I hadn't been to the club since shortly after dances went to $10. I decided to check it out.

As with many Phoenix clubs these days, there were as many dancers as customers (literally). Maybe 15 dancers and 15 customers. The quality of dancers was pretty high. It seems like the better dancers have stayed on and the not-so-good-looking dancers have moved on to something else. There were a couple 5s, mostly 6s and 7s. and a couple 8s and 9s.

I got lots of "where have you been"'s from the dancers who recognized me. I didn't tell them the real reason (that, at $10 per dance, I preferred several other clubs).

As with other clubs in Phoenix, business was slow for the dancers and they showed disappointment if you turned them down. I was surprised by the dancer-to-customer mileage. It has gone up quite a bit, though it still falls short of some other clubs (like HiLiter). I assumed some limited customer-to-dancer mileage would be okay, but the bouncer (politely) told me to take my hands off a dancers hips. You've still got to keep your hands at your side. I wondered if the VIP room was more liberal, but I still haven't tried it and I didn't see anyone else try it while I was there. That probably means something.

Based on my experience, I'll put Candy Store back on my rotation, at least occasionally. I had a good time with a couple of my former "regulars" who were looking really good and gave better dances than I remember. If only this club had the same rules as its sister club in Tucson..... But, I'd quickly go broke if that were the case.

I hadn't been to the Candy Store since the dances went from $5 to $10. The cheapest-in-town dances with moderate contact were a reason to go to, and with that reason gone, I didn't hurry back.

It turns out that there's a VIP room (I would have known that if I had read Foxyman's review), and a tiny little bit of remodeling/rearranging has happened (you can now walk all the way around the secondary stage; it's not attached to the wall anymore), but otherwise it's just what I expected. The dancers, about 12 of them, were mostly quite attractive, but I saw no stunners. The dances are decent, but needless to say, they aren't twice as good as they were when they cost half as much. In fact, they're exactly as good as they were when they cost half as much.

I didn't try the VIP; maybe next time.

The waitress was cute as hell, with lots of delicious-looking cleavage on display. Pretty big cocktail for $5.25. Music wasn't too loud or obnoxious.

One dancer seemed kind of out of it. On stage, she pointed at her crotch and yelled, "This is my crotch!" Then she picked a guy out of the crowded, randomly I think, and gave him the finger and yelled, "Fuck you!" Very weird, but only mildly amusing.

If I'm in that middle-of-nowhere neighborhood, I'll probably stop in again, but it's surely not worth a special trip.

Passed by many times. Did not go inside previously because it looked run down from the outside. Went to Bliss instead. Big mistake. Candy Store is much better. Although Bliss looks better from the outside, Candy Store's dancers are 10 times better. Who goes to a strip club to look at the outside of the building... right. The interior is actually very nice. Good set up with comfortable seating against the wall where most lap dances were performed. 10 dollars each. Seems to me mileage is less than BCS and Hi-liter. Still ok though with the right dancers.

I was last at this club back in 2003, saw that they renovated the outside and expected some kind of change inside as well. Nevertheless I was not impressed, most of all with the ladies. Did most of the chicks working here stop developing at the age of 12? Then they get these ridiculously big boob jobs and they look as if they're going to topple over! The few that were more my type, which is summarized by having big or round butts, were occupied of course. The drinks were pricey of course and after tipping the women who were my type on-stage, they went right back to the dressing room, their regs or whatever it is they go to except for me of course! Same f'n curse. Well it was fun while it lasted and better than the other club I had just left before coming here.

Visited the club on a Friday afternoon several weeks ago. Very busy. No cover and two for one drinks. Got a very good table dance from Traci. Had another dance from her later and asked about her VIP room rules. Said she didn't go as far as some other dancers. Isabel wanted me to go to VIP but when she checked said the room was full. Had a $10 table cance from her and it wasn't as good as any of the $5 dances I had.

good time place, cheap liquor, easy and fun girls and only $10 dances. Some older some younger but all around a funtime. Beer and wine also a full bar. Went there with 2 buddies after midnight. The place had a mix of couples and singles. If you are looking for a place to take your girlfriend or wife, I do not recommend. However, if you are a local guy and like to see some nice breasts,the candy store is it

The dancers were not very friendly, but rarely bothered anyone for a lapdance. The girls were a collective mix of older, younger, fit, or overweight. Some dancers had real breasts, but most were fake. Some were just plain unattractive, others were pretty hot. The lap dances were out in the open and very minimal contact and no touching. Not a great club, but a decent place to get some overpriced drinks and hang out with friends. We were met at a door by an angry looking doorman who acted as if he wished nobody ever came in there. We immediately had to purchase a drink, and then went and sat down

The music was okay (rock), but kind of loud. We could only talk if we yelled to eachother. The girls never looked happy on stage and you could sense that most of them probably wanted to work elsewhere. 5 Dollar table dances were decent, but obviously lacking any contact or fun intereaction. Mostly a biker bar really.

Went in at night to check it out. Used to be the fun place to go with $5 dances, but they were $10 now. The place is fun, but if the dances are the same as every other place in town, they have to be judged based on the same scale. Mileage is typical Phoenix, meaning fairly low. Dancers are not close to hi liters or christies, which I went during the week also. The result is the rating cant be as high as the others and it gets a 5.

