With all due respect to Shadowcat and his longtime employer, the airlines suck! And at the top of the airline shit pile is US Airways. Because of where I live, I am at the mercy of these bastards, and I hate it. Their on-time rate is pathetic, their equipment is old and worn, their people are morons, the baggage handling is a joke and they truly do not care about their customers. They are truly a flying inner city bus company who look to squeeze every penny out of every customer they can, service be damned.
Next time I won't be so nice.
