixed drinks starting at $7-8. The cheaped lap dance (fully-clothed and in plain sight of a bouncer) is $25. There are two-for-one dances, but the songs are often shortened versions. A more typical semi-private topless lap dance runs at least $50. Quality of dancers has varied wildly, since dancers must pay a succession of tip-outs and fees to dance at the club. The A-grade dancers have long since left this club for greener pastures. Paper Moon management is like a revolving door, changing almost monthly.

Only a shadow of what it once was. Purportedly a five-star gentleman's club, it rarely has working toilets. Cover runs $15-20 and drinks are similarly over-priced. Beers are $5 domestic and $6-8 for imported. Plenty of dancers, but quality has been declining steadily for months as the Moon turns into a ghetto club full of drug dealers and drug users. Several brawls and even a shooting or two in recent months. Parking lot security is a joke, and the Moon is in a bad section of Little Rock. Private dances range from a $25 dance that is fully clothed and under bouncer supervision, $50 semi-private topless dance, or $100 semi-private topless dance. All dance songs are abbreviated. Summary: not worth the money!

This must be the classiest club in Arkansas. It is in a bad neighborhood, but the inside was renovated very nicely after it changed names. The girls are on the lower side of the scale, maybe 3-4. The girls do wear a thong and pasties while they dance for you, and yes they do have to pretend like there is a sheet of glass between you and them. But it's the bible belt. What do you expect? I don't know anything about these lap dances I hear about on here. When I went there was no such thing. Then again, that was almost 3 years ago. I give the neighborhood a 3, the club interior an 8, and the dancers a 3-4. All in all, a good place to go relax and have a good time. Very low pressure atmospere.

You have to consider it is arkansas. The paper moon is the best though, ive worked at the other strip clubs around, and the moon has the hottest girls and is the only club in the little rock area that has topless dances. It is a pretty penny though, with a topless vip at 50 a pop. the moon does have up to 35 girls a night though, and a variety of hotties at that

$10 cover AFTER you buy membership, $15 when there'ssome lame porno star feature, drinks priced from $6.25 up, $20 lap dances with tops ON and shortened songs ... you be the judge!

Too expensive for what is offered. Membership plus $10 cover plus drinks priced about double. Lap dances are fully clothed with no touching by customer and shortened 2for1 songs. All about the money!

I was here two weeks ago, but I wouldn't necessarily count it as a visit. We hesitantly walked in on a Thursday night. The neighborhood is definitely not the best, and the women were average at best. After sitting there for about 15 minutes, I had to hit the head, which was just reeked of vomit. I told one of the guys that the bathroom needed to be cleaned, but he was totally disinterested. As were we, so we left.

Definitely going downhill. The quality and number of the dancers is declining fast, and club maintenance is going fast. This club is in a bad neighborhood and needs parking lot security, but the security guys are usually inside flirting with the doorgirl. Last visit the men's room was trashed -- several of the toilets were busted, light bulbs were out, the mirror was gone and there were no paper towels. Bad sign for a club that touts itself as "high class."

Only club in Litte Rock. I review before and am now giving an update. Definately better than primetime club (old managment). They are actually bringing in decent features. I would say that this is as good as it gets in Arkansas. We have too many laws to allow anything good. Pasties and thongs are required and the dancers need to stay a couple of feet away. If you have no choice, I would go here over other clubs, but if you want real strip clubs go to memphis.

Probably the nicest club in the Little Rock area. Good-looking dancers and a pretty nice atmosphere. A little on the pricey side for what you get, however. Look for $10 cover, expensive drinks and maybe even $5 valet parking in the only lot available. You might also like to know that the high-dollar private dances are clearly illegal under Arkansas law. There's a good possibility this club will be raided in the near future.

I visited this club with a relative in December. I had not been there since it came under new management. There is only one stage now instead of several. The girls go topless on stage, but you have to place your tips on the stage floor. The only dances that we had were the 2 for $25 dances. The VIP area, which was in the back, had nice, comfortable couches. However, it was too well lit. The dancers were fully clothed and we were required to keep our hands far away from their bodies while they were dancing. There was also a bouncer or someone from management watching everyone carefully. The only good things about the dances were the price and that a Little Rock club finally offered lap dances. Unless you can't get to Hot Springs or Memphis, I would avoid this place.