It's official. The dances are now $10, like every other club in town. And, the results were predictable. I stopped in today and there were about a third as many customers, and half as many dancers, as I typically expect to see at the Candy Store. Plus, the whole vibe had changed. This used to be a friendly, fun neighborhood bar. Lots of laughing and joking around. Now, it's just plain depressing. The customers aren't getting dances which means the dancers have plenty of free time to work themselves into a grumpy mood.

The $5 dances used to set this place apart, giving it high energy and a festive feel. No more. From a pure economic standpoint, it seems that everyone (customer, dancer, owner) was better off when there might be 100 dances an hour at $5 versus 20 an hour at $10. I wish the owner had done the math beforehand.

I checked out the Candy Store both in the early afternoon and late afternoon. In the early afternoon, there were more dancers than customers. I'd rate most of the dancers in the 6 or 7 range. Staff and dancers were friendly and the dances were about average for Phoenix. All dances were $5.

By late afternoon, the quality of the dancers had gone up with several 8s and maybe a 9 or two. Some of the dancers announced that dances were now $10, though some were still charging $5. I asked whether the $10 dance was because it was later in the day. They said no, the club had changed over to $10 dances recently for all dances at any time.

My impression is that there is a movement afoot to increase the dance price and that is taking hold in the evening but hasn't yet during the day.

Candy Store is still my favorite neighborhood bar but if dances are $10, like the rest of Phoenix, I'll have to start measuring it against clubs like Hi-Liter, which has a much higher quality of dancer and dances.

My first time back in here in a couple of years. Usually I go to Christie's when I'm in Phoenix. The Candy Store is out of the way if you're working downtown. It's in a strange location in the middle of the Phoenix Metro sprawl on a long street of strip malls and auto parts stores. The parking area is well lit and safe. The interior is sort of odd, with two separate rooms each having a stage. The seating is close to the stage but far enough recessed so the other customers aren't too close when you're getting a dance. The dancers are friendly and don't pressure you for dances. Looks vary widely from 5-9. Best thing about the place is dances are cheap at $5 and beer is cheap too. I dropped in on a Friday afternoon just before happy hour, and by 6 oclcok the place was becoming too crowded. Up until then I received generous attention from the ladies. Mileage was good, not great.

The $5 lap dances doen't seem to excite the dancers nor the customers on the afternoon I went to the Candy Store. I received very few offer for a dance, yet there appeared to be numerous dancers available. Some were outside smoking and others seem to be talking to each other at the bar. There was some presure to go to a private area, everything costs more their, but no suggestion that the dances would be any better than the below average dance I received in the main room. Overall I was very dissappointed in the club.

The Candy Store in Phoenix has $5 lap dances out in the open with hands at your sides. I had hoped it would be similar to the CS in Tucson, but it is totally different. Cheap, but the novelty wears off fast. Lots of good looking girls, but it seems the best ones sit together and chat without hustling for dances. At $5 a dance I was prepared to get about a hundred. Walked away with most of my money intact.

Well, was here once before and it was pretty darn good especially the $5 dances. Here's the problem this time around, all the girls this time around where charging $10. Got there around 7pm and there was the about 10 girls or so then around 9pm the next shift came in and added about another 7 or so girls. The girls ranged from a 4 up to a 8. This place is pretty far out of central Phoenix so I think I'll check out some other places closer into town next time.

went here last sunday around 3 oclock and stayed about one hour. It was not quite as bad as the other reviews have described it though it is definetly not one of my favs. the girls ranked about 4-6 and seemed friendly. No dancers aproached me for a dance and their did not seem to be any indication of play going on though I am sure and would assume your mileage may vary. Overall I would give it a 6 and it may be better one busier nights.

This is the best bunch of girl-next-door type dancers I have had the priveledge of seeing since my last visit to the Outhouse in Kansas. They do dances for $5, but you will be most impressed and pleased if you are a bit more generous. Of course, if you are tight just pay $5. But if you are tight, why go to a strip club anyways? Girls are mostly in their early 20's and in good shape. It seems the wholesome type is well represented. The bleach and silicone thing is not as prevalent here as it is in LA, Vegas, or the Southeast.

Went on St Patty's Day. Loads of fun. this place really is a Candy Store. Great looking ladies, lots of fun. And $5 dances!. this night, the crowd was probably 25% ladies. Problem was, there was a shortage of dancers that night. Guess quite a few girls didn't show up. As I came out of the john, I met face to face with a dancer coming out of the ladies room. Ever had one of those jaw dropping moments when it is lust at first sight? 6 weeks later and I am having a real hard time getting her off my mind. Finally was able to get a few private dances from her. She was really tired and feeling sorta sick she said but, couldn't leave because of the shortage. Gotta go back...

A few of my guy friends invited me to go to this club. It was the first time I had ever been. Some girls were hot, a couple were very talented. I had a great night.

Was here last week, and decided to stop in to the Candy Store on a Tues. night. Quite a few girls working, most were average, some gems to be found. $5 dances but the songs are short, with dances that cheap you don't see a lot of stage tipping.

On my first dance, the girl basically told me I could get a half-assed for $5 or a "good" dance for $10. Deciding I didn't want a half-assed dance, I opted for the $10 one. It was pretty decent, worth the upgrade. At least the girl was cute. She later told me they have to offer $5 dances since the club advertises it.

I got another dance a few minutes later from another girl, and I guess you get what you pay for. It was worth $5, but not much else. Girl was again at least decent looking.

All in all we actually had a good time. For a Tuesday night, the girls looked good and there was some action there. I'd really like to check it out on a Fri/Sat, but it just wasn't in the schedule.

Had to go back to verify that the last trip was not a fluke. It wasn't. I don't know, something about a beautiful girl and a beautiful smile and an obvious lack of clothing just puts a smile on my face too. Last time I was there I ran into a perfectly natural gal from NY who had the best attitude. We had a great time just chatting when she wasn't rubbing her nakedness all over me. I was just about to leave tonight when she recognized me and came over to say hi. Last trip to PHX was last November, and she remembered me? Same deal, she doesn't even ask about a dance till she chats for a while and decides if she lokes ya or something. The bad news is she's thinking of retiring in a couple on months, so this will probably be the last time for me. Well. not counting tomorrow or course. Bottom line is, even without my ATF this is still a fun club with enought great looking girls to satisfy just about anyone.

The Candy Store in Phoenix AZ was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. We are from Minneapolis, MN, but I also have a condo in Scottsdale so we wanted a hot club to visit. Once we walked in the door I knew that we had found it. The girl at the door was beautiful and friendly. Once inside I literally saw 20 girls right away! The funny thing is that I could find one that didn't look great!
The club was dimly lit, probably the perfect amount of light and we found a spot on a couch (it was all couches around the entire outside of the club). Within 60 seconds 2 incredible girls were there talking to us. The cool part is that they sat down and started talking without pressuring for a dance. Of course it didn't take long for my friends and I to make the offer, but very cool with the no pressure thing. The dances were perfect, they were very responsive to us, and very reasonably priced! Another thing that was great was that I had asked one of the girls to come back in like 15 minutes because I needed to go to the bathroom and get some drinks and even though I saw other guys trying to get a dance, she told them she would have to come back later because she was on her way to me.
All in all, the 4 of us spent about 5 hours there that night and we were all very satisfied. Not one girl was rude or pushy, and they all looked very very good! I have 6 of us going back out to AZ next week, and every single one of us can't wait to go to The Candy Store!!!

An inexpensive,loud, high volume low pressure club. Sancers who hit andrun (at $5 per dance the dancers don't linger). The best way to play this place is spot a dancer on stage, tip her at the end of her dance and ask for a lap . I had good dances with joey and elena, and aGREAT one (ok 4) with AJ. Drinks are not tooexpensive,and the place is fun.

I visit the Phoenix area a couple times each year and always look forward to visiting the Candy Store.

It had been several months since I had been to “the store” and the owners had obviously stuck some money into upgrading the carpet and the upholstery in the customer seating area, since my last visit. The carpet had a nice interaction with the black lights that almost seemed to increase the visibility a bit; in a good way.

The quality and quantity of the dancers was about on par, with what I have experienced in the past at this establishment.

My only complaint is the number of times I was passed over by a dancer, as if I was invisible, so could go ask the guy next to me if he wanted a dance. I am not sure if it is because I am a big guy or what, but the fact that I would get passed over time after time ticked me off a bit. I finally starting approaching the dancers I liked, when they were on stage and asked them to stop by and see me.

I will return early next year (hopefully after the smoking ban goes in effect) to see some old friends and hopefully make a few new ones.

The Candy Store is still far and away the best bang for the buck in the valley.




I had an interesting visit to the club late on a recent weekday afternoon. There were about twice as many dancers as I typically find there. Several of the girls commented on this. They didn't know why everyone decided to come in (it wasn't close to rent day). It would be great, for the customers, if this continued to happen, but I doubt it.

Mostly, the dancers were 6s and 7s, but a couple 8s and maybe a 9 or two. Mileage was about average for Phoenix but, what made it such a fun day, was that all my favorites stopped by to just sit and chat. Rather than get all pissed off, as can happen at other clubs, they just rolled with it and decided to enjoy the slow time.The dancers here are a bit older than some other clubs...maybe from age 25 to 35, and maybe that explains their relaxed attitude.

One of the things we talked about was the non-smoking ordinance that just passed. Beginning in March ( I think), no smoking will be allowed in any public building, including bars. When Tempe passed something similar, it hit the bars pretty hard. Now it's going to be statewide. As a non-smoker, this is fine with me. But, we might see some of the less popular clubs struggling.

Eight for the contact. The 'inventory' at the Candy Store consisted of the best looking bunch of strippers I have had the fortune to witness. I'm a big fan of slender (not skinny) natural, maybe even a little wholesome, babes and this place was fully stocked. Contact varied a little, and the fun factor was higher with the 8's in lieu of the 9-10's. No real surprise there huh?? Nice thing is there wasn't less than an eight in the joint. It was a Tuesday night, not crowded at all. I guess most folks were at the polls voting against the kind of place I was in. Five bucks for the table dance is so cheap it's almost unbelieveable; good thing I don't live here... Reasonable priced dances, drop-dead gorgeous talent, and a cold beer to boot!! I'll be back for sure!!

Nice comfortable place. Decent grindage but not real high mileage.

Visited on a weeknight around 10 pm. Place was pretty full, though I was able to find an empty sofa. The girls were 7s, 8s and 9s, many with bionic enhancements. Didn't see any 10s, but neither were there any fatties. Most of the girls were white.

Stage shows sort of ho-hum. Some attention to the rail tippers, but not much show otherwise. Had lap dances from three ladies. The dances are $5, so I tipped a little. It's nice to get three dances and only have spent $20. Dancers could grind, but made sure my hands were off their boobs and privates. I was told politely but firmly. No nipples in my face, either, no stick shifting. Within these limitations, had good dances.

Unless you buy the girls a drink, they aren't much into chatting. Which makes sense. If they are going to get $30 a dance, it's worth their while to chat and work into a sell. At $5 a dance, they don't have much time for banter--it's got to be work, work, work. (Unless their selling OTC experiences, which no one offered to me.)

Things might be a bit different for regulars, but I didn't see any signs that others were getting better dances than I got.

Bottom line: I'll come here again, next time I'm in town, unless I hear about real mileage somewhere else.

This club has not changed much in the last decade, except that the lights are now much brighter and as a result the dances are nowhere near what they used to be a few years back when I went here. The couches are nice to sit in but the lighting prevented the former benefits. Several of the dancers were only dancing for 10 even though it is a 5 dollar dance club so even the benefit of cheap dances was not there. Only one of the girls was an 8 and most were in the 6 range.

I stopped in again on a friday afternoon before heading to Centerfold's to check that place out for the first time. I hadn't been into the Candy Store for over a month, and there were a couple changes. They've put kind of an awning thing up over the entry way, I guess trying to class up the place a little.. and it looks like they've completely done away with urban music in their mix. That's too bad, because I like some hiphop booty shaking music mixed in there... and I really don't like hearing a Johnny Cash song instead. Mostly they're sticking to rock and hard rock.. and MAYBE a dancer can sneak in Atomic Dog or some old motown, but that's as black as the music gets anymore. Bummer. I guess its been a little slow in there lately (as it is at most all Phoenix clubs during the heat of summer) so its changed up the dynamic a bit for the moment dancer-wise. Typically the younger better looking dancers stick to the night shifts, but if they have some slow nights, they come in during the day to make up for it... which tends to piss off the day girls, causing some of them to leave early in disgust if they can't compete. Sooooo, the eye candy is better earlier during the day, but then again a lot of those day girls were the more enjoyable dances because they're nicer and friendlier.. a bit of a trade off. Had to drop my rating a bit due to the music..

Visited on a Thursday night and it was busy but not overly so. The girls ranged from 5-9's with them mostly being 7's and 8's. Definitely lots of "bolt ons" but most were tastefully done ;-)

So, the big winner here is that the lap dances are $5 a piece and if you find the right girl, it can be very very nice. There is a girl there named Iris that has a smokin' hot body and gorgeous face that pulled the $5 for a good dance and $10 for more contact. Well, she was basically pulling that on people who didn't know her and she got away with it on me but after my initial dance I decide my dollars could be used more wisely on girls who looked nearly as good and got the same action for $5 a song. The songs are cut short for the $5. The stage action ranged from awesome for a $1 to ... well, stay in your seat and watch it from a distance to save your money. There were quite a few women there, I'd say around 20-30, and the hustle factor wasn't terribly high.

The club has 2 stages and loveseat type couches along the wall with tables and chairs around the stage. It's decent seat up but the music was a little on the too loud side.

I'd definitely go back again as the combo of the $5 lappers and the $4 beers wasn't too bad and a good way to spend a relaxing evening.



Its an OK club. Most of the girls are def silicone loaded (just the way i like it).

Lap dances are a ridiculous bargain at only 5$. Though its really tough to get one. Most of the girls get locked up for 8 dances at a time by people with 40$, again something i also do.

The girls parade from one stage to the next, and then back to the first room. Its tough to catch the girls for the dances when they are done.

Drinks are about $4.50. No cover before 6pm.

I've been to the Candy Store now about three times, and its really become a favorite. I've only been there in the afternoons on weekdays, so I can't speak on how the evenings and weekends are.. though driving past in the evening, the parking lot is always full.. and on weekends there's usually a large motorcyle clientele as riding Cave Creek/Carefree is pretty popular with bikers. Anyway, you enter the club near the middle of the building.. bar and smaller stage area to your right.. larger stage area to the left. Each stage is centrally located in each section, surrounded by decently comfortable chairs... your usually tiny table and chairs config.. and couches along all the exterior walls. Early in the afternoon the larger stage is unused, so everyone sticks to the smaller area.. not too many dancers working.. looked like there were about 5 in rotation, dancing doubles on the stage... but with a steady influx of dancers coming on shift and a steady influx of customers as well. Right around 2pm the larger stage starts up, the girls start doing one dance on each, and the whole place begins to fill. I was there this past Monday, and by 3pm all the couch seats were pretty much taken.. the rest 2/3rd filled.. and a larger group of girls in rotation. I was surprised how busy it was. There's a solid mix of ladies.. definately not model/pornstar quality for the most part like say, Bourbon St.. but quality nonetheless. And I'm personally more into the more real less plastic types anyway. Most seem to enjoy what they're doing, are very friendly and personable. There are a couple zombies though (as there are everywhere), but since the dances are only 5 bucks, its worth it to sample and its cheap to weed out the clinkers. All in all a very laid back place with a neighborhood feel.. folks behind the bar and the cocktail waitress all seem like good people.. a crown and coke will cost you 5.75.. and a plain coke runs 2.50.. Music is a good mix, with few annoying songs. In fact, I learned how sensuous Tool can be with a girl rubbing breasts in your face. Wow, whodathunkit. There ain't a lot of glitz here, this club's been around forever and shows its age a bit.. but for the price, and for the easy going atmosphere, its a fun place to hang out.

I stopped in on a Friday evening around 9pm. Many patrions were there, but plently of parking spaces close by. There were two completely seperate stage rooms making this feel like a smaller club than it really is. This allows for good source of many girls as they work both stages. I was able to get a love seat by the stage to the east. Too far away to tip stage dancers without standing up, but by standing to give a dancer a tip I was often able to receive an invite for a lap dance when she came off the stage. Most of the lap dances were only $5, with some of the girls charging $10. Songs were cut short by the DJ, which made the dances shorter, but still a great value. This also allows you to sample many dancers in an hour.

I gave this club an 8 because of the high quality of dancers there. I visited 10/24, a Monday. Where else can you get laps for 5 ? Light to moderate friction but the mood is right for spending some time.

Best dances were from Gina, a black hair Italian girl. She gave a couple dances and then asked if I want the $10 version. They were about as good as you can get in the Phoenix area.

Nice place to spend time. Would recommend.

What I like the most about this place is that it has plenty of pretty women working on weekday afternoons. Therefore, it has plenty of afternoon business. Tap beer is a bargain at $3.50 for a 14 oz. glass.

What I don’t like is that it’s cramped, seedy, noisy, and uncomfortable. In two trips, I got poor mileage, even paying twice the minimum tip.


Went to the Candy Store tonight to say hi to an old roommate who is now dancing there. Spent most of the night just chilling out at the bar, so not a lot of dance reviews but I can speak to the overall ambiance (if that word can be used for a strip joint).

Overall a pretty good club, $5.00 cover on a Tuesday night (may be $7-10 on weekends). Drinks were 4.50 for Coronas and 2.50 for my end of the evening coffee. Girls weren't exceedingly talkative but then again I was at the bar watching Sports Center. I would rate the girls from 5-8 (again, tough to get 9-10s from me). Two of the girls came close to the 9 range. One of the girls there had a shaved head and was a pretty damn good dancer, gorgeous face (I wish I could have seen her with hair, I think she'd be a knockout). Good mix of girls, couple black girls, 2 asian girls, brunettes, blondes.

Bought a dance from a very iny Asian chick, dances are $5 but she brought up the standard "Do you want my $5 or $10 dance line." didn't like that but I was leaving so I said $10 and was treated to a very good dance. Good grinding nice contact, not too fast. Not the best dance I've had, but very good. I'd suggest her if you are willing to pay $10. All of the girls were very friendly when tipping on stage and the ait staff and bar tender were fairly good too. I'll probably be back, if for nothing else but to say hi to my old roomie. If you stop by there, be sure to look her up ("Spirit"), shes a great stage dancer and gives a pretty damn good couch dance too.

I love this place. Yes, there is minimal customer touching, but if you watch and pick wisely, a very pretty, very sexy lady will give you an incredible dance for just $5. Sable was ok, Henley (?) was not quite as good (held her daily dough closely within her fingers during the dances, and the best was Misty, tall, dark with very curly hair, WOW! Do yourself a favor and ask for her. You will not be sorry.

Nice little club. Stopped in around 3 pm on a Sunday after a few days of apartment searching. Needed to cool off and get some eye candy before heading back to San Diego. I was surprised - the place was busy and had around 10 girls working. And all of them were lookers, several were really hot. There was no cover and the drinks were reasonable (4.75 for my mixed drink, I think) Each girl did a one song set.

Laps are $5 each - coming from So. Cal I couldn't believe that! I asks for some dances from a very pretty tall blond with PERFECT natural C's. She told me dances were a "minimum" of $5 and they get better for more. I told her I had $30 and give me her best for that amount. I was expecting 3 but received 4 dances. Very nice, Typical Pheonix, I guess - no touching by me, good grind and a little touching from her, with some boob in face action. She told me she only works here when she is bored, usually works at Centerfolds. I will show up there for sure.

Nice place. I'll be back once I move to the Valley of the freaking burning hot Sun.

Nice small club. The have a main stage on the westside of the club and another one on the eastside. No VIP area, but they have booths against the wall of the club. All dances are pretty much in the open. No cover during the day. Evening cover is $5. Average prices on drinks. It gets crowded since there are limited SCs in the area. Dances are affordable at $5. I think it is the cheapest in Phoenix. Most patrons are neighborhood locals.

The dancers give pretty good dances and a bargain at $5. A nice tip is always appreciated by the girls. Dancers are 6-8 on average. They are overall pretty friendly during the day. But have limited conversation after 6pm when the crowd arrives. It gets pretty crowded after 6pm. It is packed.

I visited this club on a Saturday afternoon in late June. There was no cover charge in the afternoon. The club is topless and serves alcohol. Bottles of beer were going for $4 a piece.

There were approximately 8 women working when I was there. Most of them were decent looking, but no knockouts. Three girls grabbed my attention and I got dances from them. The best part of this club is the dances are $5 so you can sample several of the girls without going broke.

The dances were pretty good by Phoenix standards. There is absolutely no privacy as the dances occur right in the seat you are sitting in, but I guess that's why they are $5 each. The girls do a good job of rubbing themselves on you, but there isn't much two way contact.

This is a nice place to spend a few hours. It is a small little club, but a friendly atmosphere, good looking girls and reasonable prices make it a decent place to go.

Since beginning pilgrimages to AZ for spring training, The Candy Store has been on the list of must dos while down there. This year, though, the experience was definitely down compared to the last several years. A couple of the main issues were fewer dancers and more of the dancers present spending all their time with one guy. Was in the place twice during the week on 3/14. The first time, decent Candy Store experience, had several quality dances with Carmen. But, I noted a lack of dancers. The second time, I swear there were only six or seven dancers working, four of them were just doing their required stage dances – then running right back to their lock of the night, and the back stage was closed. Maybe it was an off couple of nights.

I made my yearly stop in the Candy Store last Thursday night. The club was dark and crowded, and lots of cars in the parking lot. The place feels like a great dive bar.

It took a while for us to find seats, finally settling by the larger stage along the back wall. Large groups gathered in front, and blocked most of the floorspace, making it nearly impossible to get in - or out. Dancers really never made it back there...I'm not sure how they would have gotten there.

We finally moved around and had a few good dances - I gave one dancer a backrub, and she'd discreetly grab the stickshift whenever I hit a good spot.

All in all, the club provides good value at $5 per dance, but it was too crowded and dirty to truly enjoy the exprience.

Ok...so last Thursday night, I am in Phoenix on business and I wanted to go out. Everyone wanted to go to a regular club but you know me better than that :) So I hope in the mustang and buzz up AR-51 to north Phoenix and the candy store. Now, I haven't heard a lot of great things about this club. But one thing I did hear, and the reason why I wanted to go on Thursday (as opposed to Fri/Sat which I reserved for the "primo" clubs) was that...The lap dances are $5.

So I arrive after some small difficulty with directions. You have to get good directions before you head up there because every corner in North Phoenix seems to have a stop light and a WalGreens on the corner *shrug*. Once there, I turn in and the parking lot is full of glass. Not a good sign. I park way out from the club. There is LOTs of parking if you don't mind parking on glass. But the lot doesn't fill you with confidence, it is dark and doesn't "feel" safe. Still, I am a big guy, so I am ok. And let's not forget....The lap dances are $5.

I head up to the club and I can already see that this is gonna be one of THOSE clubs. I prefer the upscale, high class, pretentious club to the down-and-dirty, rough-and-tumble types. Well, as I approached, I watch a bunch of guys getting loud and rowdy in the lot in front of the door and I knew this would be one of the latter. I walked in the propped open door (gotta love Phoenix in winter) and the cover charge girl/bartender is immediately to your left. She charged me to get in (I *THINK* $5) and sold me a beer ($4.50) before I was in the door good. I found this a bit tacky but...The lap dances are $5.

The club is not large. It is relatively thin but long. I turned right and walked the length of the room. There was a bar on the right and seating (all taken) all the way down the hallway to a small room with a stage. I think there was a pool table as well. No place to sit :( So I turned around and walked back to the middle (front) and went the other way. This way immediately opens into a large room with a bigger main stage in the middle. All around the border of the room are chairs as well as chairs surrounding the stage. Couches are build into the actual walls. Again, No place to sit. I started making the circle and I found a seat on the couch on the far side of the room but I basically had to join a guy I didn't know at his table. Still, it beats standing and...The lap dances are $5.

From a business standpoint, the club's atmosphere is designed to be a dance factory. AS you might imagine from the price. This is not a place to go and get friendly with the girls. They are, from my experience, straight "Wanna Dance?" types. One girl that I agreed to have a dance with mid song actually sat next to me but wouldn't talk. Upon the next song, she did her thing, took her cash and moved on. I had dances from about 6 girls and 4 of them were less than average. Still, I had a beer, a nice cigar, and, perhaps most importantly...The lap dances are $5.

Regarding the women...what do you expect? This was a solid 4-6 group. I think I saw an 8 at some point and I definitely saw a 3, which was a first for me. I read a review once where the reviewer mentioned that he saw "women who SHOULD NOT try to earn a living without their clothes." That phrase came back to me as I sat in that dark corner in a cloud of my own cigar smoke and reviewed the talent at this place. On the up side, the girls were plentiful, not at all shy and were all about earning the business. There is nothing like a dancer with good sales training. Also, keep in mind, I was behind a solid row of chairs in a dark corner. Not only did the girls note me and ask if I needed a dance but they ran a gauntlet of tables and chairs, tripping more often than not, to get to me to deliver that dance. They may not have been the most beautiful women on earth but they had a work ethic and they were GOING to give lap dances. Nothing was going to stop them; not even the fact that....The lap dances are $5.

The service was almost non-existant. I did have a waitress who provided me change and refills. But she was definitely overworked. Not like some who can give the impression of being overworked...She WAS. I don't think I could have lifted the tray she was maneuvering and I am twice her size. I didn't see a bouncer closer than 20 feet the entire time I was there. For a town with such strict touch rules, you would think there would be better observation. Still, I am gentleman and don't need it but how did they know that? On the service scale, this club barely registered. Still, you can tell they were about service they were about providing an environment in which...The lap dances are $5.

On the whole, I had a good time. I smoked my cigar. I had a couple of beers. I had a few dances. Some were even good (a nice lady named JJ stands out in particular.) But on the whole, I can't give this club a ringing endorsement. I am going to go with 5. And I think that rating is generous. But I wanna be nice and also that number will once again remind you of the most important thing you can know about this club...The lap dances are $5.

Went there the other night (2/2), actually last week. Easy enough to get to off Cave Creek Rd. on the corner. Excellent parking and road access. That being said, I went in. Expected to pay at the door but the door girls were too busy socializing among themselves to collect $$. Should have suspected something at that point. Went in, sat down in a theatre type of chair against the wall. The girls were easily 6-8s but they seemed very interested in locals. After sitting for 10 minutes with no wait person or dancer as much as saying "hello", got bored and left. It does appear to be a very enjoyable place but doesn't appear to be visitor friendly. If you want to sit, veg and watch and are from out of town, this is your place. Having read the reviews, I expected more.

Candy Store is a high value club for the budget-minded customer. Lap dances are only $5, the lowest in the Phoenix metro area. Bottled beer is around $4.50 + tip. Many of the dancers do lap dances for female customers. Atmosphere is OK. The looks of the dancers varies considerably from average to well above average. Most are more or less friendly, but customers should still remember the girls are strictly in it for the cash. Some girls don't mind getting extra attention during their lap dances, but some do. Soe dancers will chat you up at the bar from time to time. Overalll I rate Candy Store as excellent value for your cash, but if you want top of the line looks, go elsewhere.

Came here again recently. Since the new closing time is 2am, they collect cover until 1am. I would wait until then to come here, but after 1 the only topless dancing is done on stage. The tops have to stay on for table dances after that. So I decided to pay the $5 cover when I left to go.
I have been coming here regularly for the last couple years, and the bouncers recognize me and don't bother to ask for my ID anymore. The drink prices are still very reasonable for a strip club. A Corona is around $4.50, I think, and a glass of soda is $2, a bit lower than the other clubs I go to.
Most of the action is in the bigger room to the left when you enter. Much more seating and space than the other side. Naturally, there are usually more dancers on the left side. There is a good variety of types of dancers. They range from 5 to 8. The best part of this club is that the table dances are only $5 each. At that rate, you can try most of the dancers without breaking the bank. Of course, each dancer has her own style, so contact will vary. My advice is to keep an eye out when the girls are doing their dances and you will find one that will give you the dance you are looking for. Plus, while you can tip the dancer after her dance, don't feel guilty about giving $5 per dance. If a dancer can build a strong clientele, she can make more money here than in a high class club with higher prices.
In my opinion, this is the best value in Phoenix.

I finally checked this place out after hearing from friends about how great it is. It's a bit of a drive from downtown, located in a typical Phoenix strip mall area. I got there just before 5 pm so there was no cover. About 10-12 dancers were there, mostly 6s and 7s with a couple of 8s. As the other reviewers have said, the dances are $5 and are every bit as good as anywhere else in Phoenix. In other words, not a whole lot of contact. I enjoyed several dances from Tina, an older but extremely fit blonde. The girls are quite friendly, the beer is cheap, and the atmosphere is okay. Doesn't sound like much, but in this town that probably makes this place the pick of the litter, especially with those dance prices.

Excellent place! Had a wonderful time here. 5 dollar lap dances! Where else can you get that? The girls are really friendly, and not pushy. Had a great time with Sheila, Amila (sp?), and Jeanne (I think that was her name). It's a $30 cab ride from downtown, but it's worth it.

This is a gem in a desert wasteland. Great girl next door type of dancers and range from 5 to 9s. Most are very friendly - not stuckup - but unless things are really slow they want to dance and earn money, not sit and talk. The furnishings are a bit worn but match the usual dirty bluejeans of the typical patron. Not an upscale place which is good as it keeps the snobs at the pricier places. Be sure to tip the waitstaff well - they are the best.

great value for the money. YMMV, lots of different girls on different nights. But at 5 bucks a dance, it's hard to go wrong! I've usually been able to find a dancer who will fit my needs and get 10-15 dances from her. Waitressing staff is great, not pushy at all and the beer is always ice cold.

A great experience. Two visits over a couple of days, incredible value. Weird layout, but plenty of very pretty (6-9's) with very little attitude. Hanging out at the tip rail and making eye contact usually got some attention, dancers were failry chatty, but in a little bit of a hurry (at $5 a dance, you gotta hustle!) Ok contact (actually given the well known no-touch policy in Arizona, it was great.). Giving a ten dollar tip for three dances was greatly appreciated, and improved my dances on the second visit. Probably the best value in US. Sorry, but due to noise level and speed with which the ladies come and go, can give you no names, but trust me, this place is worth a visit.

I attended this club after seeing it on the Tuscl Top 40. I have to say it does not belong there. Any club in Houston would be better, not to mention Tampa, Windsor, and so on. First the establishment is kind of remote from hotels, rundown, and seating was hard to come by. The lights are on too high, and although there are lap dances, the mileage did not appear high on any dances watched or purchased. Long neck beers are nice, and the music was at a comfortable volume. This is a nice place, just not a great place. No VIP room in evidence either.

In a recent trip to Pheonix I visited the candy store on three occasions. All three times were a blast, with pretty girls, great food, and lots of ($20) dances. The girls here seemed willing to be a bit more "adventurous" than at the other club I visited in Pheonix. In fact, on one occasion, two girls offered to come back to my hotel with me (for a modest fee). But I was short on funds and time so I was not able to partake but looking forward to my next visit to pheonix.

i love the candy store. this is a fun place. the waitresses are great, really great and the ladies are as well. No one is pushy and everyone has fun. I thought the dances were high mileage as well, not as high as Miami or Seattle but still you can have fun with really beautiful women

Awesome club! $5 dollar dances and plenty of hotties? It WAS a Candy Store! Mileage could have been better (Phoenix problem) and it closes too early (1am) but other than that, where else can get an 8-10 for 20 songs at $100?

Was visiting AZ on business and went to several clubs one evening to check out the local talent. The Candy Store was the best of all the clubs. Majority of the women are 7 and above and provide some of the best couch dances I've ever had for $5. The biggest problem I had was not be able to get a dance from a couple of girls that were too popular. Will definitely go back next time I'm in town.

I visited the Candy Store a week ago and was quite impressed with the quality of the ladies that were working.
I would guess the club had 20 to 25 ladies working, most of which were in the 7 to 9 range for looks.
As previously reported, the club appears run down and in need of an upgrade / expansion.
The wait staff is attentive and courteous, without being pushy.
In my opinion this club offers the best overall value in the Phoenix area.


Was there last night. The building is a bit run down, but in a decent part of town. Plenty of parking in back. We grabbed a seat along the wall and watched beautiful women in droves come by - $5 dances! Dances varied wildly - some were weak - no mileage, some were terrific. Beer was pretty cheap - $4 and there was a $5 cover.

Had one dancer for 10 dances - only $50! Most customers seemed to be tipping well over the $5/dance price.

I'll be back when my travel takes me to Phoenix - a very enjoyable night.

This is a fun club, I always seem to have a good time here. It's not overly impressive at first glance, the building is a bit run down and the interior could use some updating, but looks can be deceiving.

As you enter the building you can pay the cover charge and buy a drink at the same time, the bar's to right along with one stage, a pool table, and some limited seating, to the left as you walk in the club is the main room, there is a stage in the center of the room, from there you have the option of couch type seating against the walls or tables/chairs that run around the stage. The club always seems packed when I'm there so finding a good spot to sit will at times be a challenge. The crowd seems to be mostly blue collar, neighborhood types.

The ladies are a good mix, some forgetable, some not so forgetable, most in the 6-7 range, but there are also some surprisingly attractive ladies here that I would rate in the 8-9 range. The dances are some of the best in town also, they can get very hot, and best of all they are only $5 each, you can't beat that.

The only thing I don't like about this place is that it's not closer to my house, I higly recommend it if you are in North Phoenix and are looking for a fun, inexpensive, laid back place to spend some time.

Well I may have to change my mind on my favorite club in Phoenix, I think this may be it now!!! The place isn't that big but it was packed with dancers and customers when I visited it last Wednesday. The dances are cheap, $6 +tip and the contact is about as good as it gets in Phoenix. Most of the girls are natural though their were a few dancers with some impressive implants. I got three laps from Katrina, a you waif with wonderful nipples. She looks hot but doesn't put enough focues into her dancing to get you to buy in. However, Jewel, a 5'10" dirty blond had more than enough energy and focus to make you totally buy in. I strongly recommend that any visiting get a dance or two or like me 5 from Jewel

One odd thing about the club was that there were over a dozen your 20 something couples there. Couples aren't new to me at strip clubs, but these were. Apparently there is always a crowd of them here, according to some of the dancers. The girls are obviously pissed of at being there and the guys don't appear to be having fun either. Don't know what the story is, I just ignored them.
